Professional Dental in Herriman

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks four your service, the girl at the front desk it’s always kind ✨

Experiencia negativa: Terrible money trap they hike prices up high and make you feel like you getting a good price it’s terrible pricing I would not recommend this company if pu better going to a local dentist that’s more honest with integrity

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst option. I went in for my first appointment specifically for a cleaning; however, they told me they couldn't perform it right away and needed to conduct an examination first. They ran some tests and claimed I had periodontal disease, stating that what I actually needed was a deep cleaning. They proceeded to perform a treatment—for which I paid—but they padded the bill with extra billing codes and unnecessary procedures solely to squeeze money out of me. The total bill came to over $3,000, of which I have paid $2,000 so far. Since then, I have discovered that they routinely inflate their costs and tack on bogus billing codes. For instance, they charged me $400 for two saliva tests—the actual results of which they never provided. When I returned for a follow-up appointment, they couldn't locate the samples and were completely at a loss for how to explain it; nobody there seemed to know anything about the tests. All they did was print out a single sheet of paper with my name on it—aside from some generic "oral hygiene instructions"—and charged me $70 for it (billing code D1130). Without a doubt, do not go there—or at the very least, check with other clinics first.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was spotless and my cleaning was quick but thorough. Definitely coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: Got new insurance so I went to professional dental. The front desk receptionist and dentist were so nice and respectful. The dentist was very knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable. Thank you for making my experience at the dentist as comfortable and convenient as possible!

Experiencia fantástica: Good people. Great dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: am very happy with the service your clinic provides. Especially the attention I received from Adriana; she is a kind, attentive, and helpful young woman.

Experiencia negativa: I took my son in for a cleaning. I was told by the hygienist that he would need a deep clean on his teeth that would need to be done another time. I was given a treatment plan showing work that would cost me 2500 dollars after insurance paid there portion. I left to get a second opinion. They also said he would need a deep clean but it is only 200 dollars out of pocket. I don't know what kind of scam this place is running, but I'd think twice about going if I were you.

Experiencia fantástica: After moving to a new area, I was worried about finding a dentist I could trust. A friend recommended this office, and I’m so thankful they did. From booking the appointment to finishing my treatment, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff made me feel like more than just another patient. The dentist was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I walked out not only with a healthier smile but also with complete confidence in my new dental team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service all around. Jared, one of the assistants, was especially helpful—super friendly, professional, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is welcoming and attentive. They really care about their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Jared was amazing and super helpful from start to finish. He made the visit easy and stress-free.

Experiencia fantástica: I never can say good things about a business but I will say this. I recently switched from my old dentist to these guys. They treated us good from the start. We did bump into some issues. The only issue I had is that they did not contact my old dentist prior to getting xrays. A step that could have been prevented. Also the person that looked at my teeth her gloves stunk really bad. I didn't see her change them before she treated me. We had an issue and after speaking with the supervisor. She changed my whole outlook at this dentist office. She deserves a raise. Amy was very professional and listened to my concerns and dealt with me professionally and gave me a solution that was better than I asked for. Honest place to go to. What more can you ask for.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually need nitrous for every appointment because of my anxiety. They didn’t have any this time but Dr ingoglia was so amazing. He helped calm me down and walked me through everything he was doing!! SO AMAZING

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend coming here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and competent and ensures you understand your options. Dr. Joe makes sure you are part of the process, sincerely cares and is very meticulous in his work.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a deep clean that took a couple of hours. They did a great job and made sure I was comfortable for the whole cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a very pleasant experience everyone I dealt with was kind and considerate and very helpful

Experiencia fantástica: My experiences have been great here! I've been back many times, which says something. Front office staff is super helpful. Hygienists are friendly and gentle on my teeth. Dentist is kind and encourages me to take better care of my teeth and gums. I'll keep coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: I am an Invisalign patient at Professional Dental Herriman...the entire staff and Dr. Reid are great...professional, and approachable...friendly and knowledgeable...I also have been a regular dental patient at PD...would recommend Professional Dental for all service!

