I brought my 15-year-old daughter in for a consultation, and from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Mel, our treatment coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything orthodontics and took the time to explain everything in a way that both my daughter and I could understand. She walked us through the pros and cons of braces versus clear aligners and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She made the entire process so much easier and helped us feel confident in our decision. Dr. Seth was also so kind, friendly, and welcoming. You could immediately tell that we were in good hands. By the time we left, we knew we were going to cancel our consultation at the other orthodontic office and move forward with SENESTRARO. We are so happy we found this office and are excited to start this journey with them. If you’re looking for an orthodontist, especially for your child or teenager, I highly recommend SENESTRARO Orthodontics!

Experiencia negativa: Would give more stars for the interaction I had with Stephanie, however they only care about money. Spoke to Stephanie from the Tualatin office. She took a message for me and was super nice and honest and up front. She was a gem to speak with and went above and beyond. Said she was newer but didn’t seem like it with the way she spoke on the phone and was super helpful.

Meeting their dog, Kyle, was a highlight, he’s the cutest! Medically and professionally, they are top-tier. They went out of their way to accommodate my daughter's preferences to make sure she was comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: Wow! I am really impressed. This orthodontist seems to be everything my regular orthodontist is not. Everyone I encountered here has been terrific. Their customer service is top notch. Another thing I love is that their office is geared towards families not just kids. I felt respected here. As an adult, it didn't seem weird to be in the dental chair I had a large wire coming off a permanent retainer. My regular orthodontist's earliest appointment was about a month out. Senestraro has four locations was happy to help and ensured that I was seen quickly. Over the last six months this wire has come loose several times. Each visit costing at least $250. Today Senestraro encouraged me to take it off for good. They explained everything really well. Then they spent about 15 min removing the glue from my teeth. They also were able to provide referrals for speech therapy in the area. They helped me today at no cost. I am both shocked and grateful. If I could go back and start my tooth straightening journey again I would strongly consider Senestraro.

Bethany was very calming, kind, and patient with answering all my daughter’s questions. The dog that walks around the office was adorable as well and helped my daughter feel calm, he sat in her lap for the entire appointment and she absolutely loved it!

Second visit for attachments was just under an hour, as I'm one of those needing lots of them. Everything has gone well and the first two days were without any issues. Getting used to the new routine. Successfully finished the goal of straightening my teeth. No problems occurred during the process. Office visits were quick and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Experiencia negativa: AVOID SENESTRARO!!!! I was the victim of identity theft in October. It was a rough week sorting it all out and getting a new account number, cards, etc... On October 28th, 2024 the day I received the new account info I went into the office to update the EFT info. It seemed all was well. Flash forward to today. I called to make a follow up appointment and they informed me my account had gone to collections. Excuse me? I have never received a phone call, voice message, email, or any other form of communication period. They claim to have called sent emails and letters but unfortunately the inbox and phone records tell a very different story. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing to not only be overlooked but also left to sort out what to do next with my treatment. Both of my daughters have been patients here in the past for orthodontics receiving their full course of treatment, over the course of several years, paid in full with no issues what so ever. In fact last year I encouraged my nephews and sister in law to also seek treatment with these folks which they have also done with no issues. Now I'm left sorting out what do next with this process its a big issue to be sure. I will be sure to share this experience with all my friends and family and those who are already patients should perhaps consider a move to another office for their ortho needs. I would encourage anyone looking at this office to think twice. Their communication is non existent and evidently they have no issue at all creating a narrative that simply isn't accurate and removing you without any compassion or concern for what comes next. I will follow up with what additional steps we take and their outcome. STAY AWAY!

Experiencia negativa: I decided to give this Ortho office for my daughter's braces. They have a lot of good reviews. They are nice during consultation. But after that their customer service sucks. I went to all the locations and they're all the same. Most of the DAs are very rude, and they look stressed out. They keep scheduling me to the Wilsonville or Sherwood location because it takes forever for the Woodstock location to have an opening. I couldn’t keep up with the appointments because I still couldn’t receive text reminders. I’m so glad we only have 1 appointment left. I’m not happy with my daughter's results too. Save your money and go somewhere else where they seem to care.

Our children have been comfortable in the clinic and with the process. Kyle, the therapy dog, is a big hit. For our children using Invisalign, the experience has been simple and straightforward with no issues. Our kids with braces have had some long appointments, at times seemingly due to the number of patients being seen at a time and at times seemingly due to some of the staff having challenges in fitting or adjusting the apparatus. There have also been a few lapses in communication with us about what was done or what needs to be done for our kids in braces. In the end, the treatment for each of our kids was effective. Highly recommend Invisalign if at all possible.

Our assistant who put on his braces was very patient with him being nervous. He explained the whole process so there was nothing unknown. We love the office dog Kyle and my kiddo loves that he gets to collect tokens to earn prizes. I enjoy all the little extras that they do to put the experience over the top like the drawings they do in the lobby for prizes, tokens, and your name on the board.

We had a lot of questions since it was our first time getting a consultation for my daughter to get braces and they were answered so quickly and gracefully. Doctor Seth was so nice and helpful. Experiencia fantástica: I am a current client getting Invisalign as an adult (almost finished) and my child is now a client as well. I’ve had a great experience, appointments and follow up is easy. They make the next appointment as soon as you leave and you can even do remote checkups if you’d like. I’ve been quoted multiple times over the last 10 years and this was the best price I’ve been quoted. I was shocked at how great the service was when it was also the least expensive. My daughter has also had a great experience as well and they made her feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
