Experiencia positiva: Seriously best dentist in town. Affordable, honest. High-key recommend Update since Dr Rossi isn't there anymore the prices have gone through the roof. I paid 164$ for my last cleaning and now they want 282$. I sent my dad there and they did crowns with the insurance and they calculated wrong the amount insurance would cover and sent a bill months after the service was completed. 500$ extra. I cannot continue to recommend this dentist group unfortunately.

Experiencia negativa: Hands down the worst experience my family has ever experienced visiting a "so called dentist " I should have known not to let my daughter get work done when they completely lied to us and said it's a new law that my wife nor I could be in the room while my 6yr old daughter had her teeth pulled and some other work done!! I was immediately told by other dentist following this horrible visit that not only is it NOT A LAW but we had 2 other dentist said we should have definitely been there with our daughter !! While waiting for her to get out from the procedure, a young assistant came out and explained what was going to be performed and wrote several things down on a crumbled regular piece of paper and then drew a line at the bottom and asked us to sign it, So unprofessional, may as well have been on a napkin, definitely was not an official invoice or contract!! Every single little boy and girl was brought out of the back in a wheelchair, crying and in more pain than any child should ever be in after a tooth pull!! DO NOT KNOW HOW OR EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO LET US BE IN THE ROOM DURING THEIR PROCEDURE!!!! We have been to several other dentist in the past before recently moving to Huffman and never had anything like this nightmare that my daughter unfortunately was put through!!!!! She was so doped up for the next 3 hours coming in and out of sleep and crying because of the pain it was unbelievable!!!! If you value your children's safety DEFINITELY DO NOT LET THESE LYING SCANDALOUS PEOPLE GO ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CHILD!!!!!

The dental work was fast and when getting work done I didn't feel any pain at all. They kept checking on me to make sure I was OK and wasn't in pain and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend people to come to this dental office and if u have any questions they help out alot. The office is even clean and have coffee in waiting room for u while u wait to be seen and doesn't take long to call you to the back. I will be going back to get my work done again. Experiencia fantástica: I am so pleased with my new dentist, Dr Morsi at Huffman Smiles. I am lucky to have found their office after i recently moved to the Huffman area from Houston. Dr. Morsi is awesome, as is all his staff as well. They are capable, courteous , and show the upmost concern for their patients. I highly recommend their office. What a great asset they are to the Huffman community!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and dentist were so kind. I was worked in the day before for my appointment due to needing service right away. The whole experience was very rewarding and comfortable. They do keep the office very cold and they even gave me a blanket.

Experiencia negativa: They messed up my mother's teeth by aggressively over preparing her teeth for veneers. Her veneers continue to fall out in spite of multiple remediation attempts. She had to go to a compident dentist for corrective restoration. She is currently pursuing a legal suit for restoration costs as they refused to acknowledge wrong doing. Avoid this place if you are getting serous teeth work done!!!

Lavonna, the dental hygienist, was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped in explaining what was the procedure would entail and assuring I was comfortable And most important was Dr Morsi. He also explained in detail what he would be doing. He took extra care to make sure it was as painless as possible for me. What I really impressed with Dr Morsi is that he called me the next day after the tooth extraction to see if it I was having any problem with the tooth. And then when he finished up with the crown, he was very professional and skillful. Going to a dentist is never an enjoyable event, but I have to say this time at Huffman Smiles was very painless.

Experiencia negativa: The filling I received from Dr. Rossi has impacted my life ever since the procedure. I had never had cavities before and was told one was found, so I agreed to have it treated the same day. I experienced pain immediately and notified the office, but was told it was normal sensitivity and would subside. Unfortunately, it did not. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the issue checked, but my appointment was canceled and rescheduled three times. Each time, I had already notified my employer to remain compliant, which became increasingly difficult due to the repeated cancellations. When I was finally seen, it was by a dentist filling in for Dr. Rossi. My concerns and pain were not taken seriously. A sensitivity gel was applied, and I was sent home, but the pain continued. I have not returned since. I later learned that Dr. Rossi is no longer with the practice. During my initial visit, he was very rough, which added to the negative experience. I want to note that the front desk and staff were kind and professional. However, this review reflects the dental care I received, which was disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: I left a dentist of many years in the Woodlands because I heard from friends about the wonderful experiences they had; however, my experience was quite different. They do not deliver what they promise even after I had paid in full for the partials. After many visits with poor lab results I finally said no more. Four of the visits were for no reason. The office failed to notify me that my partials were not ready. I sent a letter to the office manager who never responded to my request. Very unprofessional. I will give credit to the other staff members who were constantly apologizing.

