Experiencia fantástica: I truly thank all of the dental professionals at Monarch Dental of West Valley City. I have been receiving their services 20 years plus and can’t speak more highly of them. My dental hygienist, Ms. Michelle Barton is so professional in her work. She has the most perfect cadence when cleaning your teeth. Work, swish, suck and vacuum. Observes when you are relaxed and ready and raises her arms to begin again. She really is the perfect hygienist. Both Dr. Reschke and Dr. Atkin have performed many dental procedures for me and again, so truly professional with magnificent work. Thank you all so very much. DC

Experiencia negativa: The front desk staff is very friendly...I wish that's all I could say...but if we talk about prices OMG..$2.991 for 2 teeth???...1 filled and 1 Root canal??? C'mon...I'm not a fan of dentist but this was ridiculous.. plus I have been there twice and every time they want to take off all of my 25 out of 27 teeth I have left...lol.. first time was 4 years ago they wanted to take all of them cause I have gum decease .. they said.. And this one time.. said same thing when I just wanted 3 teeth fixed.... why' the affair of pulling off tooth??? I'm going somewhere else for a second opinion.. wait for the update..if they can fix them for cheap I'll lower my review

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Monarch dental. The hygienist was super nice and careful, basically through a pain-free cleaning. Dr Reshke was his usual sweet friendly self during the exam. Dr Atkins gave an evaluation and a plan for a crown replacement in steps over a period of time that was manageable financially. Wonderful nice friendly staff! 2/19/25 I had my first follow-up visit today that required a molar extraction and bone graft. I had waited a little too long and the cavity was causing infection, which kept me up most of the night. When I called after 8 am, their pleasant office staff was able to squeeze me in for an appointment by 9:30. The assistant was very cheerful and explained the expected procedure and cost after insurance. Dr Atkins also explained everything. I felt very confident in his expertise as he explained each step. I was virtually as pain-free as possible, including while he gave shots to numb me. The aftercare instructions were very thorough. I feel that Dr Atkins did an excellent job on my dental surgery. I recommend the West Valley City Monarch Dental 100%.

Experiencia positiva: My experience with Monarch dentists was good. However there Billing department is terrible. I received a large bill 10 months after services that had been pre authorized prior to the services being done. Make sure to get a copy of your pre authorization before they provide services or they turn your account over to a collection agency.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient here for about 25 years. I started at the sandy location. I moved and Dr chidister retired so I now come out here. I wanted to say Alyssa was literally the best next to Jen from sandy. Both hygienist's are amazing. I was so sad that alyssa is no longer with you guys. Ive had a few different people since then and it was ok. Wende did a good job .Today i got Amber . The office was running about 20 mins behind and i almost rescheduled. Im so Glad i didnt! Amber is amazing. She literally went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and pain free. Im so greatful! She is so friendly and caring. She did not hurt me and took extra good care of me! She made the whole experience 1000% better I'm so greatful! Also highly impressed how knowledgeable she is with oral hygiene and how to help me with tooth sensitivity. Plus it was neat to see Janice! Sudden price hikes after being quoted, random additional fees, and the staff at the front desk being either unprofessional or rude. This has turned me away from going here ever again!

