Experiencia fantástica: First, I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and they had me seen within an hour. After arriving to my scheduled appointment time (they were running a little behind) I had asked to be rescheduled later on that day and they were kind of enough to reschedule me for another same day appointment. Once I was seen by the dental assistant and Dr. Singh, they were very efficient and thorough. Dr. Singh even explained things to me that I don’t recall other dentists mentioning regarding my teeth. I haven’t had a cleaning or other procedures as of yet, but based off of first impressions, they were very professional. I would also like to shout out Cresha (front desk receptionist) she was really patient and was willing to work with me to get the same day appointments.

Dr I checked on me because he did an extraction last Tuesday. All was good. I did ask for breakfast on my way in, the receptionist agreed with me. I trust everyone at Singh Smile care and feel that they truly have my best mouth in mind.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this office! I had a root canal and crown done, and the entire experience was beyond what I expected. Not only were the dentist and his assistant incredibly knowledgeable and professional, they made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. They explained everything step-by-step so I always knew what was happening, checked on me consistently throughout the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable down to the smallest details (they even gave me Chapstick halfway through!). I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep during my root canal — which says everything. The clinic feels very upscale, clean, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place where you can walk in feeling confident and walk out feeling taken care of, this is it. I’ve already scheduled my next three visits and would recommend them over anyone else. Truly a five-star experience.

Their still willing to help and answer all our questions. The doctors are very knowledgeable and ethical. We will still continue to be loyal patients. Experiencia negativa: I called on January 13, 2026, to schedule an appointment after reading the positive reviews. I spoke with a receptionist named Amy (if I recall correctly) and provided my dental insurance information as requested. I was informed that my insurance was not in network and that I might have to pay out of pocket. Despite this, I was willing to proceed because of the strong patient reviews. Shortly thereafter, my husband was able to locate an in-network dental provider that would be fully covered by my insurance. I called back on January 15, 2026, to cancel the appointment. At that time, I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee because they require 48 hours’ notice. I was also told that January 19, 2026, did not count toward the notice period due to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. To my surprise, I later received a bill submitted to my dental insurance for services—including an oral exam, X-rays, and a cleaning—that I never received. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. Being charged a cancellation fee under these circumstances, and having insurance billed for services that were never rendered, is unacceptable. I strongly encourage others to be cautious and avoid providing dental insurance information until an actual visit takes place. I would not leave a star if it were optional, but one is required to post this review.

Dr. Singh and his staff are light years ahead of anyone and everyone their doctor office is State OF THE ART . It is the future right here right now, from the time you call there’s no hesitation either your appointment or walk-in they make you feel and let you know you are home. The first time I called they told me come right now. Everyone else was telling me a week , The office is incredible. The staff is even more incredible. I’m telling you this is the future of dentistry happening right now, you are given a Rolls-Royce’s care of everything they do to you. They give you $1 billion feeling That everyone is welcome to feel Rich or Poor All are welcome to feel this futuristic only seen in this office dentistry. I’m scared of the dentist they make me wanna call and go every month it’s so good lol. All you have to do is Call walk in this doctor’s office and you were walking into the future of dentistry and how it should be and how you should feel ,they take the pain away and they put a smile on your face, Get off your butt call them ,get there make them your new dentist. Experiencia fantástica: Amy and Dr. Iniguez are spectacular. This is my first time coming here as a new patient, I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and I have to say. They answered every bit of my questions when it came to my procedure and explained everything clearly. They did their absolute best to make me feel comfortable, and I had no complications with my procedure with absolutely zero pain. I am usually eerie about going to the dentist office but I am definitely going to make this is my regular dental practice. They are also very helpful in working with you, especially if you do not have insurance 10 out of 10 would recommend the environment is very welcoming and everyone Is very polite, helpful and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who hates going to the dentist and has extreme anxiety, this has to be the best dentist visit I've had in my life. They got me in within a few hours of calling and they immediately took me back and numbed me to take the pain away. They showed me the dental options, worked with me on financing and payments and was so pleasant the entire time. Sadie even applied chapstick before we got started which was so appreciated because we all know how our lips feel like they are going to rip apart during dental work. I plan to have all of my dental work done here with Dr Singh and his staff. He has such a calm and pleasant demeanor and guides you through the whole process to lessen the anxiety. I am so thankful for him and his whole staff!

