Experiencia negativa: I had my first visit 2 weeks ago. I won't be returning. This place is too hectic. It's like they work on patients like an assembly line. There's no time for the dentist to actually be personable with their patient. Front desk never offers to schedule any follow-up appt prior to one's departure. Gosh by pure luck I called ahead and asked if there was paperwork to fill out because I don't like having to look up dates in a rush when asked about medical history. Thankful for my thinking because ones appt is ridiculously delayed if having to fill out tons of forms on an iPad. They need to keep in mind that some older folks may not be able to navigate the technology to their detriment. Staff is not very helpful either. This place not for me

Experiencia negativa: This was a TERRIBLE experience for me. I was treated in a very unprofessional, and rude manner by the dentist and office manager. Backstory: My front right tooth was chipped by the dentist during a tooth extraction on a previous visit yrs ago. The dentist didn't inform me that he had chipped my tooth. I noticed it when I got home. I called the same day, and was told to come in the next day, which I did. He admitted his error after some debate. He suggested that it be filled with a clear filling, which I was very concerned about. He proceeded to file my tooth down about 1/4 inch or so, which I didn't want, but I couldn't undo. I came in today because part of the filling had chipped off, and was very sharp causing me pain, which was my concern from the beginning. He started off by trying to deny any service because of a medical restriction from yrs ago. I explained that those restrictions had expired. He proceeded to try and do a cleaning, which I asked to be secondary to repairing my chipped tooth. He went to consult the office manager. The manager was a female, who was very rude and Condesending. She tried to tell me that my tooth was chipped prior to my extraction, which is TOTALLY untrue. I asked the dentist to confirm this fact, which he would not. He appeared to be afraid to admit the damage was due to his previous extraction, and kept looking nervously at the office manager. This was DISGRACEFUL, and trust me, I take no pride in saying that. I know times are hard, and I would never jeopardize someone's livelihood by telling a lie that could cause them problems with their employment. The office manager proceeded to tell me that the dentist didn't chip my tooth, and that it was pre-existing. Showing me x-rays. and trying to cover it up. Shameful. We went back and forth, with me trying to explain what actually happened, all the while she was smiling and treating me with complete disrespect. The dentist stayed quiet the whole time? I asked the dentist one last time if he chipped my tooth, yes or no...He said no...I explained to him that the way we treat people matters, and that God keeps record of such things. I removed the neck dressing, stood up am apologized to both of them for disrupting their routine, and asked them both if this is how they would like to be treated, or someone close to them...I told both of them that I was very disappointed in the treatment I received. and just because financially challenged people need this service. doesn't give them a right to be dishonest, or disrespectful. I wished both or them a good day, and reiterated the fact that God cares how we treat one another, especially the LEAST of his children ( i.e...poor people). I pray for all parties involved and I forgive them. which is what I'm commanded to do by my creator. I have no ill will towards them, and I will end with this scirpture: Romans 12:19 19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. That scripture is the reason I was able to remain calm in the face of such horrible treatment. Thanks for allowing me to respond. If this goes any higher or not, I've said my piece. I won't be following up with corporate, because I prayed about it, and God told me to leave it alone. I believe he will work it out, like he always does.

