Experiencia negativa: Our first visit was great but the next two visits were traumatic. She ended up having to go to another dentist to have a crown fixed and we were told multiple fillings had to be redone as they had come out...so frustrating considering the amount of $$ I had already spent...

Experiencia fantástica: I would give more stars if I could! We brought our son here for a second opinion after a very poor experience at a different pediatric dentist. It was like night and day! After the first visit at the other dentist our son was high anxiety when it came to his teeth.The staff at Bambini was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lee was gentle, quick, and thorough looking at his teeth and was even able to do a quick cleaning. I loved the pad that they had him lay on so that he could also be in a parents lap while he was examined, it made the experience go so much better. We left the initial appointment with him happily waving and saying "bye bye" to everyone. I could not have been more relieved. The second appointment we had was for his procedure, which involved him being put under anesthesia. I was extremely nervous about this, but it literally could not have gone smoother. We walked in that morning, he played, while I filled out the paperwork. An anesthesia tech came out, asked his favorite show, went over what they'll be doing, spoke to him, etc. Dr. Lee then came out and explained everything she would be doing as well. Finally, the anesthesia doctor came out, and this is where my mind was blown. I fully expected atleast tears, but no, they mentioned my son's favorite show and toys, he ran into the back and didnt look back!! Not a tear shed or a scream made at any point. He did amazing! The staff was stellar. The procedure went great and my mind was completely at ease from that point on. The pricing wasn't bad either! The other place was quite a bit more expensive and with the experience we had it was not worth it. Bambini was 1000% worth and I am so thankful for them. Thank you!

Both my five year-old and two year-old have been going here getting various work done, including removal of teeth and cavity fillings. None of this is fun to be doing as a parent, and Bambini makes it so easy on the parent. The front staff has always been extremely helpful and kind. Texting after hour questions about concerns is never an issue. The entire atmosphere is a true pediatric feeling that you want your child to have when stepping through the door. The TVs kids are able to look at while having Work done makes a huge difference. They also provided me with education that I felt safe going home, knowing what to be looking out for. I would 100% recommend any family with nervous young children to be seen here. Thank you to the Dentist and Karla for truly making a difference in our children’s experience at such young ages. Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at this pediatric dental office. We were charged a significant amount of money upfront, before the staff even knew whether they would be able to work with my child. My child is very young, and the approach used was not gentle or child-friendly. He was placed on a board-like device while lying on his back and unable to see what was happening, which caused him extreme stress and fear. The office does not offer age-appropriate activities or distractions to help children stay calm and focused away from stress. There was little effort made to make my child feel comfortable or safe during the visit. I had to ask the dentist to carefully check a tooth that I believed had a cavity, and even then, no thorough examination was done to check for additional cavities. The dentist quickly concluded that my child would need anesthesia because he “would not cooperate.” In my opinion, my child did not cooperate because he was frightened by the way the situation was handled. A pediatric dental practice should have the patience, skills, and tools to work with children, rather than creating fear and immediately resorting to anesthesia. I felt treated like a source of payment rather than a person and a parent. I left feeling that the care was rushed, impersonal, and not centered on the child’s well-being. I do not recommend Bambini pediatric!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been coming here for over a year - it’s been a pleasant experience each time, not just for our child but for us, too. Making an appointment online is fast and easy. Upon walking in, the lobby feels bright, welcoming and calm. There’s a small play kitchen area that our child would play with every time we visit. The wait to be seen is not long, especially if they’re content with playing while waiting. Upon walking into the office area, the child gets a token which they can exchange for a small trinket in a capsule toy vending machine. An experience we wish we had in our adult dentist offices - would make our visits much more enjoyable! Child then walks into the dentist office, trinket in hand, happy as a clam. While receiving their quick and efficient dental cleaning, they get to watch a kid friendly show - again, an experience we wish we had at our adult dental offices! Overall, great experience for the child and the parents! 10/10 recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We were referred to Bambini Pediatrics Dentistry when my son had trauma to his tooth from a fall. He has sensory issues and was nervous, but they made it a wonderful experience for him. We have now moved all of our pediatric dental needs for the family to Bambini for the nurturing, welcoming, and calm environment. Our visits are now much less stressful and we always feel like we are in good hands.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and taken such great care of by Karla, who was absolutely AMAZING. She was incredibly patient with our daughter and made her feel comfortable, calm, and even excited to have her teeth cleaned. The rest of the staff made us feel right at home and truly welcomed. Our daughter enjoyed her visit so much that she didn’t want to leave! Experiencia fantástica: I brought my daughter here based off recommendations from other moms since my daughter is autistic and needs special hands, people and lots of support. We just had our third visit and she didn’t want to go back. The staff offered her a coin to get a toy from the machine and that helped so much! Once we got back they changed the show on the TV to ms Rachel per my daughters request and that helped for a few minutes. Once we got situated and started my daughter was HIGHLY upset and didn’t want to corporate. But the staff was so understanding and asked if they can help me hold her, before touching her and just doing it without permission. This made me feel so safe and happy. Once the dentist came in, we needed help holding her again, and once again they asked if they can help, I of course said yes. They were super gentle and only did what was necessary. After she was done, my daughter got up and said “I did it” and the dentist plus the assistant both cheered, clapped and said high praise to my daughter and she saw them do that and smiled! She even danced a little bit! Lol. She was given some stickers to choose from When we were done as well. As hard as these appointments are, I’m never worried about how there staff will be with us, I’m never worried about judgement. They make the environment and the appointment process so good for families and kids. I have and will continue to recommend Bambini! Thank you for always being so sweet to my daughter!

