Doing awesome work and being awesome people whilst they do it.... this combo has been hard to find in a dentist office!!! Super glad my sis referred me to this office!!!

I called Dr. Peterson’s office on Monday morning and was able to get into his office that afternoon. They were able to fix it with a temporary crown and were able to put the permanent one the next week. It looks really nice. Thank you Dr. Peterson and to your staff.

Experiencia negativa: If you want to be talked to condescendingly, have fillings that feel rough in your mouth and root canals that hurt worse then before even after healing? Then this is the place to go! I have actively been fighting infections ever since getting a root canal here and it has destroyed my quality of life and has effected other parts of my health such as hearing and eye sight. Talk about malpractice.

Experiencia negativa: Had a crown done at River Crossing. That tooth with the new crown got infected, and then I had to go back into River Crossing to get a root canal done on that tooth. That new crown with a root canal got infected again a year later. Then another tooth needed a crown, and guess what? It got infected. Went to new dentist because of the two infected crowns (severe pain, wasn’t fun) because River Crossing messed up three times. New dentist told me they found a drill bit inside the root canal from the work done at River Crossing. If you want multiple operations on multiple teeth to go wrong, with a bonus drill bit left behind for fun, River Crossing is the place to go

Experiencia negativa: Awful experience with these guys. Scheduled me a day early from my waiting period and said I was good for my appt. Don’t trust front desk- they make you responsible and do not care even though they said my waiting period is up by a freaking day. They screwed up my tooth so bad that I actually had to get an implant later from there terrible work. This 1 tooth cost me 1200 plus dollars. I’ve never leave a terrible review for people but this one needs to be known

Experiencia negativa: DON'T GO HERE. DR. PETERSON IS WILLING TO LET YOUR TEETH GET WORSE FOR WHAT I CAN ONLY ASSUME IS MORE MONEY. If I could put no stars I would. Hi there, I'm 19 and I have been going to River Crossing Family Dental for about 3 years now. I had braces for all this time until recently. I went for a regular check up on June 25 2024 and was warned that I might need an implant on one of my baby teeth after I get my braces off on August 8th (I was born without 3 adult teeth). Other than that they said everything looks great. On August 15 I went back to check on my baby tooth and a toothache they confirmed that it was time for an implant on the baby. Dr. Peterson then expressed concern over a deep cavity on the nerve in one of my teeth (the toothache one). He told me that I need a root canal. I was confused though because I had seen him less than two months prior. I got a second opinion on a hunch and came to find out that Dr. Peterson would have definitely been able to see the cavity even with braces if I had x-rays done. (I got x-rays both appointments) I point blank asked the two dentists I got second opinions at if it would have been possible to know I had a cavity on June 25. Both were sure that with x-rays you would have definitely been able to tell even with braces. Not only this but there are a couple baby cavities that showed up on my x-ray that Dr. Peterson did not mention at my appointment on August 15. It's been 6 days since then and suddenly I have a couple cavities? I can't help but think he is conning me again and waiting until things get worse before doing his job all for a check. I have a single mom who is a school teacher. I'm a college student. In conversation, he was told these things. Not that this matters but it makes me more upset. This is going to be thousands of dollars for me and my family when you include the implant. Luckily insurance covers some of the root canal. Dr. Peterson omitted the truth or wasn't good enough at his job to see a cavity. That's his job!! This has caused me multiple mental breakdowns and lots of anxiety over not only the cost of an implant (which technically isn't his fault) but for the fact that I was lied to and cheated. I want to always believe in the best in people and I shouldn't have. Needless to say I will be telling everyone I know to never go to River Crossing Dental. He is losing my whole families business.

I went in because of severe abscesses with tooth decay and it was determined that I needed a 24 tooth extraction and immediate dentures as the bone in my jaws were deteriorating, my teeth were falling out and they couldn't save them. It's been a full month today and I have to say, it was the best decision of my life as my abscesses are almost completely gone and I'm eating without pain. I do recommend River Crossing Dental to everyone looking to have their mouth cared for as they are very caring and professional. I trust no one else but the staff at River Crossing Dental. Experiencia fantástica: I got Invisalign for my teeth at age 69. My bite was off so much that I was getting migraines almost everyday. Something had to be done to straighten out my bite. Dr. Peterson suggested Invisalign to help not only with my bite but to straighten my bottom teeth, which I had always wanted. I wore the Invisalign for one year and 4 months. From 4/28/2022 to 8/28/2023. As my teeth moved during that time I noticed the migraines were improving, plus my teeth were getting straight. Yes it is a commitment, but I am so happy with the results! I now have straight teeth and my bite is also in alignment. The migraines are at a minimum. Dr. Peterson and his staff are great! I have been a patient of his since 2013. I would highly recommend River Crossing dental for any dental needs. Over the past 10 years I have had several procedures done by Dr. Peterson as well as my teeth cleaning every 6 months. My Husband, who hadn't been to the dentist in years when we got together in 2015 also goes to River Crossing dental and he is happy with the work that has been done on him by Dr. Peterson. He now goes for all his regular cleanings and check ups.

Experiencia negativa: I’ll start out saying that Cosette, their hygienist, was so sweet and great at her job. This star is for her. HOWEVER- I only came here for a dental emergency when I had severe pain come out of the blue, and they were able to get me in before my regular dentist could- Dr. Peterson checked me out and found nothing in an initial X-ray and sent me off to Cosette; he found nothing a SECOND time when they did a full X-ray and sent me home. A week and a half of excruciating pain later, I came to my regular dentist who found a crack in my tooth. I am SO disappointed in my service at Rivers Crossing. What a waste of my time and money (because you know they also made sure I bought their mouthwash “to help my gums and teeth”)