Experiencia negativa: I have Aetna Dental. My son went in for a cleaning on 9/10/2025. The office said my insurance was canceled after my son's cleaning. I had the same problem 1 time earlier this year. I contacted HR at my place of employment and they keep having to reinstate it because of some error - but I've maintained coverage without any gaps. The office person attempted to bully my son into paying the full amount for the cleaning, while I tried to explain to her over the phone that I have coverage but need time to contact my HR. She then called me that same evening, telling me I needed to go in and self-pay the next day. I left a nasty message that evening informing them that I would not be coming in to self-pay, and that I had been in contact with my work HR to work on reinstating my coverage, again with no gaps in coverage! Today (a few days later), my HR informed me that my insurance was reinstated so I called the office to let them now. I'm now being told, by the very same unprofessional girl in the office, that I have $30 co-pay, for which I've never had previously! I told her to mail me the bill, to which she stated she can't. She also stated that she text me, which me and my son haven't received. She then stated she could email me, but I refuse to give her my email address. They won't tell me why I'm being charged a $30 co-pay...instead they've tried to bully my son and I to pay immediately. Until I know WHY, I'm not paying. I've checked my insurance and preventative care (cleaning) is 100% covered. I doubt the cleaning is being billed correctly...especially after reading other people's reviews! Based on the attitude of the office worker alone, they've lost myself and my son as customers. Customers who have been going to them for nearly 10 years and have paid a significant sum of money over that time - for things not fully covered by my insurance. I now understand WHY there has been a high rate of turnover in their hygienist lately as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Amber was my dental hygienist for my first cleaning at Monarch Dental. She did an amazing job and cleaning my teeth up and getting rid of the coffee stains. She was friendly, conversational and did a great job explaining what type of cleaning needed done while using my x-rays as a visual aid. She also provided some great brushing tips and introduced me to dental trees for flossing! I will definitely be requesting her for all my future cleanings. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience here. When the hygienist walked me in, I asked to confirm how much I’d be charged for the deep cleaning based on the quadrant they were working on. She took me to the front desk where I was told it would be $180 — which aligned with what I was expecting. However, after the cleaning was done and it was time to pay, another staff member told me the total was $260. I explained that I had already been quoted $180, but she insisted on the higher amount, saying I hadn’t met my deductible and that I was being charged $76 for irrigation. The hygienist also backed her up, saying it should be $260. I continued to push back, and thankfully another staff member came over and corrected them — irrigation was actually $30, not $76. If I hadn’t stood my ground, I would have been overcharged by $80. This kind of inconsistency and lack of transparency is unacceptable, and it makes it very hard to trust their billing process. I won’t be returning.

Dr. Smith was also awesome. He answered all my questions - which I greatly appreciated. Also, I had heard their prices were sky high. However I found them to be reasonably priced on all my needed dental work!

Experiencia negativa: Definitely would not recommend! Took my children in for an exam and cleaning. They wanted to up charge all the services and would not do a cleaning with out charging a ridiculous price, that of course insurance would not cover. When I asked for just the basic cleaning I was told that they don't really do that, that they only will do what is recommend. Not impressed, no looking for new dentist but I am sure they will send in to insurance and affect how we get charged at another office.

Whenever I need assistance with booking an appointment Brookley and Janice assist and do everything possible to get you in, in a timely matter. The office manager Ashley is always willing to listen and assist with your concerns and do what she can to address those concerns. I have always been reluctant to go to the dentist and I am glad that I found the West Valley Monarch team and now bring my whole family to their office. Great job and Thank you

Experiencia negativa: Last time I went in for a regular cleaning I was told that they had send me a voice mail saying they had to cancel because my hygienist was no longer working there which I never received that voice mail I even listened to my messages right there and told them I didn't received anything they kept saying yes we did send it blah, blah. they wasted my precious time and gas for me driving there for nothing. Then they keep rescheduling my husband's cleaning he has to miss work for couple hours to drive there and then they say " oh we need to change your appointment" it's been 3 times now. I just think it's all new people working there and don't know what they are doing.

Experiencia negativa: Will never return and now suffer SEVERE health anxiety from my experience here. Was told they needed to see me after my first initial visit. Spoke with the surgeon who pulled up my xray and immediately said “ you have a tumor, I’m so sorry, how old are you? Yeah I’m sorry “ then directed me to the U of U. I cried for weeks to finally follow up with the U and get an opinion from not one , not two but three providers who explained to me I have a cyst, discussed my treatment plan and repeatedly apologized for how this surgeon explained things to me. Will never come back.

