We had been searching for a good dentist for a long time to treat Emily’s teeth, and finally we heard exactly what we needed — professionalism, care, and confidence. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They treated Emily with so much warmth and gentleness that she wasn’t afraid at all For a mom, that means everything. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and genuine care for children. We are so happy to have finally found our dental home.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 year old son had his first visit with them last week and he loved it. The dental staff is amazing with children and the atmosphere was perfect for the little ones. My son actually sat still and allowed the dentist to check his teeth.

Experiencia positiva: Really sweet and friendly hygienists but this practice is way too aggressive with their treatment. I came for a second opinion and left feeling like I completely wasted my time. If you are okay with silver capping every tooth over surface level cavities then this is the place.. I was shocked how my daughter’s treatment plan went from 1 silver cap then coming here for a second opinion and leaving being told she would need 6. If you have Medicaid I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Experiencia negativa: Very bad experience with personal front desk and Dr. I took my daughter for first time and because she has anxiety problems they decided not to finish the treatment, I thought Dr. knew how to deal with kids, this place it’s a joke, very rude, don’t take your kids there specially if they have a specials needs.

Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely love this dentist! The office is incredible for the Littles and my daughter felt safe and comfortable. All the staff was attentive and smiling and had great people skills, treating my 14 month old with respect.

Experiencia negativa: Apparently I “broke the dentist’s trust” by seeking a second opinion and cannot bring my 4 year old back, but for some reason my 1 year old is fine to come back? This place is a complete joke. They are rude right out the gate at the first appointment. They wanted to silver cap almost all of my 4 year old’s teeth. I took her over to Storybook Dental after this and they couldn’t believe what they were hearing about my experience with Must Love Kids. Storybook’s dentist told me he only needed to cap ONE. In their words “They must’ve been trying to scare you.” I would never take my children back to Must Love Kids, I recommend you don’t either if you don’t want your child have unnecessary dental work.

Even had on her favorite show. “Gabby dollhouse”. They made us all feel comfortable and the dentist was amazing. Checked my daughter’s stuffed animals teeth first, to make my daughter feel more comfortable. We love this place and everyone is so nice

The decor is wonderful for kids and the office is overall quite impressive filled with a variety of things kids love. Their tech and equipment is also very amazing, I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get an xray. They are also great about getting all 3 of my kids in together which makes it easier on me. I wish there had been a dentist office like this when I was a kid!

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot describe how amazing Must Love Kids Pediatric Dentistry is. I took my two year old for his very first dental appointment and they were beyond welcoming and oh so very kind and gentle with him. They knew exactly how to communicate with him in a way that he would not only understand but be encouraged to respond and engage. Their rooms are perfectly decorated in such a way that allows for children to forget that they are in what most feel is a very feared environment. The t'vs on the ceiling are genius as it truly catches the kids attention from the start. They are also very fast!! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatric dentistry. Truly so impressed. I look forward to bringing my son there again.

Clinic is really kid friendly and welcoming. Dr. Monisha and her team was really supportive through out the treatment..everything went so well. My children's smile look so amazing. We are really thrilled with the results!

Experiencia negativa: Super poor experience, super poor staff quality, taking my child for a dental check-up for the first time, the doctor said they would remove 15 teeth of a 7-year-old child and perform general anesthesia surgery, a super terrifying treatment plan. I decided to choose another clinic, but they sent me threatening and intimidating messages every day, making me mentally ill. I hope you don't go through what I have experienced

Experiencia fantástica: Oh well, it feels like I only have 3 cavities on my mouth, I used to go there for only 7 years, including 6 or 5 years during 2018, also includes 2019 and 2020, but for right now, my appointment said doctors have to brush my teeth, and now, my tooth is currently cleaned! All of the doctors are really kind and patient! This place is interesting!

