Experiencia negativa: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR YOUNG FAMILIES. Took my 4 year old here for his first dentist appointment. Would not let him in the room to watch Dad get his teeth cleaned. Expected him to sit in the lobby alone. Would not let dad sit in the room with him either. Expected my 4 year old to go through his first dental experience with only the hygienist which he had never met. Will not return. Very rude women at the front desk who is always on a treadmill.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Kirk Family Dentistry for at least 8 years, and I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Kapadia is an excellent practioner, and her support staff are all qualified as well. Everyone is friendly, empathetic, and efficient. I do not have commercial dental insurance, so I am happy to be part of the in-office dental plan. Update 2/2025: I love Kirk Family Dental. Best dentist I have ever gone to, and I'm old. LOL Update 1/21/2026: I'm so thankful I have an honest dentist like Dr. Kapadia. I had an extraction by an oral surgeon last August and have had a complication from it. I have been terrified to go back to have it corrected, but Dr. Kapadia explained that if I'm not in pain it would be safe to let it be. I always value her advice! I had Lisa this time as my hygienist, and she was amazing. I'm so happy to be a patient at Kirk Family Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: When I moved to this area and had to find a new dentist, Kirk was recommended to me by some family who’ve been here for a while and were very happy. These are some of the friendliest and helpful dentists I’ve ever had. (Now most of my previous have been military dentists, and that may make for a low bar to clear, but still.) They were very understanding and helpful with my adjustments back to civilian life and things like a lack of dental insurance. And recommending some better tools and products than what I’ve been using, which seem to be helping. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Three years ago, I moved from Chicago to Batavia. I needed a new dentist. This place was the closest dentist to my new home, right down the street from me. So I booked an appointment. Are you following me so far? Turns out I made a mistake when scheduling and had to cancel. I was charged $75 for a missed appointment. While I accepted your terms when making this appointment, it still rubbed me the wrong way. I chose another dentist and have since referred my mom, dad, sisters and their kids to them as well So, here's a one star review for that experience. At least you have your $75.

There are much better practices in the same area, you would be better off saving your money, time, and patience going elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent first visit after a long dental care hiatus. 18 bite-wing x-rays, front and back gum measurements on each tooth, followed by a discussion of the care plan that was created by a female dental hygienist (whose name I already forgot, sorry) and a female dentist (Dr. Kapadia, I believe. I don’t have her card with me at this moment.) Barbara greeted me at the front desk and helped me plan out several appointments. Barbara had also graciously welcomed my 21 year old daughter and I when we dropped in one day to check out the facility and ask some questions about becoming new patients. She also handled our follow up questions over the phone and scheduled our first appointments. Everyone was so kind, professional, and grateful that we had chosen to join Kirk Family Dentistry for our dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: I became a new patient to this office approximately 5 months ago. The service was great so I had decided to schedule appointments for my kids. My husband had a life threatening health emergency and I was not able to bring my kids to the scheduled appointment. The office charged me $100 and harassed me for the cancellation fee after I was told it would be waived since it was my first offense.