Experiencia negativa: Very frustrating experience. I made the appointment the day before for a root canal that was extremely painful. The day before they confirmed they accepted my insurance and everything was fine. Then when I got to the appointment I waited for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time without a word from them and when I finally asked what the hold up was they said they are trying to confirm my insurance. This didn't make sense even though they confirmed they did the same thing the day before. I went round and round with them and ended up leaving and getting into another dentist the same day. Really poor customer service.
Experiencia fantástica: The facility is very clean inside the dental parlors and equipment is not old. I have some ginger genes. IYKYK that we typically need more pain relief. I also have PsA and fibro which can make the chair uncomfortable on my neck and trigger pain unless I use neck support such as a rolled up towel. Dr N made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. He always asked my preferences and how I was doing, and adjusted his care accordingly. I had a painless filling today that was quickly and precisely finished. He is a very kind and patient, intelligent man who does his absolute best for his patients. I'm so grateful. He and the hygienist worked seemlessly without the need for much discussion between them. They also respected HIPAA and didn't discuss other patients or doctors in my presence, and Dr N asked me if I would prefer to discuss treatment in the parlor or out in the lobby so they could maintain my privacy. My filling didn't need much sculpting afterwards and it felt comfortable and natural right away.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give this facility zero stars. I came here when I was pregnant and needed a root canal. The first appointment I left in tears because they told me I needed clearance from my OB/GYN. Mind you I’m in excruciating pain. Okay, fine. Returned the following week with the clearance, only to be told I needed to wait 3 more days until I reached a certain gestational age due to the doctor’s personal insurance policy. Would’ve been nice if that had been told to me at the first appointment. So I opted for a cleaning. It was the least thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. All they did was brush and examine my teeth. They didn’t floss or scrape off any plaque. While I was waiting I could hear all the conversations and laughter between the hygienists, which was very unprofessional. I never returned and went somewhere else for the root canal. Avoid this place!!
Experiencia fantástica: Premier is the only dentist office that allows walk ins, I always get great service but yesterday really solidified how great they are. I took my 4 year old and the dentist himself was so great with him. He was attentive, patient and really made him comfortable. My baby sat in the chair and allowed the dentist to do what he needed to do with no problems. Second visit for him and it was an emergency because he had fallen and hurt his teeth. I was able to go in as an emergency and was welcomed and didn't have to wait long. My baby took it like a champ.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 AM to get a filling on my cracked front tooth. When I got there I was placed in a room, and overheard the assistant tell Dentist which ordered he was to go in. By what she said I had 3 rooms ahead of me. I asked her if that was correct and she confirmed it was. I asked her if it was ok for me to run to the store next door, she agreed and said they would call me when he was ready for me. I received the call at 11:39. I got back in the room and the dentist came in, he blew air on my teeth and then perceive to tell me that because he was the only dentist there that I would have to make another appointment to come back. I let him know that I have been waiting for over an hour, and if that was the case they should have told me that when I first got there! I’m not sure if it was the assistant or one of the girls from up front, but the person heard what was going on and let the dentist know that the other people were walking ins and I had a appointment. He tells her “well I guess I can do it” Next he says I will have to numb you before I can fill your tooth, but you will have to sign the consent. Which took another 10-15 minutes for them to email it to me. Once I signed it he came back in and put the numbing cream on my gums, but then he pulled out a needle so he could inject my gums with the Xylocaine. I had to stop him and let him know I didn’t need that for a filling on one front tooth. He was like well ok! Once he was done with the filling , he then asked me if I wanted a cleaning. How is it that he was in such a hurry that he couldn’t do one filling, but yet had time after to do a cleaning? I’m not sure if this dentist is fresh out of school, but he really needs to learn a better way to treat his patients. I will not return if he’s the only dentist there!!!! And I’m giving two stars only because my filling was done right.
Experiencia negativa: Plan to spend over two hours if you make an appointment, even on a weekday. I had a 10:30 appointment a few days ago, it took over an hour to be taken in and have X rays done. I sat in the clinic chair waiting for a simple teeth cleaning for an hour only for the dentist to rush my cleaning and be rude about wanting an orthodontist referral to fix my teeth asking me why I hadn’t done it when I was younger? I quite literally was at this office for two and a half hours waiting with the same people. If I didn’t get the attention of one of the techs, it probably would of taken way longer to be cleaned. Ive been coming here for years and always in an out in 40 minutes everytime. No one acknowledged the waiting time and they seem to have one dentist working all the time and too many techs/receptionists instead. Not coming back.

One of the dentist was very late for my appointment and then continued to talk about personal life with the assistant and actually said he needs to find another job!!! ALL while cleaning my teeth. I signed my medical release form and left . Not going back !!!

