Experiencia fantástica: I have really bad teeth. And just needed an emergency removal of yet another tooth. The staff and dentists here are some of the kindest I’ve ever come across. And I’ve been to A LOT of different dentists. If you have an emergency, even on a Sunday, give this place a shot. I really appreciate everything you guys did for me today. Quick service, not too bad on cost and made sure I was comfortable. Also, didn’t question me on my future plans for my teeth and try to talk me out of it like everyone else. I appreciated that more than anyone will understand. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I called some ER dentist & she told me one price, then told me a separate price to pay just to book the appointment. I hung up! Then I called OCDUC!! They saved my life!! I was about to start knocking my own teeth out! Dr. Jonathan was EXCELLENT! He was kind, caring, fixed the issue, AND even personally called me the next day to see how I was feeling! He explained what the issue could be, and was correct!! He gave me great advice to help while I slept as well! Winta at the front desk was so genuinely empathetic and understanding! I went back today just to see how everything was going. I'm so appreciative and thankful for them! This is the 1st dentist office that I would recommend to others! I believe that they are a regular dentist as well as emergency! Thank you from the bottom of my heart OnCall Dental Glendale Staff!! Oh, and the price was much better that I thought it would be!

In the past, I faced shaming comments from dentists and hygienists that only deepened my embarrassment about my oral health; but this all changed when I found these folks. With Dr. To I've experienced a level of care and compassion that is really unparalleled in the Metro area. Through my visits with Dr. To, I've undergone significant dental work, and I can confidently say I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable. They take the time to ensure that I feel at ease, allowing me to settle my nerves and fully understand each procedure before it begins. Their patience and understanding makes all the difference to someone that struggles with a sever anxiety and panic disorder.... I have wholeheartedly recommended Dr. To and OnCall to countless friends, and I can to say that I have yet to have a person say anything less than great thing in regard to the care they received. After days of watching my girlfriend experience the worst pain in her life and multiple trips to doctors trying to find a source, we came here. Doctor Abrams and his team were very kind, accommodating, and swift. They work together like a machine and got us into a room fast. When the dentist came in, he was able to identify the exact issue within minutes and immediately offered to fix it. He even offered to stay after hours, which was more than generous. This team is top notch, and I can't recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Just wow. I am so extremely grateful of this office. I had been up since yesterday with crippling jaw pain. After a visit to an emergency room, and an urgent care both telling me they couldn’t do anything, my boyfriend and I went here. I was to the point of being unable to speak and barely see due to the pain I was experiencing. We were welcomed in and treated wonderfully by this team. The only pain relief I experienced was by drinking cold water, and the office supplied me with multiple bottles while we worked on paperwork. They immediately brought me back and got started on identifying to source of the pain. Dr. Abram’s was extremely kind, patient, and reassuring in finding a way to relieve my pain. Even offered to stay open past their office hours to give me a root canal for the pain (which wasn’t necessary as the debridement procedure was quick and painless). Being able to be pain free so I can get sleep is such a blessing. This office was amazing and kind. I’m so grateful for the team here.

They are always timely, make sure you're comfortable the entire time, help out where insurance lacks by recommending OTC products or giving you options that do not break the bank, and creating a treatment plan based on your needs. The entire team is fantastic, office is always extremely clean! Cindy and Dr. To always make me feel heard, make sure I am comfortable, explain everything they are saying to each other to me rather than just leaving me in the dark, and are always there to help with anything I need. I struggle with anxiety around going to the dentist but the entire staff always makes the whole process from sign in to check out so much easier! I would recommend coming here to everyone!

They were ready to help at 6:30 pm, which already blew me away. Dr. Jonathan Abrams and his staff were calm, compassionate, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. They didn’t just do an exam and send me off; they actually treated my problem on the spot. It’s so rare to find a dental office that genuinely cares and takes immediate action. I left feeling completely relieved and so grateful. He listened to everything I had to say, and then I listened to everything he had to say. He told me things that I’ve never been told by another dentist and I absolutely trust him. He fixed my problem. It’s a temporary situation, but I would highly recommend them if you need emergency or just regular work done.