Experiencia negativa: I would give zero stars if I could. I had 2 teeth break off at the gum line. My first appointment was Sept 3rd for a consultation with the dentist and with the oral surgeon. The reg dentist was great. We talked about me getting dentures, but I need the 2 teeth surgically removed. After my time with the dentist, I was supposed to meet with the surgeon, Dr O. Come to find out, he left. So I made a second appt to see him on Sept 10th. He was rude and fast with his recommendation. I am on blood thinners due to some recent health issues. He wouldn't do anything until I went to my Dr to get a note on her recommendation on stopping the blood thinners to get the procedure done. So I had to make a 3rd appointment. Now I've been in pain for over 3 weeks. My appointment was supposed to be today, Oct 1st. Yesterday, I got a phone call saying that Dr. O wouldn't be in the office and I needed to reschedule for a 3rd time. I've already stopped taking my blood thinners at this point. They acted like it was no big deal, but it is. I take that medication to stop blood clots from forming. So, after a month of trying to get my teeth taken care of, I'm done. I did everything Dr O required I do, I had to make a appt with my Dr, which cost me, I had to get a letter from my Dr with her recommendation on my meds, I stopped taking the meds as requested by both Dr O and my Dr, just to have the surgeon cancel on me again. It's bad enough that he left knowing I was waiting for his consultation. The customer service in this office is zero. It takes a lot for me to go to the dentist due to anxiety, but I pushed my anxiety aside and went. I was already to get my teeth finally taken care of and get the dentures I need. I feel that I got a total run around. Dr O showed zero compassion. You don't have your patients stop taking a life saving medication just to cancel on them. I will not be back.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for an extraction. While I was on the nitros they remembered to get the consent forms signed so I ended up signing while high. The nitros stopped working halfway through the extraction and when I told them about it they kinda just shrugged it off. I asked for it specifically because of my PTSD. Oh well though... after the procedure, they wanted to prescribe Ibuprofen. I had been taking Ibuprofen all week for the pain that brought me in in the first place and it had almoat no effect. So they prescribed tylenol. But only for 3 days. It was a friday. So when I got home and took the pain meds and it had almost no affect the office was closed. Saturday closed. Sunday closed. I finally got ahold of them Monday (today) they brought me in and numbed me again. Told me that it should feel better when the numbing wore off. It sounded wrong to me but I don't know so I just took them at their word. The numbing lasted all day which was fine but it wore off and wouldn't you know it... it still hurts really bad. So I called at 4:50 pm and guess what. It was just a little too close to closing I guess. No answer. So I get to have another sleepless night because these people do not care about anyone.

Experiencia negativa: "Surprise! Have $800 of extra charges we did not tell you about! Merry August!" More context and update: A few weeks ago we started getting hounded from Monarch saying we owe them $800. I try to investigate. Long story short: Monarch, on reading our insurance, says that two processes will be covered. They are not. Monarch could easily tell they would not be. One of the processes straight up says 'not approved' and the other is a once every two years kind of thing, where Monarch performed it last year. We made the mistake of trusting them as knowing what they were doing. Looking at other review, we are not the first this has happened to. This tells us the people in charge of billing here are either malicious or incompetent (and according to Hanlon's Razor...we know which). When I finally got ahold of someone (I had to call in after three weeks of waiting for a callback) I said this did not seem ethical. "Well, you are entitled to your opinion." "That's a bullshit answer." I was then hung up on.

Experiencia negativa: Monarch Dental is not an upfront company. We had pre-approval for a dental procedure that was later denied by our insurance. The same procedure was covered for my spouse under the same insurance. When we spoke to the insurance company, we discovered the reason for the denial was that the codes approved and billed were not the same. Despite having it re-billed and following up every two weeks since December, the insurance denied it again for the same reason. Monarch's excuse was that the pre-approval is merely an estimate of the amount covered, not specifics. BE AWARE and avoid Monarch Dental unless you want to be in debt to a chain run from California where their offices don't even work together. I highly recommend finding a local office, like we did, that will ensure great care, provide real approvals for your case, and save you from being taken for over a thousand dollars. This is not a company I would endorse or use. The staff has no clue what each other is doing, nor does their corporate office.

Experiencia negativa: Dishonest? I went in for a routine checkup as a new patient at Monarch Dental in West Valley City, UT. They diagnosed me with paradontal disease. After decades of not missing any dental checkup (every 6 months), always getting great compliments from every dentist I've seen about the health of my teeth and gums, I became skeptical. They recommended a deep cleaning that my insurance does not cover. I refused the deep cleaning and asked for a normal cleaning that would be covered by my insurance but they refused me that dental care. I floss twice a day, brush 2-3 times a day. No pain, swelling or bleeding from my teeth and gums, no issues at all. I feel this was a dishonest diagnosis to make Monarch Dental more money. I will not do business with them again. I have to give them a star to post this but they don't deserve any from my experience.

Experiencia negativa: I hadn’t gone to the dentist in years, I hate the dentist. But I had some teeth that were hurting so I decided it was time for a cleaning and a check up. I chose this place because it was close to home. My first visit the person taking the X-rays rushed through them, and there was no cleaning. My second visit I had some cavities filled. It’s been about a month maybe a month and a half and these cavities are super sensitive to hot and cold. One of the teethe that the dentist worked on is hurting clear into my cheek. The third time I went in I had the dentist check his work and he stated that the tooth he fixed that is now hurting is good he said it was because of my bite, so he claims he fixed that. ITS STILL HURTING! I think i may need a root canal. But I paid for this so called work they did and now I have to go pay more money to have a root canal done! I’m needing more work done but I don’t think I will come back to this place. They suck!