Experiencia negativa: Dr Singh was great and so was my hygienist one of the most incredible dental visits of my life when it comes to the care minus a drill accident we will claim is from dry lips and I'm not even tripping about that tbh its the treatment plan front desk people that dropped the ball miserably I'm told I can get work done in Oct then my benefits renew in Nov a few weeks and I'll finish my work mind you they are doing a ton of work one side at a time one side being far more emergent than the other and who wants to get one side of there mouth cleaned then wait 2 months to do the other side that's incredibly stupid and counter productive because of the fact that I would be getting the rest of my work done in a few weeks to me it did not matter which side I would start on I get up front for them to tell me I can't come back until January because my benefits when they had already seen my benefits and I'd already been told something totally different so obviously I'm upset because by the time they do the other half I'll need a clean again and i now have to live with all these more emergent issues in my mouth for 2 more months it makes absolutely sense to have left a decaying tooth a chipped tooth a broken filling a tooth suffering from bone loss all separate teeth btw alone for 3 fillings that were not bothering me im really upset and they did absolutely nothing but pass me to someone to make sure I paid in the middle of my complaint before she gave me a resolution which surprise there was none I had such high hopes that this would be the dentist to do all my work I'm coming to get my other side finished (maybe) and I will absolutely never return or never recommend and I will be prepaying because getting up front to be told my bill is like 150$ higher than quoted with no explanation is nuts it was removed but none the less they clearly have some issues up front that need to be resolved and for that alone they get 1 star

To take my anxiety medication and try to think of non dentist related things. My toes were curing, my hands were sweaty…I didn’t know if I could do it. Just as I was going to tell my husband, “lets go,” a young lady with a big smile called out my name. I nervously let go of my headbands hands and I followed her. The whole experience was amazing!!! Dr. J is so kind and knows so much…he explained to me everything he will be doing and why! He made sure I was calm and ready. He was very patient man, with a great smile! Well, all I can say the Name says it all, Singh Smile…from the receptionist to, hygenists, dental assistants and of course , Dr. J!

Experiencia fantástica: I returned to Singh Smile Care after a few years and I am so happy to be back. The attention to detail and the explanation of what’s going on is amazing. They take care of their clients so well. I had Diane do my cleaning today and it was such a treat to have her do my cleaning. They are so friendly and welcoming !

Experiencia negativa: I saw Dr Singh because I had lost trust in my previous dentist. I have a few missing teeth I need replaced . Dr Singh suggested a partial denture. I paid had the molds done and paid in full the day if my first visit. When I went back for my partial it was too big. It barely fit in my mouth. I was so upset I just left because I was on the verge of tears. I got home and noticed that the top and bottom teeth on my right side didn't touch when I closed my mouth. The replacement front tooth is half the size of my natural tooth. Dr Singh said that didn't matter because it can't be seen when I smile. The partial is so large Dr Singh recommended putting it in warm water to make it more flexible to get in my mouth. It is also very difficult to get out. While wearing the partial it is difficult to understand me when I speak. I also noticed that when I drink liquid goes under the gap of the partial and my natural front tooth and sits between the partial and my teeth. I called the office to tell them it is too large and I can't wear it. I was told I need to see the Dr. I'm not interested in more excuses from him. I filed a complaint with the BBB hoping to get some resolution but Dr Singh didn't bother to respond. I did get a call from Theresa who was very angry they were getting letters from the BBB. She also claimed Dr Singh is no longer there. I thought I had found a dentist I could trust. Instead I was treated like a mark. They got their money and that's all that matters. So now I am out nearly $3,000 and no partial. This is a horrible office.

The assistants all were extremely nice I could hear them talking within each other and they seemed so happy. The Dr I saw has funny but still stuck to business. After the procedure, I was told that I would receive a call to see how I'm doing and if I had any concerns, However, I never received a call, that was promised. I've been with this dentistry for years and never thought I would be lied too. Unfortunately, I felt that I was a dollar sign sitting in the chair. I don't understand . It's 8pm in the evening and I'm in bed, I posted my review at 6pm the same day, surprisingly, I received a call from Singh smile care concerning my wellbeing, I felt this was a ploy to resolve my post issue. I mentioned to the caller that it was inappropriate to be calling me this late, business is closed it should have been done during business hours. This explains everything.

