Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kashani, is amazing quality work, The fillings that he did for me seven years ago, we were still there.

Experiencia fantástica: Another amazing visit! Dr. Perline did great with my cavities~ Plus the whole office was super courteous about my needs. Mahsa also did my teeth whitening, and it was fascinating getting to watch the work done! And the progress! My teeth are hugely improved from before and she was was a pro at it, very conscious of my comfort and making sure my teeth looked wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Davette has been very patient and knowledgeable. She walked me through every step when it came to financing and even followed up with me the next day to make sure that I understood my financial contract. She even gave me thorough directions on how to get to the office, and stayed on the phone and gave me step by step instructions and even told me when to turn on certain streets. Mary and Angela are always so welcoming and full of smiles. The work has been superb. Jasmine the hygienist did an awesome job on my cleaning today. Staff is great and i’m very satisfied, Mahsa and Dr. Caitlin and staff are truly the best I will recommend them to any and everybody. Music selection is top tier and the office is very clean. This is truly a 5 star office!

Experiencia fantástica: This office is incredible, from A-Z. My experience with them for my dental treatment has been so efficient. The front office, Mary is so sweet in keeping me informed of my appointments, making sure my visits are scheduled and efficient. Davette office manager & the entire back team, with Dr Caitlin have taken care of me explained my treatment and made sure all my questions were answered. All of my questions have been answered and quality of the work is fantastic. Dr Isaac Kashani, thank you for having such a well run practice & an incredible team. Highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is amazing. When you walk in you will be greeted by two wonderful and cheerful people at the desk: Mary and Angela. Nasa, who put the bumps on for my teeth, was kind and gentle. She was eager to answer my questions and assist me during the time I was there. The staff involved with starting my Invisalign journey was very kind and well informed. They are dedicated to serving community and it is reflected well in their pricing; the cheapest place I found was charging $5700 and said my Invisalign would need to last for 2 years. Here at Lasting impressions they charged $3500 (through a special summer savings event) and it will only last 3 months! This place is wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Caitlin is the best surgeon. I got full mouth dental implants and am so happy I chose this office. Dr Caitlin was absolutely amazing during the entire process.

Experiencia fantástica: Mahsa is the best! Gentle, I informed and does excellent work. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi Yall I choose this rating because first impression is very important. When I called to make an appt. they were very "unhumanly" kind ( kindness out of this world). Then when I kept calling lol, the kindness was unchangeable. Then I came in the office, they represented the best servanthood that haven't experienced in a long time ( I speak of both locations) and my daughter felt very at peace as well. Thank you sooooooo much for giving this gift of kindness and service to us. I will be a great steward of it. Have a Blessed And Beautiful Peaceful Prosperous, Productive, Powerful Love and Sound-minded Day ❤️ God Bless Yall ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with Doctor Perline and Mahsa. They were both very informative, excellent service and treatment. I highly recommend Doctor Periine and Mahsa.

Experiencia fantástica: Mahsa is absolutely amazing! She is kind, professional, and truly cares about her patients! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the genuine care they showed throughout my visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care and a friendly, knowledgeable team!

Experiencia fantástica: Mahsa was an outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She explained each step clearly, answered my questions patiently, and worked efficiently alongside the dentist. Her professionalism and caring attitude helped make what could have been a stressful appointment a very positive experience. I truly appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Mahsa is absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was good and done right. Thank you very much!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Mahsa and Dr Kennedy were fantastic. I overall was super comfortable with this office, I would come back and see them again and again. The front desk is so kind and helpful, love this team.

Experiencia fantástica: “I love my Dental office” How often do you hear someone say that? Well, I Can Dr. Kashani, Dr Caitlin, Willie, Mary, and the rest of the team are the Best!! When I walk in, it feels like I’m in an episode of Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Prior to getting my implants, I could never eat Chips, the day after I got them, Chomp Chomp Chomp!!! Before I came here, other Dentist suggested getting implants, after the X-Rays, they all told me I had massive bone loss and it couldn’t be done. My Daughter told me she had the Best Dentist and suggested I come here. After meeting with Dr Kashani and Dr Caitlin, and going thru the process, we got it done. It was a life changing moment. I know people in general are afraid to go to the Dentist. The staff at Lasting Impressions Dental Spa in Encino are the Best. No one Judges you here.