Experiencia fantástica: Ok, I never ever thought I’d be leaving a five star review for a dentist office because I am terrified of dentists, but here it is. I went in Friday evening with some tooth pain, they were able to see me quickly and help me. As a 45 year old woman sitting in a dentist chair crying as they get ready to numb by gums for the extraction I am crying. The nurse was so nice, gave me Kleenex. Both her and the dentist explained to me every step of the way what was going to be happening. Dentist told me if I needed a break to raise my hand and he would stop and he did. They were very intuitive to noises I made or when my body would tense up and they would check in with me to make sure I was ok. From the front office staff to the nurse and the dentist everyone has been amazing. Since Friday I went back Tuesday for some pain, once again everyone was so kind and thanked me for being g proactive in my care and coming back in, even though it wasn’t infected like I thought. Yesterday, I had a follow up appointment, saw a different doctor this time but she was just as nice as everyone else. Honestly, I like this office so much I have decided to make them my primary care and will be going to see them in January for a cleaning and will plan to see them regularly. I would recommend this dentist to anyone in an emergency or looking for a primary dentist.

Cindy, one of the hygienists, has been wonderful. She never scolded me or made me feel badly, and now my gums are healthier and my last cleaning went great. I even recommended them to my husband, who is now going there. I highly recommend OnCall.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here at On call dental are super kind and caring! I called them on Sunday and was able to be seen on Monday! I was in and out within an hour and a half and all of my questions and concerns were handled with knowledgeable answers! I paid $80 to be seen then $79 for the dental work which helped me feel immediate relief in my affected tooth! I will be coming back here for all my dental needs, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone in an emergency dental situation, or someone with no insurance who needs something more low cost!

Experiencia fantástica: Had sudden excruciating pain that I could not bear, on a Friday after my dentist closed. I just happened to stumble upon this place searching on google maps. I saw all of the great reviews, and despite my mistrust in dentists (especially new ones I’ve not met) I decided to call. I was met with such a sweet person on the other line, and she took the time to make sure they took my insurance. I only had maybe a 15 min wait until I was called back and had an xray and exam done. The assistant and doctor were so nice and took their time to explain everything to me. They were able to work me into their schedule the next day for a root canal. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing dental care! Thank you Courtney and Dr. To!

Thats happened at my drs office a few times and it's SO annoying. Oncall is always so clear and helpful about charges and that helps me budget for my treatments. THEY ARE SO HONEST and considerate! Dr To and his team are such a professional office but also very kind and compassionate. They've treated my emergencies, my routine check ups and every thing in between. Ive recommended all my family and friends and will continue to do so.

Experiencia negativa: I called asked if they would see my son 1st and to they said yes I made the appointment THEN they asked for insurance i said mercycare she said its $80 to make the appointment and exray and if it needs to be extracted its $3-$400 OH AND NEEDS TO BE PAID UPFRONT... I said hes in alot of pain And his head is hurting along w his ear... ok well payment needs to be paid upfront before services rendered....tf...ur in a bad car accident...I hope the ambulance tells u you have to pay upfront before u are taken to a hospital!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend - I called on Friday at 524pm, with an emergency, my tooth had broke and i was experiencing pain/sensitivity, the lady who answered the phone was sweet and caring and sounded like she actually enjoyed what she did which immediately ressured me that I called the best place. I asked if anything was available and she let me know that they take walks ins until 630pm and if I wasnt able to make it, I could come in the next morning. I got there at 620pm and the ladies were sweet and empathetic. I was in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes. They got me back for x-rays and luckily it was just a filling. They communicated what they saw and what was needed. They were all so very nice. They completed the filling and I was out of there by 726pm. I hope i dont have another emergency like this but if so, im happy to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Late one afternoon, one of my full coverage crowns came unglued. I’ve had a LOT of dental work done and it has led to me being a bit “cautious” on getting more work done. I was in moderate pain but knew it had to be addressed as soon as possible. I was referred to OnCall and gave them a call. The person who answered was warm and inviting and told me to “come on in.” I arrived and filled out some paperwork and was quickly brought to an exam room. The dental assistant was amazing and listened to my issue. Then, Dr. Abram’s came in and assessed the situation. He explained what he was going to do and got to work. Ultimately, my tooth was repaired and I went home to rest. A huge thanks to Dr. Abram’s and his amazing team for taking such great care of me. You’ve earned my trust and I will continue to use you for my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an emergency situation for our 8 year old son. He got hit by a baseball on a Friday night and his front adult tooth broke in half. We put it in milk for the night. He went to his baseball game on Saturday and then we researched emergency dentist places and found this one. I am SOOOO happy we did because we had the best experience. I told them over and over that its like they were a pediatric dentist because they handled my son so well. They were calm with him and caring and made him laugh. They explained everything to him very well too. Dr. Jonathan Abrams was a genius with how he administered the shot to numb his gums. Our son didn't feel a thing. I was super impressed. Courtney Sharp was a sweetheart and made us feel right at home for our first time there. We went to see a specialist a couple of weeks later and they said they were going to call Dr Abrams to let him know how great he did with our sons tooth. They said its great as is and we just have to go back in 30 days to check on the progress. Then we'll go every 6 months. They're hoping since he's still young his adult tooth will still have time for the root to grow and hopefully not even need a fake one. We will def use On Call Dentistry again :)

