Experiencia positiva: went in earlier this week for my wife & she mentioned she couldn’t get through anyone on the phone. At first we thought it was a WIFI issue or something. Not sure what happened to the other girl but there was only two assistants & running behind. While I’m in the lobby waiting, I realize the friendly girl in the front wasn’t there and The phone keeps ringing & none answering. The turnover rate there is high & exhausting.it sucks because the people there are really good folks & as patients we deserve to Know Whose there. Doctor was nice & Emilie

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the location at 75th and Bell Rd to have my denture repaired. They did take x-rays and had me see the dentist while I was there. I had shared with the dentist that I have already paid to have implants, but the process is on hold due to health issue. What I really appreciate is that she still took the time to discuss this with me and I gained some more insight and understanding. I am sorry, I can't remember her name (I'm horrible with names). But what I do remember is that she was very nice...in fact, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. If my health issues no longer allow me to move forward with my implants, I intend to return to this Aspen Dental to go over my options and treatments. Sincerely Robby Hyden

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin this Aspen Dental was phenomenal. My mom came here & I tagged along to make sure everything went smoothly. Starting with the front desk osmara was Very professional and efficient. She made sure to work above and beyond to make sure my moms insurance would go through before continuing with anything. Friendliest person we could talk to!! The assistant was very nice to make sure because of her age she was comfortable and accommodating taking x rays. Dr P was very straightforward and tried giving the best help she could to my mother. Whole team was amazing including the manager Lina, this office makes you feel like family

She was patient enough to walk us through the tablet questions which we appreciated! The Dr answered all our concerns & she made sure to make us feel heard. Experiencia negativa: Months ago. Terse experience. Sales focused, dentist was dismissive. Whatever. Wasn’t going back. But not charging me, notifying me or calling about an outstanding payment - just sending me to collections is horrible. Credit is critical to my business. Dealing with collectors and fees, horrible. Verifying it’s a scam or not, waste of time.

Experiencia positiva: A little disappointed in this location, most of the staff was gone. Girls at the front desk were very friendly & patient with me but I was annoyed that each time I asked how much longer that time was extended. Waited over half an hour for a cleaning. The girl who does my cleanings and I trust for being so gentle is no longer there as well. Sadly. When I finally got sat down, the girls in scrubs were laughing sitting down & talking next to me. The urgency was lacking. Overall nice staff

Experiencia negativa: The worse dental experience ever. Dr Petal should not be practicing medicine. Her indecisiveness and incompetence almost cost me my life. I was suffering from a severe upper tooth infection that was starting to work its way to my brain. I was sent there from the ER, and even though the ER considered it life threatening she did not get the urgency. She kept putting off my operation because she was either afraid to administer it or failed to come up with a practical solution for my care. Week and weeks of suffering went by without her doing anything to help me. I finally gave up and went to a better dentist who was able to find a solution in no time. Had I stayed with her I would not be alive to write this. Heed my warning stay far away from this little shop of horrors.

Experiencia fantástica: I was admittedly a bit nervous to come to this office after reading some of the reviews on here, but it was close to home and they had an appointment available for when I was available. I’m happy to report that my experience was great! Everyone at the front desk was very nice. I can’t remember the name of the girl who did my x-rays, but she was very lovely and patient with me. The dentist, Dr. Koolick, was kind, patient, and thorough. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I did learn that he fills in for the dentist that’s usually there, so he may not be there as often as I’d hope. The hygienist, Ashley or Anna (I can’t remember), was superb. She was meticulous throughout the cleaning, very sweet, gave me some useful pointers, very gentle, and patient. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend visiting the office!

