Dr Banga is very good at keeping my old dental work going such as regluing crowns and improving the support so that I do not have to get a replacement until it is actually necessary. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Of course, I have a broken, infected molar. EVERYONE, from the Receptionist to the Assistant all the way to Dr Banga....were kind, compassionate and NON-JUDGMENTAL. They eased my fears, treated my pain and helped me with my uncontrollable shaking & tears. I will be returning as well as my Husband & Son will be transferring to her as well! Oh, they got me in within 2 HOURS of my call due to the severity of my infection! I couldn't have found a better Dental Office! If you are fearful, PLEASE call them!

I was still experiencing a dull, lingering pain, especially when eating or drinking, along with a headache on the same side as the tooth. Dr. Banga went above and beyond to help me. She examined the tooth thoroughly, performing several tests, including a sensitivity test. When she suspected it might be a root canal issue, she quickly referred me to an endodontist. She didn’t just hand me a referral, she completed all the paperwork and personally called multiple endodontist offices to get me an appointment the same day. Thanks to her dedication, I had my root canal done yesterday. Today, I feel great and am already back to work. A big heartfelt THANK YOU to Dr. Banga and her wonderful office staff for their exceptional care.

First of all, the receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. And once I was taken to the back, Dorothy, one of the dental technicians, offered water, a blanket, and something to hold onto if I needed. So sweet and thoughtful! And of course, I have to give Dr. Banga her flowers. She is really an expert through and through. Throughout the whole procedure, she worked with such attentiveness and made sure that I was in no pain whatsoever! I’m a huge scaredy cat normally, but this was such a warm and caring experience that I really have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff is caring and very thoughtful. Changed my mind about going here. The office staff is terrible and really incompetent. If you don't mind getting billed a year after the service, with no notice, "oh we missed something" is their explanation. The turnover during the last 3 years is probably the root of the issue, but no excuse. I will not return.

Experiencia negativa: I came in to replace a filling. Doctor Banga drilled way too excessively into my teeth and was the most pain I've experienced in a dentists chair. 2 weeks later the sensitivity hasn't gone away and biting down even on a soft noodle sends paralyzing pain down my body. I called to inquire about this pain and procedure, didnt get a callback and got sent pain meds and antibiotics without any explanation. I called back again to be told the Dr will be on vacation and I should go see an endodontist for a route canal. It's like they just took me in to make a quick buck, and am not their problem anymore.

For my first appointment I got x-rays and an exam done, and Dr.Banga was amazing. She was so sweet and listened to everything I had to say. I asked a million questions and she was able to answer all of them. My second appointment I got a root canal done. I was super nervous and she made me feel so comfortable and eased my fears. I’ve always had trouble getting numb with dentists in the past, but I was super numb this time! I couldn’t feel a thing! The ladies at the front are nice. And a special shoutout to the dental assistant, Billie Jo, she was so kind, supportive and relatable. So far I’ve had great experiences and am no longer scared of the dentist!

They did a wonderful job with fixing my teeth in a manner that was comfortable for me. They are kind, caring, efficient, and professional. I am glad I found this office and am glad to be a patient. While I don’t think I will ever be excited to go to the dentist, as long as this office operates as it does, I certainly don’t mind going. Wish them much success with the practice.

Experiencia negativa: The big takeaway here: I am terrified of dental work, and if you are, too, do not go to Dr. Banga! She will make your worst nightmare a reality. So, at my consultation, Dr. Banga promised that she would be able to accommodate my 2 biggest needs: 1. I didn't want to be awake/aware when the teeth were being removed; and 2. I didn't want to see any blood, and absolutely not the teeth, afterwards. I thought that these were simple requests, and Dr. Banga acknowledged my fears and requests and gave me an extremely false sense of confidence in what was going to happen. She also didn't explain ANYTHING. I thought maybe that was her way of not freaking me out, but now I see that it was just laziness on her part, as well as pushing her wishes and disregarding that of the patient. She also didn't give me an option for how I would be sedated, she just told me what would be best, and I trusted her because she promised that she would meet those 2 big needs. At my appointment, it started off with a HUGE and completely avoidable miscommunication and inconvenience with the medication for the procedure. Not a great start. I should have spoken up about my discomfort in the fact that the person assisting with the procedure didn't even know how to take or write down my blood pressure (not a very professional look), unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to speak up, as Dr. Banga didn't even make an appearance until about 5 minutes before she ripped my teeth out, and I was in such a panic over the medication miscommunication (which she didn't bother to come out and clear up herself) that I wasn't thinking clearly. During the procedure, which I was completely awake and aware for, which was absolutely horrifying to me, Dr. Banga told me to "shhh" and that "that doesn't hurt," while HER pliers were in MY mouth. I was making involuntary panicked groans, and she told me to shush. I was CLEARLY panicking, and she belittled that. She was cruel to me. I had my eyes closed, of course, and was crying, and she said "you can open your eyes now! Look!" And showed me the teeth, which of course were covered in blood (the exact thing she promised I wouldn't have to experience, and she rubbed it in my face!). I was HORRIFIED!!! I felt like she was taunting me! She then left the room and I didn't see her again. The aftercare instructions were inadequately explained, and I spent probably two and a half hours after the procedure bleeding. It was, hands down, one of the worst experiences of my life, and I wouldn't wish it on ANYONE. I later found out that the drug I was given (instead of Nitrous, which would have been the obvious choice for someone with my level of anxiety and my 2 biggest needs that she promised she would accommodate) is akin to what they give women during childbirth so that they forget the pain, and that's left me wondering if she treated me so cruelly because she didn't think I would remember it. Unfortunately for her, I do. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOURSELF!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I cracked a tooth on a Friday evening.I called my dentist and several others hoping to at least be seen on the following Monday. I called Dr. Banga and she was willing to work me in on Monday afternoon. She was able to do the repair and even had me come back the following day to make sure all was well! Her staff was excellent! Dr. Banga will now be my dentist!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m babysitting for my grandchildren, 7 and 4, while my son and his wife are out of town, and decided that while i was here, I would take the grandkids for their dental checkups, x-rays, and cleanings. I began calling dentists in this area, and there was no availability; one dentist couldn't see them until the end of February! I called Dr. Banga’s office, and wasn't nearly as confident that this office would be any different. Boy was I impressed! The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and gave me an appt for both children, four days later, on Monday, 8/26/24! We arrived at the office and the two women in the front office greeted me and the children so energetically. In no time at all, there was one of the children already sitting in the chair! X-rays were done by a state of the art machine, and the radiographer explained it to the them. Dr. Banga came out and immediately introduced herself to us, and she spoke to the children as if they were much older, and each opened up weren't afraid to ask questions. Dr. Bonga continued involving the children while checking their teeth. Afterwards each child was given a toothbrush kit and they were invited to choose a toy each from a large box. Thank you for such a positive experience!