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 experience. When I think of urgent care, I think of a large plain room with a receptionist desk and a bunch of chairs full of people with a long wait time. This place was the complete opposite. Beautiful welcoming well put together room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We got signed in, and waited a short amount of time. The dental tech was great with my son. The dentist was fantastic. We got my son's tooth removed during the same visit. The dentist did everything possible to ensure my son was numb before proceeding. Pulling it was a breeze for him. I was very impressed. Our dental insurance was out of network, but the pricing wasn't too bad. I love how it's open on the weekends. This was overall a great experience for myself and my son.

I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work from past painful experiences and he never fails to ease my worries, and take the extra time to reassure me. He has now done an extraction, root canal/crown and fillings. I will continue to travel 45+ minutes from Buckeye for the phenomenal care I receive here from doctor and his staff!

Experiencia negativa: We went in for a dental emergency, provided insurance, and weren’t told if they accepted our carrier. They charged us $80 for the oral exam and x-rays. The ladies at the front desk failed to explain to us how everything worked, yet they had time to offer other patients complimentary drinks and an explanation of services. I find this to be racially motivated and unacceptable. I will never return under any circumstances. I would like to thank the dental assistant, Layla, and the doctor. They were awesome! ***Update: This office tried to bill my insurance company for services that I paid for out of pocket***

Experiencia fantástica: My 90+ yo Dad broke his tooth over the holidays and couldn’t get into his dentist due to being closed for the holidays I googled “emergency dentist” and found this office. They were open, got him in within an hour, and took care of his tooth within another hour. They are efficient, friendly, and do great work. My Dad now has a new dentist - Dr. To at OnCall Dental! Couldn’t be more pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Abrams did a great job. I had an appointment in January, but my tooth broke in half and they were able to get me in for a sooner appointment in November. Dr. Abrams is very nice, professional and made me feel comfortable. He got my tooth out quickly and (nearly) painlessly. I would recommend getting their dental savings plan, because this time I paid $315 for the extraction, but the first time I had to have an extraction, I paid over $1,000. So, it’s well worth it! Thank you Dr. Abrams and team for a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I ended up driving from Prescott to their location in Glendale because I could not find a dentist to see me for an emergency. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't even get in to see my regular dentist for about a week! They took me in the following morning, on a Saturday! Found the issue and treated me the same day. They were informative and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Dentist that is available when you need them.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in extreme pain, it was almost 5:00 pm on a Friday night and I had called at least 25 dental offices and was getting no where. To my surprise, On Call Dental answered and with sympathy and sincerity offered me an appointment right away. Turns out I had a bad abscess. I went right in and was in the chair within minutes. I had to have my tooth pulled, and Dr Abraham’s made the task fast and pain free. I have terrible PTSD when going to the dentist. Dr. Abrahams alleviated my fears and made a bad situation tolerable. After other dentist down played it and just threw antibiotics at it but still tried charging me thousands of dollars while I can’t even function cause of the pain. Experiencia fantástica: My husband has major anxiety about going to the dentist. He had an infected tooth and we needed an emergency dentist since it was Sunday. We were able to get in the same day and Dr. To was amazing. He was very compassionate and kind. He explained the issue very clearly and the best way to treat it. My husband felt very at ease with Dr. To, even more when he didn’t feel any of the numbing shots. The extraction took a minimal amount of time. We were both surprised when he said that he was done. I would highly recommend Dr. To as well as his amazing staff. Thank you Dr. To for bringing a smile back on my husband’s face!