Experiencia negativa: Came into the appointment for my son to get a crown , I had my 1yr old with us as well they brought us to the back then told me my 1yr old couldn’t be in the room so we had to wait in another room. This made me very uncomfortable, but I didnt want to reschedule. When they were done the dental assistant said everything went well. So I was going to take my son to school but he had this deep cut on the inside of his lip. He told me that it happened while they were working on his teeth. I called back to check with them they said it must have happened when we left. I don’t know what happened because I couldn’t be in the room with my son. I didn’t see the cut until we got home . His lip is really swollen. My 1 yr old has been in the room while my son has had work done in the past appointments. So I don’t know why we couldn’t be in the room today. Very disappointed and will be switching dentist

Experiencia negativa: If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did someone give a fake report regarding my son because of personal history, they banned both my kids from being seen even though they both need emergency services. I knew going back to them after covid was a mistake.

The dentist and her team explained everything they were going to do before doing it which was a huge help. Experiencia fantástica: 100% an awesome experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming both when scheduling and when arriving to our appt. They took us back promptly and were incredibly reassuring to my girls, who were a bit anxious about seeing a new dentist and being in a new setting. Dr. Mo was awesome with the kids, she modified how she did the check up to better suit the girls needs. After the exam she was incredibly informative about brushing and dental hygiene. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a pediatric dentist. Update 2025 One of our children needed a dental treatment that involved sedation. The team here was so informative and caring during the entire process. We were updated multiple times during the procedure. Our daughter expressed after that she wasn’t scared and that she loved her pretty new teeth. Big thank you to the entire team!

Experiencia fantástica: I have so many positive things to say about this dental office. We were out of town and my child developed a dental emergency that was unexpected and they were able to get my child an appointment the very next day. The out-of-pocket cost cause my insurance was not accepted because we were out of state. It was incredibly reasonable.. The staff were fantastic. I coparent and so paperwork was complicated and they managed that process very well. The doctor was very good about explaining what happened how it happened and what we could do to prevent it in the future. We were able to get a prescription and continue on with our vacation. The office is set up completely and fully for children. My child was a very comfortable while they were in there. The staff really do love children. I cannot rave enough about this dental Office and I only wish that they were in my town so I could continue to take my child here.

Experiencia negativa: My kids used to go here, the reception is nice enough and hygienists are too. However; on their last 6 month checkup I was asked if I was fine with paying for x-rays because insurance only covers 1 a year. I told the receptionist no unless there’s a reason to, there’s no need to unnecessarily expose them to x-ray. Then we sat to wait and each hygienist that came to collect each kid, so 3 more times, I had to repeat myself about them not getting any unnecessary X-rays. Then when we’re checking out and scheduling a repair for one tiny cavity that won’t need any numbing to be fixed, they automatically add a out of pocket fee for nitros oxide. My daughter is not scared or anxious of the dentist at all, it’s just a way to make a little bit more money. I also always got a bad vibe from the big signs advertising Botox and such. It’s strictly a pediatric dental office , and all that in your face advertising screams “trying to make money but any means possible”.

Experiencia fantástica: Very impressed from our first visit! Very responsive unlike our previous provider. All staff were pleasant and very helpful. My two young children had appointments at the same time and they made sure to place us in side by side rooms which was so incredibly helpful and much appreciated! The dentist and assistants were all so incredibly kind and helpful! Very happy with our choice!

The parents or the patients should have the rights to ask question and to have options. Talking to the parents of the patients with such arrogance and rudeness is unacceptable.

Worst experience ever my son had an appointment for fillings and crown came in waited over 25 mins to get back once their asked if the silver crown they using had a mercury and heavy metals doctor came and gave some information and then I was told that our appointment is over nothing was done just because I asked a simple question which makes me feel confused cause are they lying about their product is that why they didn’t want to do it once I asked to get papers about the product or what how can I wait 25 mins cause your late but just because I asked simple question your cancel his appointment because i apparently wasted ur 10mins because I asked a simple question..! Do better I would do research about what they’re using before going in !