Experiencia negativa: Have tried giving these guys the benefit of the doubt but they have made every part of my experience as stressful as they possibly can. Have had to change time off requests with work multiple times because they had to reschedule me and my initial visit was hell trying to get them to figure out my insurance. Going to the dentist is already a stressful experience, them not being able to handle this other stuff well in any way makes me wish I’d have chosen to go anywhere else at all. Once I finally get the work I paid for done (if they don’t reschedule me a dozen times again first) I will be happy to never consider this office ever again.

Experiencia positiva: Bad: When we tried to schedule our first visits, we were advised to wait six months because of insurance. Turns out our insurance didn't require that and my daughters cavity became worse because of it. ...on one visit, the dentist was so busy talking about inappropriate things during my filling, he did a poor job and I had to get it fixed a few days later. Another dentist in the office fixed it but it is still not quite fixed. Not so bad: The office manager was VERY helpful and figured out a number of issues bringing our quote down from over 900 to under 200 which I greatly appreciate. I think the insurance had been entered incorrectly so glad it got fixed.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome friendly and professional staff. I got treated with tlc. Thank you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lind and the assistant Tiffany were fantastic and I really appreciate being able to be seen for my broken crown on such short notice.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and informative concerning my dental health. Impressed by attention to detail. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ingoglia has every single quality I look for in a dentist. He and his assistant took such great care of me. They did an AMAZING job with my teeth, I thought I was going to have to have them all extracted. He worked miracles, and they treated me like family! I'm so happy with my teeth and they worked with me financially as well. Annette , and the front office were great. Plus , I do not live here, so flying here to have them do my dentistry was worth every penny! If you're anxious or feel hopeless,, I would highly recommend Dr. Ingoglia and the staff , I can finally feel positive about my teeth again. I can't thank them enough !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Bart and his staff are so fun!! My girls actually ask when they next time they get to have a dentist appointment! So grateful for excellent care!

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved over from the West Jordan location to the Herriman one, by chance, and I'm glad I did. Loved being taken care of by Dr. Durrani. Not only is she knowledgeable and skilled, she also doesn't over chart you with procedures just to squeeze every penny out of you; but only does what is absolutely necessary. I appreciate that in this bad economy!

Experiencia fantástica: Lovely staff! Music is always A +. Great service all around.

Experiencia negativa: I used to love this place, there was an amazing receptionist and they worked hard and provided valuable feedback on my dental care all the while working with my insurance to ensure I saved money, now it is the absolute worst. I don't mind the dentists as most of them seem to actually want to help, or do their job but the other staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming. They make the patient feel as though they are some sort of problem and try to gouge every penny out of you for "non-covered" procedures and extra items. In fact last time, they wouldn't even clean my teeth without some special coded procedure which insurance didn't cover whereas before when I went and hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years due to lack of insurance they did 2 specialized cleanings and a regular one at no cost. Good luck if you choose this place, but I would highly advise against it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been on a long dental health journey with Professional Dental in Herriman spanning over the course of 2.5 years. They have been great. Friendly, flexible, and trustworthy. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service from the moment you enter the clinic, the assistant Laura is phenomenal. Guidance regarding procedures, first-class care.

Experiencia fantástica: Madi and Laura are fantastic. Great teeth cleaning experience! Even with a few cavaties haha

Experiencia fantástica: Great service with the front desk (Laura Castillo), quick and easy payment . Love this place it’s very family friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Laura! She is so help and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: Always have a great experience at this location. The team is always in a good mood and very helpful. Marcus was especially great on my recent visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Madison Kirk at the Herriman location is an exceptional Dental Hygienist . She offers gentle and professional care. Patients feel safe and ease with her, she took time to explain procedures and offered tips on maintaining good oral health. She is patient, knowledgeable and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff at Herriman location. Dental Hygienist, Madi was the best! Madi was very attentive, friendly and efficient, she listened to all my questions patiently and made sure I understood the answers. My teeth was clean and gums didn't hurt or bleed after cleaning Highly recommend Madi for all your cleanings,

Experiencia fantástica: I always have said I hate the dentist, but Madison the hygienist made it so easy and my teeth felt amazing after.