Experiencia negativa: Not impressed. I visited for a broken tooth and did get it treated, but after several cancelled appointments (including one where all of their drills, etc. Were inoperable - after I was already numbed up), it took over 5 months to finish the treatment. Through the course of this treatment, I saw 3 different dentists. My wife is in the medical field and when she visited, she told me we will not be going back due to the lack of cleanliness. Overall, my experience was that they were more concerned with the finances than the treatment. In fact, after I secured financing for the entire treatment, at one appointment, they told me that they forgot to include some items in the total bill and I would be required to pay almost $300 extra cash before I could receive the rest of my treatment! They already had $5k on my account between financing and insurance. I left a voicemail with the office (they didn't answer the phone during working hours) over a week ago about a concern I had and as of this post, I have yet to receive a return phone call. I will be seeking a new dentist for my very large family. Very disappointed.

The staff is always understanding of my dental hesitation and so incredibly sweet always. I am a patient still and prefer them for their amazing technicians and the dentures they create. They’re flawless & they’ll fix them till they’re perfect. I highly recommend the Arrowhead location but I’m sure they’re comparable.

Experiencia negativa: I made an online appt for 8 am because I broke a tooth & needed it pulled asap! I was in a lot of pain & told 2 separate ladies that I just wanted to pull it. By the time the dentist shows, she proceeds to tell me what she’s going to do, which was NOT what I wanted or could afford! It’s like dealing with car salesmen! She flat out refused to just pull the tooth & let me make up my own mind about the other things that need to be done. Last time I had a tooth pulled was at the same office, had no issues at all. They wasted my time while I was in massive pain! I would NOT recommend this place!

Experiencia negativa: I went here to get a new top denture. The website said get a replacement for $299.00. I get there and all the girls there were just that, young girls. Maybe 18 to 23 yrs old. They all had the same stuck up attitude and would not listen to me at all. I told the girl that she could not over fill the tray, or else I would gag. and we would have to start over. She told me, well I have to fill over fill it to get the best impression. I told her no she didnt, as I have done this before. She told me she would start on the bottom; I told her my teeth are sensitive to cold. She didnt listen and over filled the tray so that plaster was going down the back of my throat and the plaster was ice cold. She had to remove the tray and clean up the mess she made all over my lips and around my mouth. She rolled her eyes and left the room. She came back a few minutes later, and I asked if there was someone else who could do this, she told me to go to the front desk to talk about pricing first. They quoted me $6,000.00. I again told her that I just wanted the replacement denture, she told that the price for that was $500. I told her that their website says, $299, and she said no it dont. I pulled it up on phone and showed her, and she then pulled it on her computer and said, Oh, I guess they changed it. She quoted me again; this time was WITH using my insurance my out of pocket would be $1000.00. And without using my insurance the price out of pocket was $369.00. I asked her if she had that backward, as it should be less with my insurance, and she told me that no she had it right, because with insurance we charge different pricing. Wow! What kind of BS is that? So, I left without getting anything done, and I have to wonder if that was their plan to begin with. They should have a mix of staff members from different age groups so that everyone who comes there would feel comfortable. And they need to change their attitudes and realize they need to listen to their patients.

Experiencia negativa: Everything was going good. I loved this place because everyone took care of you, real nice and didn't judge. Started the procedure of them pulling all my of teeth. They put the temporary dentures in my mouth and I looked like a horse. I told them, so they tried to fix what they could. They sent me home and told me to wait until the swelling went down and come back the following day. So went back and they tried shaving them down to try and fit. Would go to the back several times and try again to fit them in my mouth, looked the same. Finally told me I had to wait 2 weeks to redo the temporary dentures. I work and have to be seen with this is my mouth and no one gets that. I look like a horse, they are too big. And they acted like this was my fault and I was just being difficult. How they could even let me leave looking like that was ridiculous. I cried for 3 days because of it. Now I cant even put them in my mouth because they hurt so bad. I used glue and it doesn't stay. If I eat or drink they slide out, and I'm supposed to go two weeks like this. Someone messed up and used the large pallet to make the mold for the temporary dentures. My mouth isn't a large, it's a medium or small. And because someone screwed up, they want me to wait two weeks so they can fix their mistake. I've been crying, can't use the dentures at all... And they act like I'm the one being unreasonable. I haven't left my room since I've removed my teeth. I am in complete shock that they let me leave that way and acted like I was just bugging them and being difficult and couldn't understand why I was so upset. I had to go on Amazon to try and find something I could use for the two weeks. My birthday is on the 10th, and my brother and his family are going to be here for a few weeks. I told my family that I will not be around for the next few weeks because of this. It's heart breaking. And knowing, that no one will rectify the mistake they made is incredible.