Experiencia fantástica: Had the absolute BEST experience here. For something I was dreading I walked out with many smiles!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After a pretty long and severe illness that left my teeth pretty much destroyed (along with my self esteem and pride…), I was introduced to Dr Caitlyn and we began a year long journey of getting my smile back. Even as I am writing this, I am fully overwhelmed and so grateful for how this has all played out. With grace and compassion, the team at Lasting Dental has made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way- through some intense work that took hours and weeks of recovery- and today, I walked out with a complete smile. I get compliments daily already after the initial process started but today I finished the treatment and to feel like I’m done and can move ahead with confidence in my smile again… no words. Thank you thank you thank you to Dr Caitly and her team for this gift. I am eternally grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: Willy and dr Kaitlyn did AMAZING! I have such a fear of the dentist and they are so sweet and so gentle and make me feel so comfortable every time

Experiencia fantástica: Always an amazing experience..and I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist! Professional, knowledgeable and kindness from every staff. Five plus stars

Experiencia fantástica: Mahsa was super wonderful , she provided me with a wonderful dental experience and included patient education about my dental condition . I would definitely like to return with the level of caring and professional experience for my future dental needs

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience with Mahsa today at lasting impressions. She is very professional and super knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really great experience with Mahsa—she’s an exceptional hygienist. From the start, she was warm, attentive, explained things, and clearly cared about making me comfortable. What stood out most was her light hand, incredibly gentle, which made a big difference, You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Finally. Been delaying my teethcleaning due to stress of moving and I finally made it in. Of course, Farzi is the best in the west The procedure went so smooth. I feel so clean. I can’t thank her enough. I love this office as I’ve been coming here for over 10 years thanks guys. See you soon.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this office. The best service, best staff, and Dr.Caitlin really takes care of her clients. For those who are afraid of the dentist, this place is for you.

Experiencia fantástica: From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team was professional, attentive, and truly skilled. My veneers came out perfect — natural, elegant, and exactly what I wanted. So happy I chose this office.

Experiencia fantástica: From entering the facility to sitting in the chair the experience here is wonderful. Davette so kind! Caitlyn has nothing, but genuine intentions and Ivette has been so helpful and sweet in my invisalign journey we sing to the playlist:). Dr. Kashani gave me burrito to try when Tacos 1986 brought the team food! Easy to trust them if you’re looking for a dentist! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Got my Invisalign done with Lasting Impressions and I’ve had such an amazing experience. Such fast and amazing service, incredibly easy to schedule and even reschedule. Mary and Ashley were so kind and helpful. Helped me get my confidence in my smile. Thank you so much to everyone in the team who’s helped me!

Experiencia fantástica: amazing service and hospitality, Ashley did a wonderful job making sure everything ran smoothly and getting business taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional Dental Office – Best Staff Ever This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The entire team is the most positive and helpful staff I’ve encountered anywhere. From the friendly front desk who made me feel welcome immediately, to the hygienists and assistants who kept checking on my comfort and explained everything clearly, everyone was genuinely caring and upbeat. The dentist was gentle, skilled, and thorough. The office is modern and spotless, and the whole experience felt relaxing instead of stressful. They even followed up the next day to see how I was doing. If you want top-notch care from people who truly enjoy helping patients, this is the place. I’m a customer for life and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you to this amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed an emergency appointment and found this place able to take me in promptly. I was in unbearable pain and not afraid to share! The team quickly and calmly handled the situation and promptly removed the tooth. 10/10 to Dr Caitlin, her bedside manner, and the speed in which she resolved the issue and put me at peace. Also extra points to the desk staff who answered all of my questions about the procedure and beyond. My old dentist is fired. This is the only place I am coming from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with my new dentist! I’m currently doing Invisalign with them, and the whole process has been smooth so far. Willy, who worked on my fillings, was amazing—he also removed some stains and made everything look so much better. He was super easygoing and made me feel really comfortable during the appointment. I also appreciated that they listened to my preferences and changed my retainers when I mentioned I didn’t like having attachments on my front teeth. Overall, a really positive experience and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Love my experience with Farzi! She’s informative and very nice. Keeps me comfortable while being in an uncomfortable situation at the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I went through multiple fillings, root canals and an implant recently. Everyone is friendly here and the team genuine cares about making me feel informed and comfortable and about procedures, treatment timeline and the cost. Dr. Caitlin and her assistant Mahsa showed great professionalism in my recent crown/implant treatment and the procedures are done with efficiency and care. They’ve made the usually agonizing dentist visits a much more pleasant experience. I greatly appreciate everyone that have helped me here!

