I recently got braces off and had a bit of a hard with some bite issues and expressed concerns with my ortho who didn’t have the greatest bedside manner with me but Dr. Pierce was caring and helped to resolve my issues without making me feel small. You guys are the best!

Experiencia negativa: I was requested to get dental records + trays. Release of information sent them a link that they couldn't open. I reached out to the office and talked to Maria who acted like it was my problem and not theirs to get the documents. I called back, and another gal answered, and immediately hung up on me.I called back a second time.The same gal answered, I think her name was Courtney + immediately hung up again. My husband and myself received a text message from Tamalyn stating that they canceled our departments and would be best.If we went elsewhere. WOW ... This was to establish a new patient intake to this office. How absolutely unprofessional and rude. Anyone that reads this should not go to Dentus.Dental as their staff does not want to be put forth any effort to assist new patients.

Very professional and caring from the receptionist’s, doctors and all the assistants. I also like that I am always told what out of pocket costs for any services I need. No surprises. About 2 years ago I had a new upper partial made that was designed by Dr. Kirk. He and his assistant Melody, efficiently and carefully took measurements and molds over a few visits. They perfectly made sure the new partial fit with my bottom teeth , before sending it to the lab for the final product. I was very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic Staff! A friend referred Dentus Dental and I had a new patient appointment set up. But before I could come into that first appointment, I began to experience horrible tooth pain. They quickly fit me in, the day before Thanksgiving, and quickly assessed the issue. They even gave me pain meds to hold me over the holiday weekend and had me in first thing that Monday. I have not been to the dentist in over 8 years and they have been wonderful, working with me, on prioritizing the work needed. Thank you for being so patient and kind with a nervous patient!

Experiencia positiva: While the procedures and the execution were great, I am feeling railroaded for services I am not asking for and don't feel properly consulted about. I'm sure at some point I nodded my head about procedures my insurance doesn't fully cover so I won't argue charges paid already, but I guarantee I would not have agreed to something like that if I had truly understood and will not going forward. I will be discontinuing my patronage of this clinic and finding a new clinic.

Experiencia positiva: I go in for a cleaning every six months. Since I have no dental insurance, they give me the option of only having the exam once a year instead of twice. That way I save a bit of money. Yesterday I had Kat clean my teeth, and she was so informative; really educating me on the best ways to brush with my electric toothbrush to improve my gum health. I would highly recommend Dentus. We have been going to them for over 20 years. Update: Took my elderly mother in for a cleaning. She is too short for their new chairs. So she had to scoot way up so her head would sit in the head rest which, because of the contour of the chair, made the whole experience very uncomfortable for her.

The front desk staff has been kind and helpful navigating my insurance with me as a young adult. My dental assistant Madison was gentle and friendly and she explained everything she was doing along the way during my cleaning! Dr. Kirk was amazing and did my filling so quickly- his technique of applying a buffer combined with shaking my lip to give my local anesthetic injection was awesome, I didn’t feel a thing. That being said I had to switch from my regular hygienist due to scheduling conflicts and I saw Jessie. Definitely not up to the Dentus standards. She asked what kind of tooth brush I was using and I told her I use a standard tooth brush along with a water pik. She basically scolded me and told me that was like hosing down my car rather than cleaning it. Well I don’t brush my teeth with the water pik and I’m an adult and don’t appreciate being scolded especially since my regular gal suggested I use it. She continued to lecture me throughout my visit which was irritating. I love Dentus but will not see Jessie ever again.

Knowing myself how I always get anxious, nervous and scared going to the dental even for a normal cleaning routine-I always get anxious. Today, I had the procedure done with Dr.Christopher Pierce-he was very gentle with me and professionally doing his job! I really appreciate that and I felt very calm and trustful. All the staff who I met today and who was assisting doctor- was very friendly, supportive and caring-which means a lot to me! Experiencia negativa: This dental office did a bait and switch on me. Took all my insurance information and stated yes we take your insurance. Go in for an extensive exam. Upon leaving reception hands me a print out telling me I need to call insurance and see what they will pay. Turns out this office is not in network and insurance only paid a fraction of the bill. When I called and questioned the receptionist about this she became extremely combative. Started yelling at me. Listened to this person go off on me for awhile then finally just hung up. BEWARE

Experiencia negativa: Had gone to DentUs for years starting from childhood and had an amazing experience. Knew people personally. Excellent sealants. Never a single cavity requiring more than a light top dusting without novacaine in my early 30's. Got divorced and publicly announced my agnosticism/slightly atheistic new beliefs and went back to DentUs where I was asked to change my appointment time day-of. Sure, no problem. Got a new hygienist I don't know and had the insides between my teeth scraped aggressively. I say scraped and not cleaned, with intention. The tongue and outer sides had not yet been cleaned and after the in-betweens had been scraped I was asked if I needed further cleaning. Nope, said I was good. After the back left molar got one of the four top notches taken down which hurt for a couple months with on/off sensitivity and I've picked up some extra food in between my teeth thought I'd let everybody know. I literally own a personal hygienist kit at my house, and while I have nowhere near perfect teeth--I've been to the dentist enough times to know what's normal and what's not.