Experiencia negativa: I was horrified how the dentist treated my daughter for her first trip. Her demeanor in front of my child and the unprofessionalism blew my mind. It's like the mean teacher that you wonder why they became a teacher if they hate kids. She chose the wrong profession. Certain conversations are to be had with the parent alone not in front of the child. She made my daughter feel bad about herself when she was so excited to go. I'm disgusted by this place. No accountability was taken after a formal complaint. If I could rate a -5 star review I would. Bring your kid here at your own risk. After talking with others about this experience I found the same dentist is know to be very aggressive and not gentle. Just avoid this place

Experiencia positiva: A few people asked us if we knew our dentist “fires” kids around the age of 11 or 12. We thought they were mistaken. Went to our latest appointment this month only to be literally blindsided with notice they will no longer see our 12 year old. We were told it was because he had a cavity on an adult tooth and needed more “specialized care”. Our child is on the spectrum. It takes a bit for him to feel comfortable both going to the dentist and meeting new people. Now, we have to do both with zero advance notice. So incredibly inconsiderate

Experiencia negativa: This was our second time here. The first time went great. But this time was awful. We will not be returning. My 8 year old gets pretty bad anxiety about the dentist. The dental assistant was extremely rude to her. Told her “nope we’re not doing this today, you’re 8 now you can do it. No isn’t a choice today” did no comforting or encouraging whatsoever when my daughter was crying and didn’t want to open her mouth. She was very short and snippy and rude. My 5 year old does well at the dentist and she was overly enthusiastic just over the top happy with him. It really drove home the guilt my 8 year old felt for a fear she has. Then when the dentist came in, she talked so fast and seemed very rushed. Never showed me x-rays, or went over anything. She was very impersonal. I cannot believe they call themselves a “children’s” dentist. They seem to be kid friendly only for the picture perfect cooperative kids, which let’s be honest, is NOT the reality of children’s dentistry!!

Experiencia fantástica: My 6, and 9 year old boys love the dentist thanks to Must Love Kids! It’s the only dentist they’ve ever been to, and they not only look forward to their visits, but constantly ask when their next appointment is. The punch cards they give for having no cavities (3 punch’s gets you a bigger prize than the prizes from regular visits) gets my boys motivated to brush and floss!

I really appreciated Ellie and the way she got to eye level and introduced herself to my daughter. That spoke to me big time. Also I hope I am saying it correctly... dr. Kali was amazing and super honest and informative. Mariana was great as well over the phone and answering questions about insurance. She was also super helpful with the scheduling. Experiencia negativa: Horrible doctor and management. First time with my 6y old at a dentist office… he had cavity on the lower side molar. The doctor informed me that he needs antibiotics and the tooth removed. But she will not start the treatment unless I do his whole mouth all of his molars.(which are in good condition) she said that every single one needs silver crown, she also needs him asleep. I left crying, what kind of doctor are you a child is in pain and you refuse to treat the infection unless I do all of his teeth??? It was Dr. Caroline

The facility is clean and welcoming, with exceptional professional staff that care for your child with patience, understanding, they are eager to help in any way possible, and aim to give you the best experience so your kiddo feels safe. They have a cozy waiting area with a coffee/tea station, a lounge area where you can take siblings while you wait to watch a movie or play games, and each treatment room has a theme of Disney movies/characters to help your kiddo relax. They have a sensory room for more sensitive kiddos. They are flexible with scheduling and schedule future appointments before you leave to ensure there is no lapse in care. I could go on and on about how amazing it is here, and recommend any/all families looking for dental care or needing to switch to a new provider check out Must Love Kids!

We walked out and she says to me “I like to go to the dentist; why did the Dr. say good job when checking me” . So, I had to explain and she was happy all day and told dad how well her appointment went.

