Experiencia fantástica: I have sensitive teeth. Today my cleaning was pain free. The lady that cleaned them was very attentive to my comfort. I am very grateful.

Experiencia positiva: Fleur is awesome! I always see her! The dentists are super nice and I have built a trust for their guidance in my care. Not happy with the billing aspect of this place though. If your claim is denied, they won’t work with the insurance. They just flat out bill you and you have to talk to your insurance and get them to reprocess your claims. Also, I’m disappointed that they upped their charges. They now want to charge me a very small amount for what my insurance won’t cover out of what they billed the insurance for a standard covered cleaning. The checkout lady lacks compassion and empathy.