I went in to get an estimate on getting both of my denture replaced. The price was reasonable and they did impressions right away.

Experiencia negativa: The service was ok, but the billing practices are fraudulent. My mom went there to check her teeth and get a partial denture. She has insurance and the insurance paid the claims. According to all the explanation of benefits for the 4 visits, my mom’s responsibility is $362 total, and she already paid them $481, so she overpaid. But Aspen Dental is billing her $662 additional and just submitted additional unspecified services to the insurance for services on days when there was no service provided. I already talked to them 4 times over the phone to fix the situation but they won’t listen to me or the insurance company who already called them twice. I believe they saw a 84 year old lady and thought they could take advantage of her. Not going back and I am still helping my mom fight this fraudulent bill.

This Aspen Dental location has really become something very special. My first appointment was with Ashley. She was so professional, kind, and gentle with my cleaning. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it. She makes me so comfortable. She is a keeper! My second appointment was with Dr. Pai and Arelli. They talked to me through the entire process for my filling. They fostered an environment that was very relaxing and promoted so much confidence. In addition, it was very exciting to know that the retainers that I already had, we're still going to work just fine after my filling. That was a huge relief. Michelle knocked it out of the park with helping me to understand the financial options that I had. She worked closely with me to make sure I could get the work done. Antwan is exactly the kind of person you want to see when you first walk into a dental office. Let's face it, not everybody's excited about going to see the dentist or dental hygienist. So having someone friendly to greet you creates that calm environment that us patients need while we wait in the waiting room. And Maddy was so friendly on the phone and got me the information I needed to be able to write this review. This was a very positive experience. It is an experience that I will share with others who are looking for a place to have their dental care provided. UPDATE 3/26/24 Shiloh is INCREDIBLE! Great personality and great skills! UPDATE 10/27/22 I just had the greatest, most comfortable, professional experience. When I walked in I received a very warm welcome from Sabrina who checked me in. She instantly made the visit enjoyable. Then Jackie performed my x-rays. She kept a nice conversation going. She also helped during the exam. Then Sabrina came in to do the first part of my exam. She has a great way of keeping clients at ease. Then Dr. Pai came in to do the rest of the exam. She was client focused and very kind. Then I met with Michelle to discuss payment and scheduling. She was very professional and friendly. Then Sabrina came to get me for my cleaning. She was thorough, calming, and focused. The entire team made the "going to the dentist office" experience very low stress and very positive. They don't suggest unnecessary procedures. They are conservative and thorough in their approach to truly doing what is best for the client. I'm incredibly thankful for my experience. UPDATE: Kez, again, provided amazing professional service. In addition, she provided me with info for a local bus, since a health condition prevents me from driving. The office staff is always friendly and helpful! Fantastic, professional, and pleasant experience. If you dread getting your teeth cleaned, you can stop worrying. This place delivers pain free and effective treatment. I highly recommend the use of their services!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin this Aspen Dental was phenomenal. Starting with the front desk Cassie and Maddie. Very professional and efficient. Front managers Sabrina and michelle. Sabrina I worked with and she went above and beyond. My dentures were covered by my insurance and I never thought that was possible. I have to give a shout out to Jackie Dental assistant Jacob and very important Monica that made my teeth and did such a fantastic job Dr Pai. Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a dentist for a very long time I have extremely bad anxiety for dentist I've had bad experiences within the year with one is the worst ever. But I had heard through a friend that they had gone to Aspen dental. So after several months I decided I'm going to give him a call and I'm going to see how they are and if they could help me or not or even if I'm comfortable with them. Like I said I went in with my anxiety through but everybody was very friendly very helpful all the way down to the lady at the front desk because I don't know how to use a computer so on the tablet having to do my information she was very helpful and then the nurse that took care of me and did on my x-rays and all that stuff she was so sweet and I have a very complex situation and she was so helpful and understanding I got no judgment from anybody they made me feel so comfortable like I was even smiling and laughing and that never happens not in the dentist for me and then the dentist came in again very friendly nice no judgment very thorough she listened to me she answered all my questions everybody did needless to say I found a dentist that I am comfortable so if you need a dentist and you have anxiety you need to go to this facility this place everybody is amazing I have no problems at all and they will make you feel comfortable and safe and they don't do anything without telling you and if it's a problem they tell you to let them know that's something you don't get from dentist I know this is the one with you but if you need a dentist go to this Aspen dental on Bell and 77th avenue that's all you need to do call and make an appointment don't wait no more and thank you to everybody in the facility you all are amazing your angels you're so kind and sweet thank you so much for everything