Experiencia negativa: EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I have to wait OVER an hour and a half this time ALMOST THREE HOURS WAITING…. WITH AN APPOINTMENT! People even walk in after me and are seen before me. It’s also hard personally to schedule an appoint because I have to get a sitter… (they get stuck with the wait too.) I really am not sure why it takes this long AGAIN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Ridiculous. I’m done with this place and I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it unless you have 3 or 4 hours to kill at a dentist office… not sure why they didn’t just reschedule me instead of having me wait 2 hours to be seen and then ANOTHER HOUR later telling me they can’t do what I scheduled the appointment for so nothing was done.. but even a cleaning!! Just a big waste of time.

I haven’t been to a dentist in probably over 6-7 years and was worried that they’d find a million problems wrong with my teeth. I’ll admit I don’t really take too much care of my teeth so I figured whatever I was going to be told would make sense and I’d admit defeat. Thankfully, to my surprise, it wasn’t that bad. It felt like the results were honest and truthful. People always say dentists are the mechanics of the medical industry, but not this place. So for anyone thinking of coming here, look no further and book your appointment ASAP! Also the highest of praises to Luis who was taking care of me today. He saved me so much money with my procedure which in this economy is a god sent. He’s a gentleman and a scholar, thank you Luis!

Experiencia negativa: They call to reschedule.Appointments all the time and on your appointment date, they ask you to come in earlier and then still make you wait. I was told it was going to be a $1000 for deep cleaning and after reaching out to a few other dentists, this price is outrageous! I already stopped taking my kids to this dentist, and I will no longer be using them either.

We love him and his work! Why do u want to mess up a good thing. That is poor business ship. U should want the best for your office not the worst. Bring him back and leave well enough alone!!!!! I was nervous about getting the work done but they put me completely at ease and explained every step of the process and all of my options.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for a check up and cleaning. Went in with no pain or real issues. Told that I need $2500 worth of work for cavities and two crowns. They wanted to wait for the cleaning until after the work was done. I say ok. I come in for my appointment for the work. Doctor was nearly an hour late (traffic issues which is fine). Proceedure is supposed to take a couple of hours. Took 4 hours. There was one dentist working on multiple people at once. Was given shots to numb. By the time the doctor started the work numbing had worn off dentistry started drilling. This happened twice. Done with the procedure but the two temporary crowns didn't fit correctly but dentist said that's fine just make sure to rinse really well after eating and the permenant would fit perfectly and would be in in about a week. Dealt with a week of pain in every tooth that was touched. At appointment now for permenant crowns. Told "we'll thats very unusual". I have had a lot of work done on the teeth which he is aware of. Would not suggest this facility to anyone. In response to your response. Every single tooth worked on still hurts. Only dentist in my life where I have had this issue. Your response is a joke honestly. I truly believe that you are simply out for money which is fine but at least do a good job. Dr. Patel (i believe that was his name) literally laughed when I told him I was in pain. I would rather shoot myself in the right nut than have any dental proceedure done at this facility. Honest to God joke of an establishment.

Experiencia negativa: Confirmed my appointment via text (as their own text to me asked me to do). Received an appointment reminder 2 hours before our appointment time. No reason to think that they didn’t know we were coming. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time and the office was closed. When I called the number they said that our appointment was never confirmed, even though I had done so via their own system. We skipped a nap time to attend. I am very frustrated.

Experiencia negativa: Showed up, and they were late, got exam and xrays, told me I had to get a deep cleaning, charging me $709 with ins, bridge was going to cost me $2600, had same bridge last year only cost me $1400. Walked out, contacted insurance, I didnt have to get a deep cleaning, and they were overcharging for bridge per insurance company. Will not recommend stay away from huffman smiles. New dentist advised companies will say you need deep cleaning just to charge you.