Experiencia fantástica: Madison, the dental hygienist here made me feel no pain during my visit. 12 years ago I had a jaw repair and it still hurts occasionally during dental visits. Madison was very professional and respectful, let me have breaks when needed and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks Madison!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Madi the hygienist! She is so fast and super friendly !

Experiencia fantástica: Very Professional just like the name says. Dr. Ingoglia and the staff are friendly, experienced, and thorough. I highly recommend them. They treat everyone like family.

Experiencia fantástica: Go see Dr. Joe, he’s the best. Can’t stop looking at my improved smile in the mirror!

Experiencia negativa: It was our first time coming in and before we went, we called ahead to make sure they took our insurance. They said yes, and after making sure with our own insurance to find out whether or not this dental office does accept our insurance, we booked an appointment. We went in 10 minutes early, checked in with the front desk, then proceeded to wait. 10 minutes later they come up and ask if we submitted the form yet, and then gave us a form to submit. Another 10 minutes roll by before she comes up and says that they don’t accept our insurance. When we told her that we had already called ahead to make sure and even checked with our insurance, she said that’s not her problem. We were pretty shocked to hear that and then she said we could still take your appointment right now but you would need to pay out of pocket. We left after that. Absolutely wild experience. Do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice and I left feeling well taken care of

Experiencia positiva: Friendly, kind staff. The doctors are always late, even for the first appointment of the day. My appointment was at 9 am, and my doctor didn't even show up to the office until 9:20. So frustrating to be on time, and not shown the same professionalism. It's also very frustrating to only have my orthodontist on site one day each month. Dental appointments are only offered two days a week. As of January 2025, nothing has improved. Orthodontist has overslept and been late to two appointments. He is now 40 minutes late to my current appointment. My appointment was 9:00 am; it's now 9:40 am and just got taken back. It's frustrating to have my time treated so disrespectfully.

Experiencia fantástica: I love my experience with the hygienist, Madi and the front desk staff! I will definitely be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Larsen is very conscientious and listens to any concern. His work is very good. The staff is always friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: The Herriman is staffed by great Doctors and staff! They do a very professional and friendly cares! I really appreciate how all of my options are explained. Dr.Larsen is amazing and I am great full he comes to the Herriman Professional Dental offices!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in as an emergency dentist appointment they all made me feel so good the receptionist ladies were so kind and the dentist didn’t make me feel judged 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist was very friendly to work with. All of the the cleaning staff and front desk staff were friendly and engaging.

Experiencia fantástica: They help you in a timely fashion and the staff is very nice and greet you when you walk through the doors

Experiencia fantástica: As always, the level of care, professionalism and service here are alerting top notch. Love going here for all my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I like being in this place. People are very nice and they provide very good services. They are really professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional Dental in Herriman has been my families regular dental place for a year now, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Tianna and Tiffany at the front desk are exceptional—they make every visit seamless and welcoming. Dr. Sharma, who I believe is our dentist, is truly brilliant. Recently, my 4-year-old needed two small cavity fillings, and Dr. Sharma handled the procedure with incredible patience and kindness. She explained everything in a way that my child could understand, which amazed me and made the process much easier for all of us. I highly recommend Professional Dental, especially Dr. Sharma, for her outstanding care and expertise.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental office from the lady that greeted me at the Dr to the nurses and the wonderful Dentist. I have never had a Dr care so much about me!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was amazing ! I have had such a hard time finding a good dentist, and this is the place ! It was fast and efficient and got my immediate needs were cared for as well as my sons. The front desk is professional and super helpful. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Love the whole office!! They have been amazing for years for me and my kids. They even accommodate my sons service dog and his challenges. I chipped a tooth and they were able to squeeze me in asap the nice morning.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been having work done for a couple months now and have had nothing but a great experience. I can't wait to see the finished product of the work done.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit to this office but staff was super friendly and helpful. Let's hope all the work I need done is just as "fun"!