Her easy going attitude made my son comfortable during the visit. My son's name is O.W. so if you brushed his teeth, you know who you are lol. I also want to recognize Karina for going over the dental plan so professionally and effortlessly - making sure I perfectly understood everything we went over. Thank you ladies.

My daughter had a bad fall & broke a couple baby teeth, so I took her to her dentist at Lighthouse dental who had no time to give her the attention she needed & basically gave a temporary fix to one of her teeth leaving the other broken tooth untouched. I was so disturbed that I immediately made an appointment at MLK because they specialize in pediatric dental care. As soon as they heard my concerns, they got us in ASAP. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. Then the dentist confirmed what we had suspected. The previous dentist’s neglect had actually caused further damage to her teeth. So much so that one tooth was in need of urgent extraction. They got us in for that appointment asap as well. They went above and beyond to prepare me & my 3 year old for the procedure & what to expect & how to care for her after. They also made sure to schedule her a follow up appointment to check on the crown & incision from the extraction, so I know they truly care about her oral health. I didn’t even mention how cool the office is with movies, arcade games, movie memorabilia & themed rooms too! If you have a kiddo, this is the dentist for you! My daughter is already asking when she gets to go back to the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: We were referred here after my kids consistently refused to cooperate with our regular dentist, and they were great - we could all go in together, so the kids had support from each other as well as both parents, the dentist and the assistant were very understanding of our kids' difficulties, and when it turned out my oldest needed dental surgery they got us scheduled right away.

The Doctors and staff are amazing at making your family feel welcomed and comfortable. Dental Assistant Alex is always welcoming, friendly, kind and patient with all kiddos. MLK is lucky to have her as a valued employee!

My daughter needed to go under for anesthesia to get a bunch of dental work done, and these guys were here to save her teeth. The doctors and assistants are more than amazing here. We worked with Dr.Mo and Nicole were so calm and patient with our little one. They were all amazing! will definitely be back.

The dental assistant was not friendly, not personable, obviously doesn’t understand children, wasn’t patient, caring, or GENTLE with my 3 year old. She used so much force on my child to brush his teeth she gave him immediate bruises on his cheeks. My son is traumatized and obviously extremely hurt and in pain from this establishment and how they handle younger children. For a place to be called “Must love kids” they sure didn’t treat my son this way. Pictures don’t even show how dark this bruise is in person. My blood is boiling because everyone over the weekend ask what happened to his face because it’s so dark. It’s awful someone would ever do this to a child.

The dentists are amazingly patient, the staff are always super helpful and the techs always do a wonderful job getting the kids ready and excited to see the dentist. We were particularly impressed when my daughter had the beginnings of a cavity, we were offered a new type of sealant instead of of drilling or capping the teeth. I highly recommend this place!

The building is clean, the staff is friendly, the Dentist is super professional. She is honest, but very nice and gives great advice about caring for the children’s teeth. Very straight forward experience. I’m so glad this is where I decided to take my girls! They can’t wait until their next appointment. Seriously, look nowhere else and choose Must love kids! :-)

Experiencia fantástica: I had a difficult and emergent dental situation that needed to be taken care of ASAP for my granddaughter. I did a Google search for Pediatric dentists in my area, name of the practice first caught my eye. Called to schedule an appointment- was so worried it would be weeks out. But, to my surprise; it was literally the next day! I cannot relay to you the absolutely friendl, inviting and professional this office and their staff are! Very welcoming. The doctors are collector's of Marvel and other genres of characters and figurines. Every room is themed. Very new, clean facility! Just blown away by how easy the staff made everything. They really rock! Class act. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I took both of my girls (toddler and infant) to this office for the first time, and we loved it! Dr. Calle was amazing and made my girls have a great experience. She speaks Spanish, and that was a bonus for us! The whole team was nice, and welcoming. My toddler is very excited to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: We came to Must Love Kids after we took our 3 year old son to another dentist that was rude and unprofessional and not handling our son correctly or us as a family properly. They were not providing accurate information and care to our son. We called Must Love Kids after his appointment and they got him in the next day. They were kind, professional, and so welcoming. Thank you for taking care of us and especially our son!!