Experiencia negativa: Had a morning appointment. Staff were not there 30 minutes into scheduled appointment. Those that were there were not even speaking English. People don't have time to deal with that in today's world. You need to be at your job ar your scheduled time. Certainly not letting these people work on my teeth if they can't even be at work on time. Or acknowledge me being there in any way. Waste of my time.

Experiencia positiva: Everyone I have met so far is very friendly. One nurse even spoke to me so I didn't have to watch them put the IV in my arm getting my wisdom teeth removed. They also will talk to you about other methods. Like how I can use a water flosser instead of super floss for my retainer.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time going to Monarch Dental. My husband goes there and he is very happy with them. I enjoyed my visit with the dentist because he showed me what was going on and explained it very well in detail. They gave me options for treatment and options for financing. Experiencia fantástica: I had a tooth that was killing me I tried to get in to my regular dentist they would not see me for three days I called monarch and they fit me in within a hour He put me on Antibiotics and within one day, the pain was gone I need to have a root canal done and he scheduled that for me Very friendly staff and excellent dentist. Experiencia negativa: Never go there. They lied to you telling you that you insurance will cover a service when it doesn’t. And then later they make you pay the balance due the insurance didn’t go through when clearly the insurance told them that they don’t cover that specific service. If you request to speak with the manager SHE WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK! AVOID IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES TO GO THERE.

Experiencia negativa: A couple of years ago I visited this practice and had the worst experience at any office I have ever had in my life. The only reason I wasn't able to follow through with my malpractice lawsuit was because of covid. A couple of years ago I came into this office for two extractions, both of which went horribly wrong. I was ushered into a room, I was given minimal novocaine which was not allowed time to work, I was then immediately given an overdose of an anti-anxiety injection designed to help you relax but instead was being used to try and knock me out. The doctor began the procedure and immediately I screamed louder than I have ever screamed in my life and I passed out from the pain. While I was out he attempted to move forward with the procedure, crushing my tooth, and leaving shards in place that I've only now finally been able to get removed, as far as 3 years later. As I was coming to, I was trying to tell the doctor I was conscious and to stop. I have been putting my hands up and telling him please to stop. He straddled me and held me down, and instructed to other female nurses to hold me down. He crushed my wisdom tooth and I passed out again from the pain. The pain was so intense I felt like I was inside my gums from the inside of my body. Between the drugs he gave me and the amount of pain I was in I was having violent hallucinations in a half dream state. The doctor then denied holding me down and denied the instruction he gave to the other nurses to do the same thing. He was gaslighting me into trying to tell me I was asleep during the entire procedure, even though the medication isn't designed for that. After that happening and being blatantly lied to and having the dentist gaslight me while his Nurses stand there in silence shook up, either the manager or owner of the practice told me nothing could ever be done. Monarch as a parent company did Force this practice to pay for my procedures with his malpractice insurance, and the doctor was terminated and barred from being able to work there again. The woman who was/is running the practice at the time was extremely combative, and she assured me time and time again that nothing would be done to resolve the situation. This practice forces you to sign paperwork and waivers, now with new details, explaining and detailing that they have no responsibilities, obligation, or liability if ANYTHING goes wrong. If you value yourself or your children, you will keep them very far away from this dental practice. As a father myself, I would hate to see my own children or someone else's children go through what I had to at this place. To top it off, they can't even respond to their own reviews. it's automated nothing. This practice absolutely does. NOT. care about you or their work.

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter to get her teeth realigned by the orthodontist , worse decision ever. I am still waiting to get back into the office after they promised to call back because of their negligence to cancel her appointment, I’ve had to call them over 10 times. Only to find rude answers and very unprofessional assistant by the ladies who answers the phone, this is the most important part of my daughters life and they act like they can just play around with peoples feelings and teeth. I’ve warned them about my daughters disability “autism “ and they have never done anything to help her feel comfortable, they have hurt her cut her lip stretching her lips till they bleed. My child has a lot of trauma from the staff at this place and they still don’t care. I will never recommend this place for anyone they can’t do their job let alone make anyone feel comfortable with the experience of this place READ THE COMMUNITY COMMENTS THEY ARE MOSTLY NEGATIVE!!!! I should of now I regret it

Experiencia negativa: My son has had orthodontic treatment for more than 3 years and cannot finish it because of the bad service that this establishment provides. We have almost a year since we finished paying what they asked for and in return they only delay our appointments. Honestly, it is a terrible service It is exhausting to be with them, if you have the opportunity to get your treatments elsewhere it will always be better because in this place they only want you to finish paying and then they cancel your appointments. There is no compliance with the contract, lousy service.