So I wasted half a day work and got nothing to show for it. Five months in and I’m still no further along than I was five months ago. Not happy at all.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk was organized and professional, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The dentist and hygienist were both kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. The office was very clean and modern, with updated equipment that made the whole process smooth and efficient. What stood out most was how gentle and caring the team was. I usually feel anxious going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely at ease. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond. If you’re looking for quality dental care in the Aurora area, I definitely recommend giving Premier Dental Clinic a visit. You won’t be disappointed!
Experiencia fantástica: The girls up front deserve more credit! They do a magnificent job in my opinion. Everyone was friendly and took real good care of my children.
Experiencia negativa: If I can give this place a 0 star I would. Had right side of mouth extracted got dry socket and teeth pieces still in mouth. Then made another appointment to get left side pulled, started to get there and get called 10 mins before appointment that doctor cant take his regular appointments he had to go fill in at another location. This happened a total of 4 times. Today I went to appointment got into back room and bib put on only to have oral surgeon come in and tell me he cant take any teeth out I have to go somewhere else. The place is dirty. Bathroom has urine all over the floor I walk with a cane and told the people at front desk when I first walked in at 1045 it's 1144 and they still haven't done anything to get it cleaned up. When I asked for my records they took half an hour to literally print 4 papers out and there's 4 front desk people. Very rude workers in the back as well. I highly don't recommend this place it's all around terrible. Very and I mean very UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT KEEP APPOINTMENTS FOR ANYTHING!
Experiencia negativa: The FEMALE DENTIST here are rude and overbooked I came in for a cleaning and got 4 very painful shots for one side of my mouth it’s like she just jabbed my gums like she didn’t look what she was doing.. I’m 46 yrs old and have been to dentist many times in my life and this was the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER .now I’m nervous to get my other side done .. this place needs to get new dentist that care and not just charge and have patients feeling bad.. also if u can find another dentist in the area u will thank me later !!! This place is goin down hill and needs to be closed for malpractice!!
Experiencia negativa: The pain medicine they gave me to start the procedure wasn’t enough or didn’t take… He than shot me in my mouth two more times! The right side of my face is discombobulated and swelling! After prescribing me medication that I’m allergic to. They leave me in excruciating pain. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog! I will be filling a report for medical practice. This is what they gave me after pulling two teeth!!! Not sure how an antibiotic, going to assist me with pain but if you have insurance please go to a dental office that cares about their patients… My allergies are listed in my chart not sure why would I be prescribe medication that I can die from or not even given anything at all. I’m beyond hurt, frustrated and in Excruciating pain!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I will be looking for a different dentist for my family. I have been receiving calls and text messages stating someone in my family needs dental work done. But when I call them, everyone in my family is fine and does not need any dental work done. When asked why i keep receiving phone calls for unnecessary dental procedures, i am told that they pulled up the wrong account or they have old call logs that they are using. This has been going on for 2 months now.
Experiencia negativa: If I can give Dr.Yoosuk Ko Z... 2 stars I would and the assistant that was in the room with him 0 stars wasn’t any better the flusher didn't work he had to tell her to use one at a time I was trying to stop from choking on teeth fragments and saliva and whatever they were spraying in my mouth. I’ve been in pain for four days. And I called today and told the they said I need to wait till Monday for an appointment or go to the ER.. He started off so nice but then the procedure took place and he rushed it. I am not sure if it was because I took up a lot of time with different questions The way he threw the numbing medicine in mouth i didn't appreciate it. They told me two different things when it came to my payment which took longer cause they had to explain everything to me. At this point I didn't say anything I wanted my extraction done. He had to numb me twice. he even cracked my bone and gave me a crazy excuse like it’s possible during this type or procedure, he cut my mouth up so bad I was scared it wasn't going to heal correctly I am bruised in the inside of my mouth. I wasn’t give no care instructions which the terrible assistant was supposed to give to me. The write me a prescription for meds I clearly have an allergy too… it was simply terrible I got my teeth removed Monday it’s Friday night and I’m still in pain.. this is not my first time going to this place the other times my experience was great the older lady dentist have done my teeth and my kids she gentle and she cares.. but this visit, this time omggggggggg….. I wish I never went here and he works very quickly he rushed I believe it’s infected so I will be going to the ER in the AM! Please stay away he doesn’t care and he’s not considering his patients if you need an oral surgery please please please do not go to him find another dentist… he’s going to seriously hurt somebody. I would say this it could have been about time management... Even my cavities he filled the fillings are falling out not much but some.. But yeah I'm not going back ... Even the receptionists are rude The only caring one is the heavier one I wish I knew her name