My regular dentist had no dentist in the office on Friday and after calling a dozen other offices with the same staffing on Friday I found OnCall Dental! I didn't need an appointment and was seen only a few minutes after arriving at the office. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was able to have the dentist clean the crown and cement it back in place after examining the crown, tooth and x-rays.

The clinic is spotless and very clean that made the clinic calm and relaxing. I have a lot of oral/teeth issues and the treatment plan was explained. They are very transparent as well. The quality of service is above and beyond yet very reasonably priced. I filled out the online appointment in their website and after few minutes the clinic contacted me right away. It was indeed an—On Call/Urgent Dental Care. They are quick and timely. Overall, Very professional quality work. Look no further this Dental Clinic is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: This is hands down one of the best dental offices I have ever received care at!! I had a appt scheduled at my normal dental office the following week but the nerve pain was so severe I was desperately trying to find someone who could help me since my dentist was closed. 3 days of no sleep and constant crying I was just on the verge of losing my mind. I called them crying hysterically in pain Saturday afternoon and they had me in their chair 20 mins later. I needed a root canal which the dr kindly explained he couldn’t do that day due to time constraints but he did everything in his power to ease my pain that day and got me in first thing the next morning. He relieved the pressure in my tooth and gave me an anesthetic that lasted long enough for me to get some sleep and had me feeling like a new woman! I would like to add this doctor had the steadiest hand ever when giving those terrible numbing shots. Felt nothing at every single appt. Every time I had the nerve in my face numbed in the past it felt like my face got zapped by electricity but nope nothing at all. Had to have had like 12 shots throughout my many visits. Chefs kiss! Every single staff member has been incredibly sweet and gentle. I end up laughing at every single appointment. They are all just wonderful people. Never thought I would start to doze off during my dental work. I was so giddy and happy being here which is kinda strange but hey I’m pain free and I’m paying 1/3 of the cost of my normal dental office so even my wallet is happy. They went above and beyond to help me and this was one of the calmest dental experiences of my life. I 10000/10 recommend this place. Can’t recommend them enough and I’m going to be going there for as long as they stay open.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a normal dentist i see, my mother is the office manager however i had an emergency pop up and my dentist happened to be on vacation. I did a walk in for a tooth extraction. I saw the asian male dentist Dr To i think, he was awesome. He was A+++++ on giving shots even the one on the roof of my mouth i felt no pinch or pain. He got the tooth out i felt zero discomfort. He really was an amaizing dentist. Im a musician and i shot up heroin and cocaine for over a decade so needless to say i have had alot of work done fixing my teeth. Im 13 years clean from hard drugs and still paying for it with my teeth. If i ever get to a situation where i cant see my normal dentist i will go here they really were awesome it was a great experience.

Provide compassionate care. Seek to understand by listening, asking questions, and doing their best to address your concerns. Personable. Relieve tooth/teeth pain. Experience in fixing teeth and it shows in their work results. Gentle care. They ensure you are comfortable (they put Netflix on for me to watch while I waited to get numb and gave me water). I have had a crown, root canal, fillings, molar extracted, even the 6month teeth cleaning, and haven’t needed to go back for any rework and they have not given me a reason to not trust. Definitely recommend.

I had broken a molar and called to schedule an appointment for a couple days out thinking there was no way I could be seen the same day. To my surprise I was told it would be fine if I came in the same day. I fully expected to be told I would need a crown and imagine my surprise when I was told that because of the way my molar broke, it could just be filled! What a relief! Now to say that I am afraid of dental work is an understatement. Dr. To and his assistant listened to me and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I am pain free and so grateful!