Experiencia negativa: This has been the worst dental experience of my life. The pain was acceptable. The way the entire office operated was unacceptable. I was given options. However the dentist and office staff made their own decisions. Time frames were given and they had to be pushed back. This has affected my entire family and plans have to be changed and or cancelled. The counter associates thought it was funny, smirking, smiling and laughing. The professional behavior was unacceptable for any type of business. I personally will never use any of their services again. I recommend that anyone reading this never use their services. With proper communication this entire process could have been avoided. Experiencia negativa: My wife went in for a cleaning, the stressed that she needed a crown and a filling. After already having her insurance info, they did not say anything to her until everything was done and charged her 600 dollars for the work. They made her feel pressured into having the work done. This is very unprofessional for a dentist. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Even though it required a sinus lift for a cadaver bone graft to accommodate my new implant, Periodontist Kathleen McCombs forwent the normal 6-mo period it takes the bone graft to set and completed the procedure in a single 2-hr operation. 24-hrs later I'm adhering to typical restrictions (ie can't blow my nose for a month, soft foods/no smoking/no alcohol, ...) but am totally pain-free without the need for any pain killers!!! Good periodontists are hard to find --- I'm hanging onto this one!

Experiencia fantástica: I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. When I went to Monarch Dental they helped me feel more at ease( was still scared though ). They also did a fantastic job of explaining what my options were and really made sure I under stood. All of the employees were super friendly and were very professional. They go above and beyond to help you with possible finance options. Unfortunately because I credit sucks I couldn’t get approved for much help. I just wish dental offices would work out payment plans with people. I’m sure that’s a pain too. Just sucks can’t get my teeth fixed because of dumb decisions I made earlier in life. Experiencia negativa: I’m not one to usually leve reviews, and rarely have a bad experience with dentists but this place is absolutely terrible. I have a regular dentist but thought I’d give this place a shot. I got some fillings done but was so numb at the end i couldn’t tell if they were okay. Dr said to not worry and he could fit me in to file them down and it would be no hassle. When the numbness went away I noticed they were very high and made it uncomfortable to chew so I called in and was told i could come in 30minutes or wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I ended up calling another one of their locations and was told they could fit me in later that day but I would have to pay out of pocket because it’s only covered to get fixed by the specific doctor and not monarch itself. So either wait three weeks or pay out of pocket. I’m thankful for the other location who helped me but literally worst experience ever.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had a tooth extracted on Friday by Dr Smith. Since then she has severe swelling and a bad smell in her gums. She has tried to get a antibiotic with no help from the front desk. They have no idea when dr Smith will be in and no one else will help her. The girl who answered the phone is very rude and uncaring. I was told have her take a pain pill. We need antibiotics! Wth is wrong with these people? People can die from infections and all you guys care about is the money. This happened to my husband 3 years ago! Experiencia negativa: I went there on Thursday last week for a filling, and I just want only a filling, so they suggested me to do a crown for my teeth, but I couldn’t do it right away because I’m pregnant. So I told them I couldn’t do it, the only thing I want to do it is filling for my teeth, So the dentist, he did it. When I got home, my mouth stills feel numbing, I thought that was normal. But it doesn’t, my gum was hurting, my teeth isn’t even, when I try to eat something I feel pain. The dentist, he took out a part of my teeth, but he didn’t do a good job, he stills left a hole there, food gets under my teeth, I called them for a fixed, but the only thing they care how to make money, patient means nothing, never ever come back to this dental.