Experiencia fantástica: I love love love everyone in there, everytime i come in they’re very welcoming and it’s not dull in there at all. I forget names so easily but ,though i’ve had good experiences with everyone in the office, two ppl i find super cool are Dr Caitlin and (excuse me for not getting his name) the guy with the nose rings and supa cute ear piercings

Experiencia negativa: I have been working with Lasting Impression’s customer service team since November for an insurance claim and it is not resolved to date (April 2026). Not only they don’t reply to emails, I’ve had to call over 15 times in the last 6 months to follow up on incorrect bills sent to the insurance, followed by claim denials when I am perfectly eligible. I get plenty of promises but zero resolution and sloppy, slow, and careless follow up. If I don’t call myself it’s radio silence and no updates. It’s really a shame because Dr. Willy, the doctor treating me, is amazing and caring but their administration could use an overhaul, and the level of sloppiness in the accounts department is nerve racking.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff, my hygienist is so well informed and smart! The girls up front are so professional and welcoming! It’s all a breeze. Their waiting room has the good stuff haha! I I trust and love these guys, definitely a match! Update: Yvette was standout today, she’s phenomenal! Who thought I could have relaxed during a root canal?!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Mahsa. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Her friendly attitude made the visit much more pleasant. Highly appreciated! Mery is always so kind and attentive. She greets you with a smile and is incredibly patient when answering questions or helping with appointments. She really makes patients feel welcomed and cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Farzie, the dental hygienist at the Encino office is the best at what she does. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I have seen many dental hygienists in my life but Ms. Farzie has been the one who knows what she is doing and makes me feel very comfortable. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: I hated going to the dentist but Will made my experience incredible and now I get excited to go to the dentist! I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Full sent wisdom tooth extraction - solid Doc. Talked me through every step. Had a quick freak out Doc Caitlin and her staff calmed me down. As a medical student I got to appreciate the experience and expertise of what she offers. Go to her.

Experiencia fantástica: Today the staff performed incredibly well. They did my deep cleaning and fill of two cavities and fixed a chipped tooth

Experiencia fantástica: To say I enjoyed a trip to the dentist is a little crazy but Dr. Caitlin and Yvette were amazing! So kind and explained everything! Office was immaculate and modern. I know I am in great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service! Amazing state of the art equipment. Most definitely recommend to anyone getting Invisalign here.

Experiencia fantástica: MASHA IS AMAZING. SHE TAKES SO MUCH CARE WITH ME WHEN I COME SHE INSPECTS MY PROGRESS CAREFULLY AND ENSURES THAT THE TEETH ARE MOVING IN THE COERECT WAY AND IT IS NECESSARY to sand down the teeth so they are able to move. And she is very kind and lovely person

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to recognize how helpful, pleasant Mahsa is every time I come to dentist appointments she welcomed me with a smile and make my visit fun. Thank you so much

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff here is very professional. From the moment I walk in , Mary greets me with a big smile and has such a warm welcome while checking me in. Mahsa and Dr Caitlin are always so attentive to my needs and have helped me with my crown. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Lasting Impressions Dental Spa yesterday. Mary was extremely kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable during the whole visit. Dr. Caitlin was also excellent—very knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Experiencia fantástica: Very fast and efficient service, everyone is very kind. Hygienist is amazing, Mahsa is very fast and always super nice. Very much recommended

Experiencia fantástica: I always get my cleaning here Farzi is the sweetest and she’s definitely always looking out for her patients. The staff is very friendly as well! Thanks to Ashely and Mary for their help today

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough amazing things about Lasting Impression Dental Spa - they are truly the best! From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel completely at home. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but genuinely caring and attentive. I’ve never experienced such personalized, customized care at a dental office before. A special thank you to Mary, Dr. Praline, and the whole team who always go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their patients. One of the biggest reasons I love coming here is the cleanings. I have super sensitive teeth and gums, and dental cleanings have always been harsh and painful for me in the past. But here, it’s the complete opposite — it honestly feels like 30 minutes of pure relaxation and friendly conversation. They are so gentle and thoughtful with every step. I also finally decided to start Invisalign with them, and it has been an incredible experience. They explained every single step in detail, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and exciting. Everything has been so smooth, fast, and professional, and I truly feel taken care of throughout the entire treatment. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel valued, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, I 100% recommend Lasting Impression Dental Spa. They have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Dr. Kashani for 15 years. He and his team are incredible. They’re always extremely friendly and helpful. Farzi has been my dental hygienist for the last 7-8 years and she’s the best!! Highly recommended!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a beautiful office and Dr. Kashani is the best! His attention to detail, care, and quality of work is the BEST in the Los Angeles area. I also love how they accept PPO insurance!! The office is so beautiful and they have the latest technology. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else but here.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for over a year and the flexible hours has been amazing given that I work 9:00 to 5:00 and sometimes they offer appointments that are even later in the night such as 8pm on Wednesday's. The group is very lively and doesn't shame if you come in with cavities. It's more focused on coming up with a plan.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very happy with my visit to Dr. Caitlin’s office. Dr. Caitlin is not only highly professional but also very kind and caring. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Mahsa was wonderful. She explained everything clearly about what needed to be done and made sure I understood my treatment plan. Her calm and caring attitude really helped me feel comfortable. Thank you both for such a great experience

