Ashley worked her magic and got my wife’s teeth cleaned and my wife was smiling when she finished. I can’t imagine a better dental practice!

He’s the first dentist who truly made me feel comfortable in the chair. Recently, a crown fell out(incidentally another dentist installed) and I was in a lot of discomfort. Even though the office was closed, Dr. Vancil responded and came in to help me—above and beyond what anyone could expect. My top left wisdom tooth has erupted and is coming in, I scheduled an appointment with this office last week after Dr Vancil commented on my post in a local group where I was looking for advice and opinions. I have not been to the dentist in close to 10 years due to my anxiety so this was a bit nerve racking for me. The day after I scheduled my appointment I began feeling more pressure and pain than usual I let it be for about a day. Saturday rolled around and I had started to feel it a lot stronger, this caused lots of anxiety and endless questions for me. It being a Saturday I tried to call a few offices locally that said they were open on google to which I got no answer. Since I had a Monday morning appointment here I gave the office a call, while they didn’t pick up I did receive a text immediately after hanging up from Dr Vancil asking if everything was okay.. this was a Saturday late afternoon, while I’m sure he was enjoying personal time with his family. He answered my questions, was insightful, caring and kind.. all for a patient that had yet to ever step foot in his doors. ( I did not come here previously as a child either, I have zero records with this office until today) Sunday came and I had some more questions and different feelings. Dr Vancil was yet again there for me… and again in the evening. He was reassuring, asked about why I have anxiety. Gave me a rundown on everything that would happen with positive vibes. It is abundantly obvious that Dr Vancil takes pride in what he does and TRULY, TRULY CARES!! This morning I went in for my appointment, with Dr Whyte. The assistant took me back for my X-ray she knew about my anxiety already and was very detailed in explaining the process and everything they would do for me today. She was gentle and amazing with my anxiety and me in general. Once I met with Dr Whyte she was the exact same way- reassuring, kind, caring. She throughly went over my xrays, offered advice and was amazing to work with. I cannot say enough good about these people. You will not find better customer service or care elsewhere. They truly care about how you’re feeling along with your worries, and fears even in their off time. If I could give this practice and these doctors 100 stars I would!! Experiencia fantástica: My adult son was having major issues with his teeth and needed to have the majority of the top row of his teeth removed. After two discouraging and frustrating consultations with other dentists and oral surgeons, we talked to Dr Vancil. He was so kind and compassionate and thoroughly explained the issues and the procedure he would perform. The procedure ended up being far more intense and difficult than originally anticipated because of the depth of the roots of my sons teeth so Dr Vancil was not able to extract any of the teeth but he instead had to cut out each individual tooth! He made my son feel as comfortable as possible and able to withstand the procedure. ! We are beyond thankful for his expertise and compassion and how he handled every aspect of this whole process! Dr Vancil is the best dentist and we highly recommend him whether you need routine dentistry or have major issues like my son did. His staff is also excellent and represent him so well. Experiencia fantástica: I wanted a conservative dentist and I got it! These dentists are awesome, friendly and caring. They are also very knowledgeable! I have been diagnosed with cancer and they recommended I use MI paste. All I can say is my teeth are still doing very good after the cancer treatments. I will say when I have talked to others fighting cancer, their dentist had not recommended this preventative care and sadly, they have had many teeth health problems since their treatment. So friendly, conservative, caring and knowledgeable is all you can ask for!!

I am almost 80 and can be pretty picky with dentists' sanitary/hygiene practices. When you first walk in the office the front desk staff are cordial, polite, and welcoming. The reception room is pleasantly decorated with coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate, and Krispy Creme donuts. (bad for a dentist, right ) There is a separate playroom type space for children. The two dental hygienist, Ashley & Ansley, are thorough and gentle on the teeth. Drs. Whyte & Vancil are the best. They both take a personal interest in you, your teeth, and your needs. My first exam was for a chipped tooth. Dr. Vancil did not try to over sell me on a treatment, but filed the rough edges and said we would keep an eye on it. The tooth was not bothering me soooooo he said we would not bother it. My next visit was for a thorough exam and x-rays. This office is equipped with the latest technology and equipment. The treatment plan was great, affordable, and coordinated with my insurance. Our whole family, three generations, enjoy the services at Mall of Georgia Dentistry Hamilton Mill. I am very well pleased with Mall of Georgia Dentistry Hamilton Mill services, as are the rest of the family.