Experiencia fantástica: Got a root canal at aspen dental I have to say Dr. snee and his assistants are THE BEST!! They make me feel so comfortable, they were explaining every step to me and why to me this was so important I have never had a root canal before and I was a little nervous until I wasn’t they were all amazing!! If I ever need another root canal I am without a doubt going to aspen dental and Dr. Snee how many people can say it was a pleasant experience ? I CAN THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL AND DR. Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I had lost a tooth from my upper denture and needed that replaced asap. To my surprise I had not been seen by Aspen since 2013!!! I was immediately given an appt. For the same day ... new X-rays, check by the dentist and a review of my upper denture. Jacob was my dental asst. and he could not have been more kind. Dr. Patel was the dentist and she was very friendly and listened well. Good news!!! I had my new replacement tooth by 4pm same day. Aspen was very affordable and I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Christmas evening I chipped my front tooth. My regular dentist was out of town until who knows when but I was able to get in and have it fixed early the next day. Everyone in the office was so so friendly. The Dr did a great job and my tooth looks better than it did before the chip. I would definitely go back❤️

Front desk: Excellent professional service was provided; I was greeted immediately. Dental x-rays: Very professionally handled; everything was explained in detail on what to expect. She always made sure of my comfort level during the process. Doctor consultation: The best one I have ever had. The Dr. took her time and explained her diagnosis of my dental situation. It was clearly stated, and I could make an informed decision based on my understanding. Financial consultation: Who would have thought discussing cost and payment options would be enjoyable. Well, it was. I felt very at ease during the discussion. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and together, we came up with options that would suit my needs. Based on that, I was able to make a decision that was financially suitable for me. Aspen Dental, I can't thank you enough for making my first visit with you an awesome one. Experiencia negativa: Upon going in the office, I could tell it was dirty (ie floors, equipment and all inside) it needed be to thoroughly cleaned. It made me second guess my selection of this business. I had made an appt to get a cost estimate on dentures. I was told I would hate everything about dentures. They wrote up a dental plan which would cost me $18k. Before I left, I was encouraged to sign a payment plan. I said no thanks.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter called me crying after making an excuse and walking out of this office. She has a disease that caused her to have no enamel on her teeth. She’s had root canals on every tooth which has cost $30,000+. In January she went and had full crowns done in Mexico because she couldn’t afford them here. The past two days she’s been having severe jaw and tooth pain and made an urgent appointment. She was told by the dentist that her crowns are all awful, they did a terrible job, and they look bad. Without even saying hello to her. So she’s still in awful pain and now feels bad about her teeth too. The staff was nice, just the dentist has a horrid personality. Stay away. This is my daughter’s tooth that got extracted by a good dentist today, 3 days later. The right root is surrounded by infection that was into her bone.

