Experiencia fantástica: I went to Westbrook Village Dental in November 2025. It was my first dentist visit in 34 years. I was so nervous and stressed to go. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist was so kind and gentle with me. Rachel was so professional and patient with me. I'm so glad I choose this place. Today, I went back for a cleaning. (6/11/26). I had the sane great experience. The dentist and the hygienist were both very kind and patient with me once again.

I had a tooth extraction done that was fractured at the gumline I was extremely impressed with the dentistry skills I felt no discomfort during the prep or removal. Great work The dentist 35 years of experience was obvious. Cleaning up mistakes of previous dentistry done elsewhere I’m sure is no fun. That conversation did not come up at all. They made me feel comfortable and was professional. I will be returning to see what else they can help me with thank you again. She performed more tests on my mouth than I ever had before, and I used to work for a dentist. She also cleaned my teeth and was so gentle I barely felt anything. We had a lot of laughs. Then I met Dr Magri who did my exam and made some suggestions. He was so pleasant and made me feel like I've always known him. After that I dealt with Myra who signed me up on a program that will make my dental needs much more affordable. I give this office an A+ across the board. Why are people afraid of dentists? I had a great time and my mouth has never had better care. I LOVE WESTBROOK VILLAGE DENTAL!

The booking was simple and easy, thanks to Vee, and ALL of the ladies were so friendly. Rachel did my cleaning and was gental and explained things to me as she was cleaning, it really helped with my anxiety. Dr. Magri was amazing as well, he kept checking on me to make sure I was okay while he was working on my fillings and I really appreciated that. He did a great job on my fillings. I couldn't have gone to a better dentist! I wish I could remember everyone's names, I want to thank all of you!

Their expertise is evident, and I particularly value their practice of clearly communicating each step of the procedure as it is performed. Let's discuss finances. We are all aware that the bill can be the most challenging aspect, and unless one travels to another country, it is unlikely to be inexpensive. Myra simplifies this process for you; she can assist you in devising a payment plan without causing any discomfort. She helped me establish an interest-free payment plan. She is truly excellent. P.s. There is no one-sided news channel displayed on the screen while the physician is conducting the procedure.

They will always suggest health maintenance services but are never pushy. Had a crown put in and never felt any pain and the crown is perfect. Experiencia fantástica: My husband had a terrible toothache from an infection. I called at 12:40 pm on a Saturday. He was in the chair getting x-rays by 1:20, and consulting with the dentist by 1:40, and had antibiotics, a treatment plan that made sense, and an appointment for treatment when the infection is gone, and out of there by 2:20. Everyone we encountered at this office was professional, accommodating and friendly. The office was scheduled to close at 2:00, but they got us in and taken care of without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. Thank you, Westbrook Village Dental for such excellent urgent care!

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly never thought I’d describe a dentist office as “comfortable” but here I am doing just that - and no, it’s not because of their waiting room because I hardly spend any time waiting. It’s the people that make it cozy. The entire staff (dentist included) are so friendly, helping to ensure the whole experience is as pleasant as possible. I’ve been unlucky in the past with dental issues that go undetected until they are very painful and expensive to fix, even with a check up every 6 months! I started going to this dentist because of a mystery tooth pain that would come and go for years and previous dentists could never “find” anything. At Westbrook, they accepted the challenge and while it did take time - it was well hidden - they never gave up until the root cause was discovered and then they made sure I understood my options as far as treatment. The cherry on top was their proactive approach! While looking for the cause of my tooth pain, the dentist noticed the skin connecting my lip to my gum was pulling on my gums, causing my gum line to recede. Previous dentists noticed my receding gum line but only ever told me to stop brushing so hard, and no matter how softly I brushed, my gums continued to receded. What a difference it makes to treat the actual root cause of the problem!

Experiencia fantástica: Before going to this office, I was afraid to go to the dentist because of A prior incident at another office my first visit here I was on edge took me a minute to walk into the building, but I finally did it and when I got there, everybody was so warm and welcoming. The dentist truly listened to my fears and truly heard what I was saying, and I tell you he has the hands of angels. I did not feel anything when he did my procedure. I went back for a root canal and again I did not feel anything. Experiencia fantástica: I called on Monday for an appointment as I had a horrible toothache. The woman who I spoke with was polite and so nice, she got me in that afternoon. The dentist came in and spoke with me about my tooth which had to be pulled or root canal and I chose to have it pulled. He was great with giving me the injections and the pulling of the tooth. His assistant was so kind and helpful. I have no complaints about my experience.

The staff at Westbrook Village Dental and Dr. Magri were able to move some things around and get me in. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Now that that issue is resolved I will be back later next month to get a permanent solution for the missing tooth. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all involved!