Experiencia negativa: Writing this review after seeing Dr. Johnson and leaving feeling completely taken advantage of. I called about two weeks ago to make an appointment for a check up / cleaning and asked the receptionist if my dr could make a referral for me to get my wisdom teeth removed. She scheduled the check up and then said she can schedule another appointment for me to get a free consult from their orthodontist for my wisdom teeth. Well nothing is free and I paid in my time. That appointment was today. I would describe the “appointment” as a sales pitch for braces/Invisalign. From the very beginning I told Dr. Johnson I want to get my wisdom teeth out. He said he recommends that I get them removed and then switched to talking about my teeth and what braces can do to help. I tell the doctor that I would like to get my teeth straightened but it is not a priority; my priority it’s my wisdom teeth. He continues his sales pitch and at the end says he will send in a financing consultant. To which I question “about my wisdom teeth?” “About braces” says Dr. Johnson. Excuse me sir but I stated not 5 minutes ago that at this time I only want and can afford my wisdom teeth removal. Turns out Dr. Johnson has nothing to do with wisdom teeth and could do nothing for me. At that point I get my stuff and leave telling the doctor I am not interested in the financial consult. The receptionist coldly apologized making excuses about why I was scheduled for a sales pitch and made the correct (I hope) appointment for me. Its on Nov 9 and I will be updating this review then. Update: I called and canceled my appointment and went to Rose Creek Dental which is the only dental office I have ever been to in my 25 years that I felt understood my financial situation and do everything they can to make sure I am comfortable and feel respected. Amazingly kind staff at Rose Creek Dental.

Experiencia negativa: My entire experience felt like a sales presentation for cosmetic dental work. I came in with severe pain from a broken molar that needed immediate work done on it to stop the pain. I was also told in this office that I had an infection in that tooth. After the pre-work of looking in my mouth and telling me what needed to be done on it as well as taking my x-rays, I was then referred to another office to have this work done. I was given several different cards for other dentists in the area, none of which took my insurance. I was told this office does not perform basic root canals, partial root canals or extractions despite that being the need for my appointment in the first place and making that clear over the phone prior to making my appointment. I was also refused a prescription for antibiotics needed to assist with the infection that they confirmed I had. This office is for cosmetic dental work only and they are not up front about this sales marketing. If you have an expectation that your teeth will be taken care of for anything other than cosmetic work at this dental office, you will be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: After making all the payments for a service back in February 2022 and ensuring my husband that every thing was all paid for a new bill comes in after 5 months of this service. Not including the fact that they made him visit the location for more than 4 times just because they were not able to get it right. Sad story because I recommend him to go there. Experiencia fantástica: I DO NOT HANDLE DENTIST VISITS WELL! But this could have been a really bad visit, but everyone there was so great. I wasn't prepared for the amount my procedures were going to be but rather than postponing my appt the office crew helped me get financing and the dentist waited patiently and did my procedure. They helped me calm down and I got through the procedure better than I ever have. So far I feel comfortable going back.

Experiencia fantástica: It's always a smooth appointment for me at Monarch. I feel that I've always been treated well. The staff is very friendly and will help guide you if you don't know something. The appointment scheduling has always been easy. If I need any x rays done or other procedures they ask me prior to doing them. My experience has always been positive. I would definitely recommend them.
Experiencia negativa: Staff is clueless about what is going. Lack of communication, horrible customer service and mediocre staff. Our confirmed appointments were canceled when we got there a few times in the past but we still gave them the benefit of the doubt because like always nobody knew why or what happened. Also, there was always unauthorized charges that was billed months after visits that no one would be able to verify and just give us the run around for. The last straw was because of our recent visit for the ordontist. I had an appointment with orthodontist for Monday at 8:30am that was set up 5 weeks in advance. They confirmed the appointment on Friday. I showed up on Monday at 8:20am. I waited till 8:47am when I was informed that my trays had not even arrived. The situation was handled very poorly and absolutely unprofessionally and I am very disappointed.

Experiencia positiva: First of all the front office staff was great, very nice. My daughter came in in tears she was in so much pain. When the Dentist came we just didn't get a great feeling of care, felt like she didn't matter to him he ground down one of her teeth he felt was to high and causing part of the pain, said would probably need a root canal And then referred her out to an Endodontist and was done. The dental assistant had the Hygienist come in and give a long lasting shot of Novacaine so she could rest and not suffer for a couple hours.. that did help alot.the Dentist Dr. Gregory Smith gave her an antibiotic but nothing for pain. So now she has to suffer with pain thru the weekend. Was not impressed by the provider one bit felt like he couldn't be bothered. The assistant went above and beyond to help get the Endodontist appt scheduled for this Monday, cudos to Ashley for being so caring.