He has great skill making any procedure I've had, this includes crowns and fillings, as painless as possible. The atmosphere of the office is very family oriented, helpful, and friendly. I recommend Dr. Iniguez to anyone needing a dentist. We feel lucky to have him as our family dentist. Kim has been our dental hygienist for years. First of all I was able to get an appointment in a couple of hours then I met the staff that treat you like family and then Dr Iniguez, he is beside being a very good Doctor he is extremely nice and caring. But to my surprise I I was greeted they were wonderful very detailed. Experiencia negativa: Today will probably be my last time visiting here. Ive been coming to Singh for atleast 4-5 years only because i followed my dental hygienist of 18 years. My insurance is now considered out of network. I was sat down for my regular scheduled cleaning and was billed 123$ at check out and i was than notified i was out of network. and to consider changing my insurance from work. The issue with this for me was that i shouldve been told this before they proceeded with my clean. What if i didnt have the funds to cover that ? Where is the customer obsession here?

I’ve had to have old crowns and fillings replaced and Dr. Iniguez does an exceptional job. Yesterday, he and Amy took good care of me removing an old crown and putting a temporary on. They make a good team and explain everything they’re doing through it all. I was totally numb and didn’t feel a thing! The office is beautiful and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have total trust in them!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a 0 I would. They are what's wrong with healthcare system. Over price with 0 transparency. They wanted $450 to extract one tooth using just the dentist and not the oral surgeon. I had the samething done at the same place 6 months ago but they raised the price by 25%. That's asinine. It's not comparable to the competition. Found a dentist right down the street for $100 less and it's with an oral surgeon. They also said that there's no negotiating like it's a government contract but they do cheap car salesman tactics with you. Don't get me wrong the staff and doctors there are nice and gentle. But they are overpriced and they spend money on things that don't matter but it increases the price for their patients. Also, I asked many times over the phone what the price was and they wouldn't tell me, they kept telling me that the dentist needs to look at it but the dentist never came and looked at it, I just had a hygienist that sat down next to me telling me the price and the price was more than last time, 25% more and $100 more compared to their competition. So I feel like they did a cheesy sales tactic on me, get me in the chair and a I'm more likely to just do it since I'm already there. How dare they do a cheesy sales tactic on me when I'm there because I'm in pain, I'm there for health reason. I'm not there to buy a car. If they told me what the price was I would have never showed up, so they wasted my time and now I have to suffer with pain even longer. I am very upset and disappointed with this company. Not only did they lose me and my wife as a customer but they also lost my two parents, my sister and brother-in-law, my two nieces and my grandmother

Consistently reminding me (not in an annoying way) about my upcoming appointments and works with me every time something inevitably comes up in my home or work schedule. Experiencia negativa: Short style review: 1st Visit, sent away to get wisdom teeth extracted, too hard for Dr Matthew to do due to nerves. 2nd Visit, generally a standard teeth cleanup. Guy is drilling away my teeth to smoothen out the cavity linings. 3rd Visit, panicked a schedule due to an exposed nerve in a molar. Kept insisting to come in earlier and very loose scheduling. (Not enough work?) Got a Root Canal and a Porcelain crown installed. Dr Matthew said I will be seeing him a lot more. Due to bad teeth. My guy, you view people as money? Also you walk away as you say good bye and onto the next patient? Your assistants have better care and communication skills than you. They're expensive, you willing to spend 5k and hope your insurance covers some of it for work on 'a' tooth. 4th visit ( a week later). issues with the crown cutting down the lower molar. Side broke and cracked a little. Called saying had issues with it and they want pay to even consider the tooth. Not in good shape but not even the courtesy to say hi my man? You are literally in the room over, telling your assistant to talk to me. Have some balls and use your mouth, or are they filled? Consider that my last visit. You showed no hospitality. I guess your motto in life is. "No money? No Hospitality. My Fault? Oh well" To his assistant, I hope the best of you and good luck to your setup in New Mexico when it happens, I'm rooting for you. You clearly care.

Experiencia fantástica: Singh Smile Care is excellent. Dr. Singh and his staff were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. I had quite a bit of work done including replacing a filling in the front of a front tooth and getting rid of the gap between my front teeth. Dr Singh did a fantastic job and I’m thrilled with his work. My teeth look so much better. There was never any pressure to get anything done, the procedures were all explained and the prices were very reasonable. I am so happy I finally found a great dentist with a caring staff.