Experiencia fantástica: Mary and Willie are great and helpful. I got my Invisalign done today and it was a quick and easy process for the first tray. It's a great deal and price and I was able to use my FSA funds to help pay for it. They have financing available too. Great office and clean facility. Parking is validated. Can't wait to see my teeth straighten! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the whole team at Lasting Impressions, everyone is so kind and professional. I get really anxious going to the dentist but everyone has made me feel so comfortable and at ease here. I have gotten multiple fillings done and am now on my Invisalign journey here! A special mention for Willy who has been working with me for each of my appointments- he is always friendly and knowledgeable, always taking time to be patient with my questions and thoroughly explain everything to me. Highly recommend Lasting Impressions!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always been terrified of dentists and only went when I was in severe pain. Caitlin completely changed that experience for me. She is caring, gentle, and extremely professional. She treated my pain, did multiple root canals, and replaced like 12 of my teeth, something I would’ve never thought I would do. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. Specially Denise, she’s a sweetheart. I highly recommend Caitlin and her office to anyone who is scared of going to the dentist — you’ll be in great hands.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience working with Mahsa for my Invisalign treatment. She is very professional, and really knows what she’s doing. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every appointment. You can tell she has a lot of experience and truly cares about doing the job right. I felt confident trusting her with my treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such an awesome experience at Lasting Impressions! Willy was amazing, the dentists were amazing. Very professional. I recommend anyone needing dental work to come! 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience. I was referred by a friend who also had an amazing experience too. I first got a cleaning from Sarah who did an amazing job Before Willie applied my Invisalign. Willie did an amazing job and is very professional and very friendly . He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions And concerns. I can't wait to see my final results in a few months.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here because my old dentist retired and I needed someone new. I wasn’t expecting much, but this place is actually great. The office feels clean and kind of cozy, and everyone there is just straight-up nice. The dentist fixed a small cavity for me and it didn’t hurt at all. He talked to me like a normal person, not in dentist-language. Definitely sticking with them!

Experiencia fantástica: The clinic is very excellent. I am very satisfied with the treatment and the entire staff. They are very professional people and it is fun to come to the clinic all the time.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my second appointment at The Encino Dentist, and I’m officially a fan. The hygienist did an amazing job with my cleaning, probably the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. The dentist took extra time answering all of my random questions and didn’t make me feel silly asking them. I also really appreciate that they tell you what you actually need instead of trying to sell a bunch of extras. It’s refreshing to find a dental office that’s honest and genuinely cares.

Experiencia fantástica: I found The Encino Dentist through a friend who wouldn’t stop talking about how good they are, and now I get it. I came in really nervous because I needed a filling, but the whole experience was surprisingly easy. The dentist kept checking on me, and the assistant was super kind. It was over before I knew it, and I felt zero pain afterwards. The whole office has a very relaxed vibe, and everyone is so friendly it almost feels like visiting family. Highly recommend if you’re anxious about dental work!

Experiencia fantástica: The Encino Dentist is hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve ever visited. Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist, is friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in your care. They explain procedures in a way that’s easy to understand and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I had a couple of fillings done recently, and it was smooth, painless, and efficient. I finally feel like I have a dental home I can trust. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to The Encino Dentist for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional—they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. My last cleaning was thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain everything in detail, including some preventative steps I could take at home. The office itself is clean and modern, and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about your oral health!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for about a year. Normally I am scared of dental visits but after my first trip here my anxiety has gone down significantly and I can thank Dr. Farzi for that! She is incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable enough to ask her any questions or concerns I may have, and trust her genuine advice. Overall, I would recommend Lasting Impressions Encino to anyone who wants a great dental experience!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 the best dental experience I’ve had in Los Angeles! The dentist and hygienists are extremely thorough and smart. I needed an emergency last minute root canal before travel and they found a time immediately. Also - impeccable vibes