Experiencia fantástica: The office is amazing for kids. Everyone was awesome with the kids six made it a nice and friendly experience for them. I as a parent felt comfortable being with one kid and letting the other be by themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my daughter’s first ever dental appointment here and are very happy we chose Must Love Kids. The whole office is decorated fantastic, much for kids to look at. They got us from lobby to exam room so fast, which was a relief having a 1 year old. The exam was fast and thorough, good tips and advice. We were able to schedule her next appointment when we left. Can’t wait to have her seen here for future appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my 2 year old here for his first dentist appointment. There are balloons at the suite door and the waiting area is filled with colorful and eclectic decor. I like that you fill the paperwork out on your phone, and it was nice that they don't call your child's name out in front of the whole waiting area, they have you go to a numbered sofa when you check in and the dental assistant comes right out to you to escort you back. Our dental assistant was very sweet and patient with my toddler, as was Dr. Calle. They were both very gentle and we were able to get through the whole appointment with no tears, I was so thankful! Great place to take your kid for excellent dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an extremely quick checkup. The staff is always so great with my toddler. She loves the different themed rooms and gets excited to see which room we will be in when we visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr MO and the team are exceptional. Our child was born with lots of sensory/sensitivity issues and he went through a procedure this week with no problems at all. He's been enjoying his visits to the coolest dentist in town. Thankyou all so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this place. We moved here recently from Southern California and I’ve never witnessed a pediatric dental office like this before. If there was a Disneyland for dental offices, this would be it! Not only is the facility incredible but the staff over the couple years we’ve been here have been consistently amazing, not only to my children but to me, the mom. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen a happier staff, very respectful and empathetic. They truly do listen to you.

Experiencia fantástica: If any parents are looking for a dentist, Please check out Must love Kids Dental. Our son unfortunately has a start of an infection in one of his baby teeth We went in Wednesday. Set up a care plan and what we should do. They told me if we notice swelling or extreme pain before the next appointment, just call them and they will prescribe antibiotics. I went to call them today and they are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I started to panic. I called again and went through the prompts of emergency questions. They text me about an hour later. At first said they can call it in Monday, when I kindly asked if there was anyway for it to be sooner because it’s his birthday weekend and I don’t want him miserable. They had the prescription sent. On their day off. Best customer service ever, not to mention how beautiful and awesome their practice is. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I've been taking my daughter here for 5 years and I will never go anywhere else. The level of care and sincerity is beyond. The staff is always so kind and respectful whenever we come in. We are always greeted with a smile and genuine interest in the lives of myself and my daughter. I must give her extra gold star to one of the staff Alex Harman she is so kind and sweet and always makes my daughter feel safe and calm. Our first visit I recall Alex took the time to make sure my daughter Selena felt safe and reassured her that everything was going to be OK. I'm very grateful for must love kids because the title of the company is very true. They truly do love kids.

Experiencia fantástica: My 7 year old was so excited when we arrived for our first appointment! Very cool decorations and comfortable spacious waiting room. A clean office with cool action figures on display for kids to see! Our first experience was great. The staff were very kind.

Experiencia fantástica: three of our four young boys have been seen at Must Love Kids... they all had great experiences. All the staff we encountered were extremely adept at interacting with children. And the Dentist we had was professional and kind. And the restroom is painted to look like the outside of the TARDIS!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought in my 2 almost 3 year old daughter for the first time yesterday and we had a wonderful experience. She felt at ease and was super comfortable with all of the staff from the front desk to the dental assistant and dentist. The dental plan was thoroughly explained with the best interest of my daughter in mind. The dentist is a cool, and knowledgeable down to earth gal and everyone was a pleasure to be around. Our visit couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you!