Only reason I never got it taken care of was because of money and I couldn't find a single place to finance not only do they offer finance, but I was five a 2,200 dollar coverage. The staff was super helpful and was able to get me in almost a whole hour or two earlier

They kept to their promise of getting something worked out with my dad on financing and I am able to get a whole new smile within a week of my consultation!! Whole staff is the most friendly people and caring with no judgement as to my broken mouth. All they want to do is help. I couldn’t have chosen anywhere better!! And without my treatment even being done would 10/0 definitely recommend to any friend or family member from here on out. I am so impressed and thankful for these guys and their services!!

Experiencia negativa: Had dental work performed the summer of '21. Told I needed a periodontal cleaning (first time ever, but since I had put dental care off due to the pandemic, I did it. Even though i use an electric toothbrush and floss regularly), a root canal on a tooth that had a previous root canal that appeared to have not been done properly, had a cavity and needed a cap on another tooth that had a cavity. Horrible experience with the cap as the dentist originally allowed an assistant to place the temporary into my mouth. SHE WAS TERRIBLE and i stopped her and left. When it was time for the permanent, again another assistant was going to do the work, but I refused and would only allow the dentist to do it. The root canal seemed to be fine with the exception that I requested a filling to match my tooth color instead of silver and they added silver anyway. Then the billing issues began. To sum it up, it wasn't until I contacted my insurance company and filed a complaint that I finally was able to resolve it. Now, less than a year later, I'm having issues with the tooth that received a replacement cap and the filling from the root canal tooth has broken! Over $4000 spent and 80% of the work done needs repair! A total rip off!! Yes they're all smiles and kind words, but I feel they fall short of being good at their jobs. As a result, I question if all they say you need is really necessary. Don't waste your time or money going to this location!

Experiencia negativa: Many things wrong, I had an appointment, confirmed via email, only to show up for them to tell me i was there on wrong day, I showed the email with the day I was there, I was told I was being rescheduled, this was a manager. I specifically asked about cleaning full mouth implants, I asked again at my arrival, only to find out they do not have the equipment to do it, highly disappointed and would never recommend them, they had multiple opportunities to try to fulfill needs only to fail all times. Wish they could be a 0 stars.

Experiencia negativa: First visit at the Arrowhead location...wasn't impressed. We confirmed our appointment a week prior via a phone call as their texting system kept sending us random times. When we arrived, they had cancelled one of our two appointments.....even though we confirmed verbally a week prior when we were trying to figure out why our texts kept having different times....we also kept confirming with each random text we received which were quite excessive. I asked the receptionist how my appointment got cancelled and she stated because we didn't get in touch with you yesterday we cancelled it.....FALSE. one was confirmed and one wasn't? Excuses. I asked where it stated you got cancelled without a verbal confirmation...she pointed to the wall....I said seriously? This is my first physical visit...I couldn't possibly have seen anything posted in your lobby as I've never been here....MORE EXCUSES. There were other upset clients in the lobby too, a man was trying to walk in for care and the front office girl was rude, very short and curt explaining he'd have a very long wait. He ended up leaving. Another elderly woman was in the lobby sitting next to me waiting to talk about her bill--she waited for at least 35 minutes before anyone helped her...but you better believe the team had time to talk about their lunch plans and ordering Canes. Had to ask twice for them to look up my insurance information...the lead receptionist told me she couldn't do anything without my actual insurance card with a policy# -physical cards are fairly obsolete these days. So I called my prior dentist who instructed me how to tell THEM to look it up online as a dental provider. They eventually did...the gal that helped with the verification was very sweet. And they eventually managed to get a second appointment 2 1/2 hours later for us.......AFTER lunch of course. So we had to go back a second time. Also, they lock their doors at lunch and there were 4 of us standing outside waiting for the doors to openn.....3 minutes after our 1pm rescheduled appointment. The hygienist was awesome! The assistant Jacob and Dentist too...but if I'm being honest, the front team was rude and caddy.....definitely not customer focused.....not sure I'll keep my next appointment. Did I mention I'm an employee of Aspen? Yeah, the team was also not aware of the employee benefit program either....just another thing to add to the list.