I have a very intense anxiety about dentists because a childhood experience has tainted every dentist chair I sit in no matter what the experience. I’ve only had one dentist since I was a child, and I’m 66 years old, who came close to that experience I had in the fourth grade, so it’s probably very unfounded this intense anxiety I get. We’d had one dentist for almost 20 years till two years ago when they closed their business and we got another dentist for about two years, until this year we found out that our insurance doesn’t cover him, so we needed to find a new dentist. i’ve been putting it off and putting it off because of my anxiety, till last week necessity had to overcome the anxiety when I cracked a crown. It’s taken me a week to start looking up Google for reviews. No matter who I looked for, even though there was lots of good reviews, there’d always be a few bad reviews mixed in with it, but there weren’t many reviews for the specific dentist, till I came to Singh Smile Cares. They had a five star rating with like 600 reviews. Very impressive. I read the reviews and people seemed very sincere about the care they were receiving. So I unclenched my wringing , shaking hands and made the call. I talked to Amy when I made my call yesterday to explain the situation and that I needed to get in to see a dentist and that I had severe dental phobia. She was very understanding and and said that she was happy I called them and they were going to make sure that I felt comfortable , And she was right. From the receptionist Alyssa when I came in today, to Amy, who ended up being my dental assistant with Dr Luis Iniguez , I’m sorry if I misspelled your name, Dr, to Alicia, who is the billing/insurance clerk I believe, everybody was just wonderful. Amy took the time to make sure that my temporary crown was just as smooth and good fitting as if it was the permanent one. I told Dr. Iniguez about my phobia and I didn’t care how much Novacaine he gave me just numb the crap out of me, and he did just that. Made me a very happy camper. He was so nice and professional at the same time made me feel very comfortable even though I still had the trembles inside. Trust me, it had nothing to do with them. This is probably one of the longest reviews you’ve ever had, but it should be longer because all four people that I met there today were just awesome. I totally recommend them after just one experience with them. Like I told my husband David, David I think we found our dentist. If you’re looking for a dentist, I think you need to go see Singh Smiles cares.

Because going to Singh smile care dentistry has always made me feel like home. Everyone is always happy and so friendly. Also if I ever have any issues or pain with my teeth gums or anything with my mouth they are always there ready and happy to help anyway they can. There service is fast efficient and family friendly I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

Experiencia fantástica: I initially came up with severe tooth ache causing headaches and jaw pain. They took me in right away and prescribed medication for the pain and scheduled my procedure on Monday. I call Thursday saying I can’t bare the pain and got me in first thing in the morning instead of waiting till next week. Dr. Jambou made my tooth extraction the least painful experience of my life and I don’t think I can ever go another dentist. Him and his staff did amazing calming me down and getting down to business. I was in and out in 1 hour! I highly recommend!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Glendale, Arizona for a total of six months. A coworker recommended this dental office. In four months they were able to take care of ALL of my needs. If I may add, there were a LOT of needs. They were able to reconstruct my whole mouth. Okay, maybe a little exaggeration. Alicia, was my first contact with this office. This young lady was awesome. She was able to rearrange appointments to accommodate me and my work schedule. She worked with labs and doctors to get everyone on the same schedule as needed. Dr. Iniguez. D.D.S was wonderful. I loved the fact that he was a perfectionist. Would not accept any work from the lab unless he was happy and the work done correctly. The whole office (sorry ladies, I couldn't remember all the names) were also wonderful. They were always ready to greet me with a smile and let's get started. I have gone there for years and they are always looking for the new best practice and/ or equipment to give their customers the ultimate experience. I recently started using their Botox service for my jaw pain. I will wake up daily with migraines from clenching my jaw/teeth. They suggested I try Botox in the tension areas of my jaw. I would definitely recommend anyone who has long term jaw pain and/or migraines from jaw tension to try this procedure. It has done wonders for me. I feel like I can sleep with ease now! Dr. Janbou did an amazing job! I was worried because I have never done this before and they eased all concerns and were very caring, gentle and patient with me. They always go above and beyond for me and my family. My all time favorite Hygienist would have to be Paty. They are all fantastic and I would trust them with any procedure big or small. I have gone through Paty for years now and she always makes me feel like family.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Singh for a while and knew I needed a root canal, but was fearful of having it done for a couple of reasons like pain, drilling and needles. The other was money, knowing it could be costly and not having insurance. Today, I had my root canal and Dr. Singh put all my fears to rest. It was painless, went very easy and it ended up not costing as much as I had anticipated, since they provide a dental plan that is easy on the wallet. His assistant Courtney made the process very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Singh Dental! He and his staff are always very kind, helpful and will put you at ease, from simple cleanings to major dental.