Experiencia negativa: This place is terrible. The dentists are so clueless about what's going on. And the cleanings are just an assistant putting fluoride on the teeth. They don't remove any build up(plaque) or floss. My first and last time at this place. Find another dentist
Experiencia positiva: I think the novacaine shots to numb for the extraction were excessively aggressive. I do not recall ever getting such a painful novacaine shot for fillings. Maybe there is a rational for such deep injections for extractions, but if so, I should have been more prepared. The extraction was nothing compared to the injections. Ouch! I will say the staff were very polite and I did not wait for the doctor.

Experiencia positiva: First time taking my son here. Overall it was a good experience, although I wished the guy that took care of my son worked with me on trying to calm him down. Seemed like he was just trying to get the job and move on to the next patient.
Experiencia fantástica: My daughter went in on her 2nd birthday and had her 2nd appointment at the dentist. The staff was so nice and friendly and all wished her a happy birthday and tried to make her feel comfortable. She was a little nervous but, they were patient and did everything they needed to as quickly as possible. The dentist was very personable and took his time to answer my question without rushing me.
Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: Day 7 post extraction and I had to go to a different office only for them to tell me there is an ENTIRE ROOT left in the socket!! Now I am forced to redo the procedure! Do NOT go here if you can help it!! This experience has probably been the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office… as someone with very high anxiety, I was not accommodated at all!! It felt like they were rushing every time I asked for Dr Ko to stop working as I could FEEL EVERYTHING even after I was numbed. I remember asking him to stop to give me a moment… waving my hands multiple time yet he just kept going… I was sobbing, sweating and full body shaking in the chair while the dr was working and all he said was “relax, calm down”.. he didnt stop to let me catch my breath… I went to the car and had a panic attack due to the stress I was under… all for a tooth extraction. Here I am on day 2 and the pain is excruciating. I can hardly talk and my face is bruised and swollen. I was prescribed ibuprofen for pain which is a joke. I will NEVER be back to ANY Dental Dreams facility ever again!! If I were you , I’d stay away too!!

Experiencia negativa: Fast service but I didn’t like the guy that was taking care of my son because the Dr was having an inappropriate conversation which made me feel uncomfortable.
Experiencia fantástica: I was a tad bit dramatic when it came to my two teeth getting pulled but it was super quick I was in and out under a hour. It’s a day after my teeth getting pulled and u have no pain at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a new patient, I called with a broken tooth. They got me in the next day & pulled the tooth out. I’m very satisfied with my experience with them. I’ll be back in 6 months for a checkup. Thank you Dr. Adam’s. The tv in the waiting area is too loud i couldn’t hear what the receptionist was saying to me.
Experiencia negativa: Asian Doctor Nibro is very abrasive, curt and not empathetic at all. They don’t have a strategy for scared children from local anesthesia as a mom all the pressure was on me to calm my son and assure him he would be ok and I was in pain and experiencing a tooth infection of my gums my appoint was at 2pm they made me go last I wasn’t seen til around 5pm my son cried due to being afraid of the needle and drill and they just were looking at him cry and looking at us weird. I had to take matters into my own hands and take my child's device threatening to throw it away the Doctor kept saying because he’s acting like this I have to send him to a specialist instead of attempting to provide coping mechanism for my child. He was very rude when it was my turn he did not want to give any antibiotics or anything for pain and infection he stated corporate won’t allow him to prescribe anything for pain control. He rudely wrote a script for a oral solution and ibuprofen and was irritated by me asking questions that he even walked away while I was speaking. Mostly Rude staff you are rushed and they over book slots you will not get the proper care they did a deep cleaning on one side in 5 minutes but will charge your insurance as if they properly treated you. The local anesthesia he injected so much I felt like I was having a stroke and couldn’t control my whole right side of my face. He did nothing for the infected area on the left. Stay away from here if you have medicaid find somewhere else more suitable.

