The office was very nice, clean, and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure my kids were at ease throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated how the dentist took the time to come speak with me personally and explain everything clearly. The treatment plan was broken down into separate visits, and everything was explained in a way that was very easy to understand. I never felt rushed or confused about what needed to be done or what to expect next. Overall, it was a wonderful first experience for my kids. Great atmosphere, attentive staff, excellent communication, and very professional care. I’m so glad we chose North Gwinnett Dental Care and would definitely recommend them to other families! ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Went for a routine cleaning that should have been completely covered by insurance. My insurance paid $202 and I was billed $375. I’ve never had to pay out of pocket for routine cleaning. Avoid this dental practice.

Experiencia negativa: They canceled our appointment anyway without any prior notification…So unbelievable & frustrated as I off the work & went to school to pick up my daughter, after arrival, The front desk, uneducated woman, her name is Julie, just told us they’ve cancel our appt. since I didn’t confirm back their text msg. about this confirmed in person appt. that we already scheduled from our previous visit !!!!!! Even they have an excuse to cancel the appointment BUT they should had let us known it’s been canceled to avoid this dry run…BUT We never know it’s been canceled until we arrived again…

Not a word I would associate with any dentist; I had to have work done on my front teeth, very sensitive area and I have anxiety that increases. She suggested nitrous oxide and I can honestly say I had NO PAIN. And anxiety did not get in the way. I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend.

After experiencing terrible trauma due to a horrible orthodontist as a child, I completed my treatment plan in one visit. Due to my major nervousness causing an upset stomach I was not able to tolerate nitrous gas. Dr. Murray & her Assistant, Loretta treated me with the upmost care. Such as keeping me calm during my injections with deep breathing & cool air blowing on my forehead. I did not even fill the shot being administrated!. Dr Murray allowed me to leave my treatment chair twice as I was feeling anxious. I had 3 fillings & all went soothly thanks to the incredible Dr Murray & Loretta! I can’t thank you both enough for easing my fear & making me feel so comfortable while receiving my treatment needed. You guys are the very best!!!