Experiencia negativa: CROOKS- READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR SCAM with surprisingly similar stories. It's simple, not very many are willing to be sued after being lied to and bent over a barrel for a few hundred bucks. They just pay it! They know this. They also know that very few will ever post negative reviews. Per White House Office of Consumer Affairs 96% of dissatisfied individuals don't complain. Professional Dental PREYS on the POOR who can't afford dental insurance. Signing up for their plan is the first mistake. They agreed to specific services at specific prices before the services were rendered. then bill almost double later. I have proof. Though they have now admited their mistake they care not to do what is just and right. It's not just this location. A similar thing happened to me and another individual in the past at the West Jordan office. I foolishly made the assumption that although frustrating, wasn't intentional. So I came to the Herriman office, and this time, made certain to have PROOF of EVERYTHING. Lo and behold it happened again. DO NOT SUPPORT this group of THIEVES. Professional Dental is a dishonest enterprise with kind smiling faces and nice staff. I suppose that's the worst type of liar there is.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who has feared the dentists my entire life, I absolutely ADORE everyone I have interacted with in this office! For the very first time, I actually felt relaxed during my routine cleaning with Jennifer. She is so gentle that it really did feel like an entirely different cleaning experience than anything I've ever felt. I did also have to go back to have a few cavities filled with Dr. Durrani. Again, a completely different experience to anything I have ever had. She was gentle, relatable and really willing to go above and beyond to do a good job. With my cavities, she actually saw some irregular coloring in existing fillings and decided to investigate by removal. By doing so, she discovered more active cavity underneath my fillings! She spared me 3 root canals just by paying attention to detail and trusting her instincts. So impressive! Last but certainly not least, is the warm smiling face that greets you as soon as you walk in the door! The Office Manager, Annette, is the sweetest soul and is also so willing to go above and beyond to accommodate! She also always has the prettiest eyeshadow!

Experiencia fantástica: It was the best attention, professional people and they make you feel safe, The best of the best

Experiencia positiva: Nice and clean, great environment, friendly staff. I'm concerned about the dentists health.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service all around, from the front desk to hygienists, dentists and everyone in between.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited the Herriman location for both Dental and Orthodontic appointments. Both doctors that assisted me, along with the rest of the staff were excellent. I was in and out quickly with clean teeth and appointments for future visits.

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are amazing! We were in a time crunch. And they were able to fit us in and take care of everything we needed. They have our business for life!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff was very professional and friendly. As someone with dental anxiety, they made me feel at ease. If you need any dental work done or just need a new dentist, look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: The office in Herriman is such an amazing location and we absolutely love the staff in this office. We’ve been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed. Would recommend time and time again.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! They are so personable and really try to fix the problems. I didn’t know I had some tooth issues until they pointed it out and referred me to some orthodontists to help.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is truly professional from the front office, hygientist, doctor and assistants. Love them and will be a patient forever!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in earlier today for my regular orthodontist appointment and it was very nice and efficient as usual. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was really friendly and helpful! Any issues we had were worked over smoothly.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the front desk, so welcoming and kind. If i could work here i so would.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have the best experience at Professional Dental. The staff is so kind, clean my teeth til they sparkle, and make me feel comfortable every appointment. I love coming here, especially the Herriman office.

Experiencia fantástica: They really care for thier patients and want to make sure everything is taken care of Annette, Amy, and Jenny are just absolutely wonderful needing to say Dr Larsen is just the greatest dr that goes though everything with detail

Experiencia fantástica: Professional dental is very professional and awesome staff! They take great care of you. I came in to see the doctor and he was great . Front office was super nice and love my experience over all . I would recommend PD to everyone !! Doctor Nelson was very kind to me and helped me with my tooth pain . I have never been to the dentist before and this was by far the best experience ever .