Experiencia negativa: I had a deeply frustrating experience with Gloria Martinez in customer service at Premier Dental. Unfortunately, my interaction was marked by rudeness and unprofessionalism. Not only did she hang up on me during our conversation, but she also dismissed my concerns with a troubling attitude, suggesting that I could report her but that it wouldn’t make a difference. It’s shocking that someone with such a lack of customer care is part of a dental practice. I expected a much higher standard of service, especially in a healthcare setting. This experience has left me questioning the professionalism of the entire office. I can’t recommend Premier Dental based on this encounter. If you're looking for a practice that values its patients and provides supportive customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Experiencia fantástica: My 84 year old grandmother had 3 extractions & a deep cleaning. She states she did not feel a thing. The dentist & techs were very nice & patient! Service was unbelievably fast.
Experiencia fantástica: All my family member goes there since they cater to WALK IN patient. And the dentist we see is very gentle, not too much pressure and pinching of our lips, uses the sonic pic to clean. We've been a customer for over 5 years.

Experiencia negativa: It is very clear that this place is just over booking and trying to rush through cleanings and service in an attempt to make more money by filing insurance claims with those who use the state insurances. We have been going there several years now, and today finally just gave up. Was not treated for a dental emergency that I made my appointment for. Brought my kids for their check ups at same time and we all had appointments. They booked at least 10 other patients all for the same time but only had one doc on staff. Waited over an hour to be brought bAck and an additional 30 just for one kid to get x-rays. I asked several staff members to let doc know about my emergency tooth and not one person did. No one saw me. This has happened to us every single time we've been there in the past few years. When I booked appointments I told them we had stopped going there for a year because they were taking advantage of the system and doing this to patients, but I waS hoping they had fixed their issues after so many complaints. I was told yes, they did fix issues and doc we saw last time no longer worked there. That was a lie. Today, we finally had enough after the neglect and disrespect of our time, I looked up and saw a hygienist preparing utensils for a person having a cavity filled. She blew her nose, rubbed her fingers in her nostrils and then proceeded to touch EVERYTHING with her unwashed hands!!!! That's when we got up and left,and none of the employees even cared. Completely disgusted by this place. I will be contacting Meridian and filing complaint with state.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience will never ever go back to this dental facility had an appointment at 12:30 I arrived at 12:20 didn't get seen till almost 3pm as I got called I was escorted to the room as I sat waiting again for someone to attend to me and all I witnessed was a young girl and her two younger siblings the young girl was screaming with agony from the pain the doctor obviously did not properly give enough numbing medication the young boys cried for their sister they were traumatized the father hugged the young boy but allowed them to stay in the room only to be scared with fear of the dentist .I got up and walked out after telling the doctor she obviously needs more numbing medication .I don't recommend this dental office to parents of young kids . the only reason I give them 1 star is because I had to choose a star to leave my comments.