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for my Invisalign treatment and had the best experience! Willy was so helpful and funny, he made the whole process super easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything, gave me great tips, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is amazing! Front desk is always very welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Willy for making my visit that much better, he took the time to reassure me with any concerns I had about my Invisalign. He was very knowledgeable and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at Lasting Impressions with Dr. Kashani’s team for 10+ years, and every visit has always been painless, quick, and well‑explained. I had two tooth‑colored composite fillings done by Dr. Caitlin yesterday and the numbing, comfort, and bite adjustment were perfect from start to finish, it was surprisingly quick and easy! The front desk is welcoming, the office is clean and modern, the dental assistants and hygienists are like seasoned veterans in their field and costs are reviewed up front with no pressure. You only get the treatment that’s truly needed, no treatment is ever pushed or forced on you like how I've heard my friends describe their past dentists. Plus something that's rare to find is that they’re respectful of your preferences even if it's to refuse or delay treatment!! They'll support you by explaining the potential risks of delaying a specific treatment until you're ready for it, but will be there for you when you're ready. Not to mention if there's ever a dental emergency, there's always the chance at same-day availability for urgent needs. Highly recommend if you want a trustworthy dentist in LA, I've put my whole family and friends onto them and to this day they still thank me for helping them switch dentists!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dental experience I’ve had in years. From the front desk to the assistants, hygienist, and doctors, they have all been so informative and friendly. They have all been able to accommodate my schedule and at the same time when I’m in the office everyone is so nice and comforting. I got numbed and don’t feel a thing. I have been coming to this office for about a year now with my whole family. Highly recommend this dental office. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could. On top of that they have such a nice view.!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Lasting Impressions! I went in for two fillings and was really impressed with how easy and comfortable the entire visit was. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure was quick, painless, and handled with so much care. The office itself is super clean and modern too, I haven’t felt more proud to represent my dentist! I genuinely felt well taken care of and heard by the dentists there, I was only given the treatment that I absolutely needed to keep my smile healthy!! Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist you can actually enjoy visiting AND TRUST!!!! They will work with you on ANY concerns you have, whether financial, or just general anxiety about your treatment, don’t hesitate just call and schedule an appointment now!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very poor experience with Dr. Kashani. Not only was the appointment rushed, but the dentist seemed completely uninterested in listening to my concerns. I went in for a routine checkup, and it felt like he couldn’t wait to finish To make matters worse, I experienced a lot of pain during the procedure, and Dr. kashani didn't seem to care. When I mentioned it, he acted like it was no big deal. I also felt rushed out of the chair, with no explanation of aftercare or follow-up.

Experiencia fantástica: Last minute emergency appointment and everything was fix. Amazing staff and doctors. Went in and out with no issues. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Simply impressed!!!

Experiencia negativa: I should have read the reviews first. This place is all about money. They dont care about you. I went with a coupon from THEIR site that said free consultation and xrays, then 179 extractions. I was charged anyway and told to pay $200 to hold my appointment to have 2 teeth extracted. Will I was there they only did partial xrays, not full ones. The dentist didn't bother checking all my teeth at all. Didn't even really look at the 2 needing pulled where an absess was until I showed her. There was uncovered and rusted tools on the tray that I know weren't clean, she took the mirror one to tap on a tooth but didn't look at my mouth with dirty tools. I asked to get antibiotics because I had an infection and was told it be the same day as extraction which I was not comfortable with seeing an infection should be curred before the tooth came out. Total carelessness for using dirty rusted tools and not checking my full mouth. Not giving an antibiotic first. Then had the nerve to require a $200 hold amount when the exam and xrays were to be free!! I didn't get any exam from them. I went to a different dentist the next day. They charged $79 and he looked at my full mouth. Did FULL mouth xrays and everything that should have been done. Their tools did not have rust on them and were wrapped in sealed plastic before he put anything near me. Took the time to go over every issue though I only went for the 2 broken teeth AND gave an antibiotic for 10 days to get rid of the infection he said was clearly visible and needed before extraction. This place I went was also over 50% cheaper than this one that has fake advertising, uses dirty tools and scams you. Don't fall for this place scam to get your money. I asked for the so called deposit back and have been ignored. Reading other people's experiences, I see the drs here just gaslite customers and in a true narcissistic way, act like they aren't as money grabbing and careless as they truly are! I will be reporting this to the dental association and FTC. They should have refunded me and honored what they advertised 1. Second they should have clean tools not exposed and rusted ones. The good reviews have to be fake. You always know if bad ones are true by the reaction of the business. All I see is narcissistic gaslighting from this place instead of integrity and accountability.