The hygienists interact with kids really well and keep parents up to date on any concerns they are seeing, as well as providing action plans to help with any areas of concern. Our kids love coming here, they have a play area and they always give a token for the prize tower before they get their cleanings. Each room has TVs to keep the kids occupied. The doctors here have been fantastic and are super receptive to understanding our childrens medical needs and working with us on them. Will continue to recommend Bambini!

They are so sweet and patient with him. Extra points for bringing in bilingual staff when he didn't fully understand something (he's bilingual, but primary language is Spanish)! They've taken their time in explaining things to me as well, easing any worries I've had along the way. He will be staying here and I'll be bringing my youngest here too as she starts seeing a dentist soon. I would recommend Bambini Dentistry to any kids ready to see a dentist!

The office is clean and quiet. The staff are kid friendly and kind to me. Dr. Laura was kind enough to sing songs to my daughter while she cleaned her teeth. There is a 2.99% fee for using a major credit card. Although they offer you the opportunity to use a debit card without a fee or you can pay using a link.

Experiencia negativa: This review is long overdue and a warning to other families. TL/DR I highly recommend that you demand a fully itemized treatment plan with codes, get a second opinion, and take the quoted estimate with you , or send it to your insurance provider because they will often call out the unnecessary work too. Most importantly, make sure you understand what is medically necessary versus what are just unnecessary add-ons. Do not hesitate to speak up about hygiene either. We will never go back. I left them on read in October 2024, and I hope this saves another family from going through the same. ++++ In Spring 2024, they diagnosed my teen with "soft teeth," which is not even a formal medical diagnosis, although our former dentist never said anything. We trusted Dr. Lee and went ahead with treatment for sealants and cavity treatment. Later, a second opinion revealed that they did not have soft teeth or any enamel weakness AND did not see any cavity treatment. Then in Autumn 2024, the office called me saying I should reschedule their regular cleaning to January 2025 so that insurance would cover it. After agreeing to move it, I reviewed my insurance and then reached back out for clarity on what exactly would be billed. After going back and forth with them trying to get transparency, I learned that instead of it being a simple cleaning, they wrapped it up and called it a "Recare Treatment Plan." After the fourth time asking, they finally gave me a breakdown, and that is when I learned they were tacking on: 8 periapical first radiographic images (D0220) 25 additional periapical images (D0230) That is complete overkill, especially when they had just taken an abundant number of X-rays when they did the cavity fill and teeth sealants six months earlier. Are they not confident in the work they did? That seems like a money grab.... Additionally, in Autumn 2024, we were quoted over $5,400 for an aggressive treatment plan for my four-year-old. I got a second opinion, and the new dentist completed ***appropriate** care for over 40 percent less than what this unethical and money-hungry practice were trying to charge us! And if that was not enough, I had to ask the staff multiple times to wash their hands or change their gloves after touching surfaces, their hair, or their face to examine my kids. The Dr. Lee complied without issue, but the staff caught an attitude. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Lastly, on June 3, 2025, they called me trying to schedule my four-year-old’s $5,400 treatment plan, quoted nearly a year prior. We never received an email or call to ask about my other two children's preventative care that was well past due. They are clearly chasing the money by overcharging and performing unnecessary work. We had already moved to a different provider in Autumn last year after having to ask multiple times to use basic hygiene and the stunt they tried to pull with hiding their 33 periapical images under the guide of a regular cleaning... However, I highly recommend that you demand a fully itemized treatment plan with codes, get a second opinion, and take the quoted estimate with you or send it to your insurance provider because they will often call out the unnecessary work too. Most importantly, make sure you understand what is medically necessary versus what are just unnecessary add-ons. Do not hesitate to speak up about hygiene either. I hope this review saves another family from going through the same, or it encourages you to go back and check your claims and ask the right questions and get a 2nd opinion! I bet you were charged too much too! For Management: Do not bother replying publicly to try and save face. You know you are wrong. I will gladly update this post with all of my receipts if needed. Experiencia fantástica: One of the best dental office for kids that I know of so far. They maintain hygiene. Staff is kind and friendly. Dr. Lee takes care of the patients very well.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lee and her staff are amazing! Love Bambini for all 3 of my children they are caring and efficient always informative with what’s needed and going on with my kids teeth and very easy to schedule. They also spend the time to go over treatment plans and Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and takes the time with all my kids to make sure they are comfortable especially because my one daughter gets very anxious she is very patient with her.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has a rare disability that comes with bad sensory issues. Today was the first time in history he didn't scream and cry through the whole appointment. The first time he didn't have to be papoosed just to get through the appointment. The hygienist and dentist were absolutely phenomenal- incredibly calm and gentle. My kid opened his mouth voluntarily the whole time. Never happened before and I literally cried because this is such a huge deal. My oldest also has a ton of dental anxiety and she said this place is so much better. Cannot express how happy I am we made the switch from the Loose Tooth to Bambini. Light night and day. Thank you guys!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you walk in, the staff is so happy and welcoming. My son (4) and daughter (18 months) were very nervous to go but had no problem with everyone involved in their care. The 35 minute drive is well worth it! Would highly recommend this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were very friendly and explained the treatment plan clearly. The office is very kid friendly and they even have televisions on the ceiling for them to watch a show of their choice while they are sitting back for cleanings, xrays etc.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentistry I've seen for children. Fully invested in making the child (and parents) feel comfortable at ease. They are goal driven to get them the CORRECT care as soon as possible. 10 out of 5 stars for the first visit.

Experiencia negativa: Kylie took us from the waiting room and cleaned my 4 year old and 1.5 year old teeth before the dentist came in. KYLIE was extremely rude and made both of my special needs children very uncomfortable. Both kids are very well behaved and listen very well. Kylie kept rolling her eyes, giving dirty looks, was bossy with the kids, and had no manners or care and compassion. This is a great dentist office but if Bambini wants to keep up a good reputation and treat kids with kindness from every employee then you should not have KYLIE on your staff.