Experiencia negativa: Oh friends. Don't do it. The staff was ok, the doc was great. The tech took multiple attempts and redirection by at least 2 other staff members to get the correct x-rays. Their communication with each other is lacking horribly. This resulted in false statements about when appointments could be made, and work done. After moving appointments to meet their needs (doc needed out early) clearly stating when I had to leave to pick kids up from school. After waiting 45 min to be seen, I left well after when I needed to. Everyone I told about the time restraint acted as if it was new information. There was an urgent unplanned visit that impacted the timing, yet no communication was given to the change in timing. When trying to schedule follow up work out came to light they are only open 2 days a week. Frustrating info since I specifically asked hours before the first appointment. I was then directed to make an appointment with the OREM location. When I expressed my frustration (no swearing or raising of voice, but definately frustrated!) and what had ordinarily been told to me I was hung up on. I feel for the gal, chances are she's fed up with dealing with fed up people! This is but a snap shot of a handful of moments that made this a sadly pathetic and frustrating experience. If you have a crazy flexible schedule to be seen before 4 on Wed or Thurs this may work for you, as for me I'll be looking elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff, hygienist, and Dr. Larson are always friendly, courteous, and professional in rendering their dental service to me. They're genuinely interested in me as a person and in things I'm doing in my life. It is a wonderful place to go for my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: This was by far my best dental experience ever. Everyone was so kind and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice and I felt super comfortable there. After having a poor experience at the last place I went to I was worried, but this place is amazing. The dentist explained things well and formed a plan with me for better jaw health. Glad to be going back in 6 months!

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from them!!! They will LIE to you, SCAM AND HORRIBLE SERVICES. When I took my mother there, she did not have the insurance, I agreed to buy the office plan if I can cancel it after she got the dental insurance. The receptionist agreed with me, that was Aug 2021. My mom traveled to my home country at Nov 2021 and I called them to cancel the plan. They agreed! My mother came back to state and I got her a Delta Insurance then I took her to the office to do a general cleaning. The receptionist forced me to pay $150 (8 months) to cancel the previous plan or they put it on collection. I’m so frustrated and still pay for that. They told me that cleaning will be free!!! I have to wait 1hr for before my mom get the service!!! And they send a bill to Delta $154 for the cleaning!!! This is a SCAM!!! HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Professional Dental in Herriman were a joy to work with! Kind, caring and friendly! Lauren, Tara and Joanne. I saw Dr Greg Larson, he is so great! He first did an examination, explained the work I needed to have done. I only needed one filling instead of 9. He only performs the work he deems necessary! Great place to go if you're looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a long time patient and have always felt welcomed. The doctor's and staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your visit comfortable. I won't go to any other dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Myers is amazing! He does amazing work and really goes above and beyond to give you the best experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Verry nice and funny staff. I just got a filling and the staff where verry nice and told a lot of jokes . loved it.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is amazing ! Annett is the best manager she’s so friendly and helpful! Raven is the best assistant very sweet and listens well. All around this place is amazing ! Very pretty office, feels safe during Covid and not a very old office so everything is nice and new. So glad I chose this place.

Experiencia fantástica: They are wonderful, particularly Amy and Anette! Such beautiful women and made me feel comfortable and taken care of on kind of a bad day. I was feeling down and ashamed because of all the dental work I was going to need done and they made me feel so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Meyers is amazing!!! The staff at the Herriman location was so very nice to me! I first saw Dr. Meyers at the Riverton location & am now following him to whichever location he is working!

Experiencia fantástica: Very efficiently run office. We have use PD for many years and are happy with the quality of the work, from fillings to crowns to referrals to specialists when needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental office! All of the staff are very kind and helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind and helpful. They even got me in without of an appointment, because of a tooth that was aching.

Experiencia fantástica: Fast and friendly. Would recommend over other dentists in the Eagle Mountain area.