Experiencia negativa: This place it's the worst dental office/company ,pretty much it's SCAM if you have a an appointment just make sure to prepare yourself for the worst Employee and company that exist in all Arizona,also prepare yourself to wait at least an hour or two before someone is going to see you even if you already have an appointment,also if you don't confirm appointment they will cancel your appointment without knowledge.I literally cried, horrible place never again even if it's the last dentist company that will ever exists. Also, forget to mention so they will schedule you for an appointment, but they will double book two people at the same time. Thanks to me later.

Experiencia negativa: Went to get me tooth pulled, the billing lady was rude and pushy, they needed me to pay cash in advance which I understood, but then it cost less then they charged me… the procedure was 4 months ago, and I have called 3 times asking for my money they owe me, 3 times I have been told they would mail a check, and I still have not been payed back at all. They do not care about their patients, and very much just want your money.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this office! My experience from start to finish was top tier! Front desk is as friendly as they come when you check in and the dental assistants took the time to explain everything that they were doing before I sat with the hygienist and Dr. They were very thorough with what they found on the xrays and by the time I knew it I was set up for my treatment! The manager helped set up a payment plan for me since I didn't have the full amount to put down. I can't wait to continue the rest of my treatment, thank you Aspen!

Experiencia negativa: Winton for a for a supposed free consultation about getting some dentures or implants done Got there took x-rays talking to the actual dentist and the assistance. Explain exactly what I wanted was looking for and the reasons why Upon finishing up and talking with the assistant, going over next steps and costs, they informed me that if I wanted to pull my teeth and get dentures and or implants in the actual dentist, was refusing to help me, I would have to go somewhere else, but they wanted to set up more appointments to fix a tooth that was hurting. I stood up and walked out. There were certain things I needed done want it done in the long run would be better for me, but she absolutely refused to help and told me to go someplace else But then charged my insurance for the x-rays and everything else Nothing but a money grab for them that was all it was

Experiencia negativa: Went to Aspen dental for 4 years and had a gum infection hygienist told me it was just gingivitis i had this go on for multiple years from being told to go to a doctor and then a specialist for a small bump on my gums i went to a different aspen location and ended up finding out i needed 2 root canals and caps because i wasn't a priority. Now this time around i make a cleaning for my husband and I and here i am being charged for something myn insurance covers but wont cover because Aspen won't send the xray files to my insurance and i have to be the middle person to connect them when my insurance had reached out multiple times by phonecall and email. To find out Aspen overcharged me $350 and wont do anything to correct it or even respond to my insurance. I do not recommend Aspen unless you want to have alot of struggles with communication. Also just found out i was told 6 minths ago if i dont fix a tooth with a cavity it will need a root canal within 4 weeks i finally went to a different dentist and they showed me there was nothing wrong with that tooth not even any decay. All adpen wants is your money and its not okay to be doing this!

Experiencia negativa: I went to Aspen Dental since I’m new to the area and I saw they had a new patient special. The staff were rude except for 1 women at the front desk. The dentist I saw was complaining to the hygienist about another dentist that works there the entire time she was doing my exam. When I got done they told me I needed a special cleaning because my teeth and gums were so bad. The special cleaning would cost $2000. I went to another dentist less than a week later, they told me my teeth were perfect and gum tissue was very healthy. I didn’t need any additional cleaning or services. I wouldn’t recommend Aspen to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: We have had the best and easiest experience with Aspen Dental. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left the atmosphere and mood was nice. We left with appointments scheduled and will have my new denture and partial by the end of the month. I'm so excited to have teeth again!!