It was my sons first time there his appointment was at 1 I got there at 12:40 to fill out paperwork waited until it was 2:10 and still did not get called then I went up to the desk and asked the girls there were clueless!!!!!!!!!!! And people got taken back first and they got there after me !!! I do not recommend this place at all !!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Stay Away From This Shoddy Place!!! A few weeks ago, my spouse and I, had come here, so hopeful to have good service. This new place was found, after a lengthy online search. After reading many a review, I thought, to take a chance. What was there, to lose?, I mused. Upon arrival, we filled much paperwork, which could have been mailed to us, beforehand..Then, after waiting for some time, we were finally ushered inside. Once situated, what I can only surmise, was a medical assistant, took more X-rays, than I’ve ever had, taken before! Yet, despite taking an innumerable amount of X-rays, she returned to the room repeatedly, to take even more!!! Still yet, a different medical assistant arrived, saying: I have to take another X-ray, because she couldn’t get the right shot! What discomfort, of having an X-ray gown, repeatedly placed on and off of me, and undergoing, a series of X-rays, which required I bite down, on a very uncomfortable device, each time, photos were taken!! After this headache, nearly an hour passed, before the dentist even arrived!!! The dentist, whose name, I will not disclose, looked over my X-rays, but stayed tight lipped, not sharing any details. Upon my asking, he confirmed: I have no cavities, yet Insisted on using Novocain, or a topical aesthetic!! In my long history of receiving oral care: neither Novocain, nor anesthetic, of any kind, Has Ever Been Prescribed, as a part of my treatment!!! Though the dentist, said the Novocain, was necessary, I pleaded with him, to forgo this, acquiescing to a topical anesthetic. The dentist, proceeded with my cleaning, which unfortunately, was: Too Brief, as it was only: A Partial Cleaning!!! Once he too swiftly finished, the dentist stated: I need to return, for a Deep Cleaning!! This too: Was A First, as I have always had full and thorough cleanings, On The Very Same Day; and, my cleanings, were Always done: Not By The Dentist, But By The Dental Hygienist!!! Hence, at my request, my spouse was called in, and I explained the sorry situation!! He and I, both pleaded, I have a full cleaning. The dentist, merely looked at me, with a neutral face… My spouse, who works with the insurance, spoke to the front desk lady, who indifferently explained: the specifics of our new coverage, and, who insisted: it was necessary, to schedule a follow up appointment, for a deep cleaning, the next day, or within a week. However, my spouse: Stoically Stood His Ground: Unimpressed, by my cleaning and by his own cleaning, and, by: The Lack Of Customer Service—nonchalantly replied: I’ll think about it…Then, out we walked, very perturbed, but without a further word… Once we were alone, my spouse shared, of his equally unpleasant experience, sharing that: his dentist, had lectured him, doing her best, to Patronize him, and Instill Fear, in him; also confessing: the X-ray process, had also been painful for him, as well; and that, his cleaning, was likewise: Barely A Cleaning, Being Too Brief, and Not At All Thorough!! How disheartening, to hear all of this!!! Once at his office: my spouse’s coworker, who works wholly with insurance, confirmed, after reviewing my long history, of receiving dental care, that: I have never had a deep cleaning before (apparently it was not found necessary); and, although considered by some dentist’s offices, as standard practice, to return to the office, for a deep cleaning:—in this instance, with this office, it seemed: More Like An Excuse, For Them, To Bill Our Insurance, A Second Time!!!!! As if this wasn’t enough: requesting X-rays from this office, also proved : So Very Unprofessional, and thus Challenging, to say the least!! The downright rudeness, of the front desk, was so shockingly discourteous!!! But then, what can be expected from a clinic: Where Dentists Do Their Own Cleanings, Merely To Save Money?!!! Take note of this review: Yes, Our Visit Here, Was A Sheer Waste!!! Save Your Time, & Stay Away, From This: Deploringly Shoddy Place!!!
Experiencia negativa: My 4 yr old granddaughter had an appointment at 1230 she wasn't taken back for 30 minutes then sat and waited in the room for 40 mins. Unacceptable for first visit I don't want to traumatize her with a non caring dentist My daughter had to work so we left the office without any services which I'm sure they will try and charge us for them being unprofessional. Will be looking for a new dentist after this expierence
Experiencia positiva: Would give it 5 starts but the only thing keeping me from it is, keeping clients time frames. They took 3 1/2 hours to do my 2 fillings, overly injected anesthesia when I had specifically told the dentist my left side was good & I still felt somewhat of my right gum.. she proceeded to add more on the left like what?? Besides this visit, I like their service.

