Experiencia positiva: I came to this dental office because, unfortunately, the dentist I had been seeing for the past three years no longer accepts my insurance. I scheduled an exam since I stay on top of my yearly checkups and X-rays. I also take my oral hygiene seriously and was getting cleanings every 2–3 months. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very respectful and did a great job, so I appreciate that part of my visit. However I was told I had two cavities, which surprised me since I haven’t had one in over six years and take good care of my teeth. Before getting fillings, I sought a second opinion. The second dentist performed a full set of X-rays and a comprehensive exam and found no cavities. After that, the first doctor from this location called me and recommended that I get a third opinion, so I did. The third dentist also confirmed that I did not have any cavities. Since fillings are irreversible, I’m grateful I sought additional opinions before proceeding. While everyone was kind, the conflicting diagnoses left me questioning the original recommendation. I personally wouldn’t come back, but I understand that every dentist has their own approach to diagnosing, so it ultimately comes down to personal preference and choosing a provider you trust.

Experiencia fantástica: I hate going to the dentist and this was no exception, but at least they were professional and friendly and the dental assistant was gentle with the cleaning and didn't make a fuss about my legs twitching to relieve the tension I was feeling. Everyone answered all of my questions, both my husband and I were seen within seven minutes of our appointment time, and the dentist gave options for ongoing problems that other dentists have not helped with. I don't think I'll ever want to go to the dentist, but this might be the first dentist I'd be willing to go to every six months.

Experiencia negativa: Went here few weeks ago with throbbing tooth. The front desk lady is the nicest. Girls in front are fast and helpful. They scheduled me in next day since I had bad pain, maybe even same day. Barely waited to be seen and had X-rays taken quickly. Only bad thing is doc wanted to pull my teeth and give me implants or partial dentures. If I chose dental implant I would have to wait 3 months for my teeth to heal and estimate was $2000+. Partial denture was absolutely not an option for me. Went to Mexico and they saved my teeth. Got root canals done all for much less and kept my teeth! Dentists office there was tiled top to bottom had glass doors, and they xrayed me while standing up. Took 1 minute. Brand new technology… I wish US docs gave more options than what’s best for their pockets.

Dr. Pirian agreed to see me on a Sunday, and first thing Monday morning we got to work. Since I've started my treatments with Parthenia Dental, my smile appearance has improved 10-fold. Experiencia negativa: By far the most appalling dental experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was horrified at the state of this so-called clinic. The furniture was ripped apart, the front desk was cracked, mismatched, and falling apart, and not a single staff member bothered to acknowledge me. The dentist himself actually saw me standing there, ignored me completely, and looked like he had just come off a weekend bender unshaven, sloppy, and radiating unprofessionalism. When I was finally put in a room, it was pure chaos. Assistants were coming and going, none of them seemed to know why I was there, and I had to beg just to speak to the dentist. When he finally came in, he was not only dismissive but outright hostile. He shoved at my tooth, told me he “doesn’t finish other people’s work,” and then unbelievably said that I was wasting his time because he has “real emergencies” to deal with. The arrogance and cruelty of that statement left me stunned. When I tried to calmly explain my situation, he actually started raising his voice at me scolding me like I was one of his employees, or worse, a child. I had to tell him to lower his tone and stop speaking to me with such disrespect. His behavior was disgusting, aggressive, and completely unacceptable for someone in healthcare. What made it even more heartbreaking was watching how other patients, many of them seniors, were also being mistreated. Staff and dentist alike spoke to them with rudeness, impatience, and outright disdain. It was abusive to witness, let alone experience. On top of the neglect and hostility, the way this office operates reeks of Medicaid fraud and shady practices. There is nothing professional, ethical, or trustworthy about this clinic. This business needs to be reported and investigated immediately by the Department of Health Services and the Dental Board. No patient should ever be subjected to such degrading treatment, especially vulnerable seniors who come here expecting care.

I came into this clinic because I needed my wisdom teeth extracted, I was super nervous and had a lot of anxiety. But the assistants were able help me calm down, they reassured me and were super patient with me. The doctors as well are really nice and really easy to talk to. I highly recommend this clinic. Experiencia negativa: The poorest dental experiences I’ve had. I came to Parthenia Family Dental for an emergency tooth abscess appointment, and I regret wasting my time. The location feels extremely unsafe. The parking lot had gang members hanging around, and I felt uneasy even stepping out of my car. When I arrived early for my appointment, the staff looked confused and had no idea who I was, even after I showed proof of my appointment. The 2 women at the front desk asked who did I schedule my appointment with, and then Diana, a woman in black scrubs I spoke to, was unbelievably unhelpful. Instead of asking any clear questions or trying to solve my issue, she assumed I was there for a basic cleaning. I corrected her that I had an emergency tooth abscess because she kept implying teeth cleaning several times. She claimed their system was down, mumbled something incoherent, and offered no real solution. When I asked about rescheduling, she only gave vague “maybe” answers like “if the system works” or “maybe 8:30 am, but no guarantee.” I tried to be patient and explain my work schedule, but she kept repeating “if” and couldn’t give me a single straight answer. After wasting several minutes with her stumbling explanations and no resolution, I finally said I'm good, I will just go elsewhere. Her sarcastic response? “Perfect.” That was the final straw. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely dismissive of an actual medical emergency. Avoid this place at all costs. If you have a dental emergency or just value your time and safety, find another office that is actually professional, organized, and cares about patients. I do not recommend going here.

He refused to accept he made a terrible job and offered to fix it after many calls but we did not trust him or anyone in that office anymore after that. What a mistake I did believing all dentist were equally qualified. Do your self a favor and find a better smile somewhere else. THEY'RE NOT BBB ACCREDITED.