Experiencia fantástica: Always five star service at Mr. Isaac Kashani‘s dental office. Leslie and Denise were also awesome! Thanks again for my beautiful smile

Experiencia fantástica: Lasting Impressions Dental Spa is amazing! The team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about patients. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. They explain everything clearly and make each visit comfortable and stress free. Mahsa went above and beyond in providing excellent care. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: 5+ Stars. I can’t give enough praise and appreciation to all the staff who have made my experience a fantastic one. Everyone is so professional, with bright smiles and great bedside manner. I’m so happy to be their patient!

Experiencia fantástica: I could never express fully in words how grateful I am to have found this office and Dr. Caitlin Caraballo. I had been extremely damaged by another Encino dentist who destroyed jawbone and punctured my sinus in a failed implant attempt and was losing hope I could be fixed. Dr. Caitlin is best described as a miracle worker and she was my Hail Mary pass when other oral surgeons either wouldn't take my case or couldn't do it. My case is so complex I needed major sinus repair surgery and 2 oral surgeries by Dr. Caitlin to repair the damage. She is not only a completely amazing oral surgeon, but she's also super caring and has the most loving personality. The entire office staff has been wonderful to me as well.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Caitlin is excellent. I never thought a tooth extraction could be so painless, quick, trouble-free and well done.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff are so kind. Everyone introduces themselves and the office is so tidy and clean. All the doctors are patient and try their best to make you feel at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been looking for the right place to start my Invisalign treatment and went to several consultations before finding Lasting impression Dental Spa in Encino. I met a person named Mahsa ,she was so patient, kind, and answered all of my questions and concerns. She even showed me a preview of how my teeth would look before and after the treatment, which helped me feel confident and informed. I also met Dr. Caitlin , she was very nice and explained to me exactly how the treatment works. I trusted them right away and decided to start my treatment the same day! The front desk team was also super friendly and welcoming. I truly recommend this place based on my experience!

Experiencia fantástica: SHOCKING is only one word to describe my first visit. I had already been to the VA emergency, not covered by military dental, I was told to have my tooth pulled asap. That was Friday, Saturday the non stop swelling made the pain shoot through my head. Scrolling for immediate help: soon I was talking to Annie at Lasting Impressions She “triaged” then had the Doctor join the call. Annie worked to send Rx for pain. During this time I discovered she accepted my call after working hours! SURPRISED: it wasn’t just her supportive words, her kindness resonated through the phone Once in the office which was exceptionally clean, modern everyone in sleek black attire, I was greeted by a professional yet friendly receptionist. I wondered how my service dog would be greeted not only was she welcomed everyone took time to show her attention. Even the X-ray tech had an extra protective cover so my dog could sit with me. The doctor, was equally attentive to her and was so gentle as this was my first dental issue in 65years I was given several options for extraction and financing REMARKABLE: Everyone including THE boss was concerned with my situation, or so it seem to me My tooth had cracked to the root; the doctor returned and after a couple injections he gently pulled the tooth out AMAZED: I held tears back not from pain but at the length everyone went to in assisting me (and my dog)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kashani and Dr. Caitlin are genuine people who genuinely care for not only your mouth, but you as a person. I came in unemployed, embarrassed, and afraid for a crown and discovered that my front tooth implant from a previous dentist was failing and needed to be removed. I was devastated but the compassion Dr. Caitlin showed and the comfort I received from the Lasting Impressions team convinced me to invest in myself. Their state-of-the-art equipment and expertise made it all well worth it. You get what you pay for folks… I tried to save money and ended up with a failed implant and an infection that could’ve killed me! I highly recommend Lasting Impressions Dental Spa who have transformed my smile, restored my confidence and quite possibly even saved my life. God is good!

Experiencia fantástica: Underwent a wisdom tooth extraction and dental implant with Dr. Caitlin here and she was amazing! Super informative and her easy going demeanor really helped ease any nerves I had going in. During the procedure her and Karina keeping a conversation made the experience enjoyable which is something I never thought I’d say about any dental appointment. But they truly made it a piece of cake especially since I decided not to be sedated for the procedure. Love this office and staff! Glad to be a new patient here and recommend my friends and family.