They initially charged me an amount based on my insurance coverage, but later I discovered that I was overcharged. Trying to get a refund for the excess payment has been an uphill battle. It's been months, and I'm still waiting for the funds to be returned. I urge other customers to be cautious and not to pay the amount due until they are absolutely sure about the charges. The lack of transparency and the delay in resolving billing issues are concerning aspects of their service that need to be addressed promptly.
Experiencia negativa: Worst experience we ever had they keep my wife waiting for more than 2 hours to tell her they can not see her because the dentist had other Patients that needed treatment!!! They don’t know how to Manage their appointment service we don’t recommend it.
Experiencia negativa: I have not had a procedure done here and honestly I am glad. The two visits I had were supposed to be consultation for a treatment plan . I had X-ray done and that was all. The Dentist said she would recommend oral surgeon yet did not offer a referral of any kind. The Staff was Friendly but the Dentist was a bit abrasive and insensitive to me. Customer Care is Everything to me. It is worth mentioning that if you don't specialize in certain treatments for specific reasons, the customer should be informed immediately as to avoid wasting his/her valuable time. I hope this office will make improvements for current and future customers. The way I was handled was not Acceptable. I will not be back neither will I be giving anyone a recommendation.
Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend coming to this place. I had a 9am appointment which is when they open and by 10am I was still waiting in the chair to have my teeth cleaned. I was put in the chair around 9:15am, x-rays were taken between 9:30-9:40am and by 10am i decided I had enough and walked out. Told the front desk I don’t have time for this and won’t be returning again.
Experiencia fantástica: Front office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My son had to have 2 teeth extracted today for his braces to help correct his bite. He was in and out, said the dentist was nice and he barely felt a thing. Might have a wait time in this office as they take walk ins, but overall a very good experience.

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter in for a check up and to get a tooth pulled and even though our wait time was quick the dentist who treated my daughter was very unprofessional. The dentist didn’t warn her when they were going to rise her mouth which startled my daughter and caused her to turn her head and the dentist turn her head back rough and then walked away.. and after all was said and done. The dentist just said thank you and walked off until I had to ask if we need to make another appointment or if there was anything else wrong and all she said was “oh yeah your daughter has cavities she needs to see a specialist” very unprofessional.
Experiencia negativa: My appointment time was 17:30. I had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby to get inside. I waited 27 minutes for the dental X-ray to be taken and it still hadn’t started. I won't come back next time and I definitely don't recommend coming here. I just came for a regular dental cleaning and had to wait for almost 2 hours.

Experiencia negativa: They have not updated their "info" to the insurance referral companies. Insurance company says they have an oral surgeon, they don't. Insurance says they have a prosthodontist, they don't. They only just recently started taking new patients that aren't under 17. If you need anything more than just a dentist for your dental needs, don't bother here.
Experiencia fantástica: All the beautiful intelligent women knew what to do, from the receptionists. Xray tech, all assistants, assistants to dentist, to the main Dentist. Awesome job , all my questions were answered intelligently and professional. I am going to stay at this location for good. God Bless all the people there.

I was numb for a deep cleaning and 3 hours later I still have not received my deep cleaning n numbing wore off . The dentist sees too many patients at one time . N have no consideration of their patients time. She’s aggressive with her patients n don’t care if they are comfortable or not . It’s so many things I can say about this dentist office it needs to close or redo staff.

Experiencia positiva: The dentist themselves are wonderful and so are their assistants but the receptionist department is pretty bad I was told after my last appointment that everything was covered and I do not have a payment and I go in today and after my appointment they said I was suppose to pay a long time ago. Soo many mixed messages, miscommunication, and embarrassment given.

I will be finding a new dentist for myself and my son after today, we waited over a hour and still didn't get seen with a scheduled appointment when i asked how much longer it would be i was told there was still another patient to be seen before my son.. Will not recommend this dentist.
Experiencia negativa: The overall service is completely horrible. I expected a little bit of a wait because they were squeezing me in. I was having a dental emergency a tooth pulled. After waiting in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours and then another 45 minutes in the exam room I finally saw the doctor, but not before being met with a very rude dental assistant. The doctor took 30 seconds figured out which tooth was the problem and then I was told they couldn’t pull the tooth. I was given meds and a referral. Although this was a walk in appointment, I’ve had the same wait when I bring my kids for a scheduled appointment. I’m done with this service.
