They explained their recommendation and the risks of not getting the orthodontia work, and explained all the pricing options. I signed a contract to do Invisalign with them. We'll see how it goes!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter needed her braces adjusted because they were causing significant discomfort by rubbing against the inside of her cheek. We were about to leave for a two-week trip in just a couple of days, so we only had until Monday to get this resolved. I called the office on Saturday morning—June 21, 2025, around 9 a.m.—and the receptionist, who was the only one there at the time, went above and beyond. She spoke with the staff and doctor and was able to get us in for an emergency appointment right away. Thanks to her efforts, my daughter’s trip wasn’t ruined. I didn’t catch her name, but I’m incredibly grateful and just want to say thank you, and to the stuff/doctor as well.

Experiencia positiva: The staffs are very friendly and they are always patient to answer your questions, doctor also welcome questions and are patient to answer them, but my experience is that you have to be proactive to ask, otherwise you'll be coming and not really know what they'll do with your braces. Agree with some comments that the doctor usually just oversees the whole process or does a final check of what the technicians have done with my braces. My experience with them was quite positive, and the whole dental office are very clean. Make sure to ask all your questions whenever there's one.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a former patient at there former location in Granada Hills and I loved the experience and loved the staff and for that reason I decided to bring my daughter so she can start her treatment to a beautiful smile. Let me tell you the new office location is very nice and clean and very spacious. We were greeted by Louise and she treated us with such professionalism and kindness. We were then taken into the consultation office again very ample and beautiful. My daughter was taken to get x-rays done and pictures taken. She reported to have enjoyed the staff and made remarks on how kind and friendly they were and explained to her the whole process. Again, I want to shout Louise because she made the whole experience as easy and understandable. Even with a new office location the staff and doctors continue to be amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked in expecting one thing and one thing only which was braces to correct my crooked teeth and not only did I get what I want but was met with kindness, caring, compassion, and meticulousness each and every visit. The dynamic duo “Ashleen” (Ashley and Shileen) always took lengthy measures to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Even after a month to a month and a half per visit, I was always greeted with kindness and warmth from “Ashleen” along with Dr. Agopian himself. It’s odd to say; however, it felt as if I were at home whenever I stopped by for my appointment. Not only was the service astounding but the end result of my teeth shocked me! I thought my teeth were unfixable due to how it was protruding from mouth but through a bit of time along with following the directions from Dr. Agopian, my teeth are perfect again! I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. You will be treated with above and beyond respect and care.

Experiencia negativa: I would give a 0 if possible! We moved from out of state and were hunting for orthodontist. Chose them for a few reasons one of them having an emergency service on weekends! We have visited them 3 times in past 15 days for loose brackets that they have placed. We have to call off work and school to get it fixed. He is eating safe and easy food and following the procedures. My husband did ask them the reason of him getting his brackets loose so often they did not even acknowledge it. Every time they fix a poking wire the entire thing comes off. We are stuck with them. You have a choice not to!

Experiencia negativa: My son got his braces from them and within 3 weeks his bracket/wire came off 4 times! It is such an inconvenience since he has to skip his school and I have to take an off from my work apart from the discomfort that my son has to go through. We even pointed this out and still it keeps happening again and again. He had a different orthodontist before and this would not happen this frequently. I called their emergency line and Andy told me to wait till Monday to take an appointment! He couldn’t provide me an email to escalate At this point I’m very frustrated with their services Edit: 10/29/2022 It’s been a year and the wire has come off more than 15 times. Think about all the frustration and pain that we have to go through. A lot of times this has happened because they clipped the wire too short and it comes off. They don’t respond on their emergency number. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
