Experiencia fantástica: I genuinely cannot recommend Westerville Parkway Dental highly enough. This is, without question, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in earlier this week for a routine cleaning, and during the appointment they noticed that I also needed a filling. Rather than having me schedule another appointment and come back another day, they were able to accommodate me and take care of everything right then and there. I really appreciated the flexibility and how easy they made the entire process. But what stands out most is the people. From the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave, the service is truly second to none. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive. You can tell that they care about their patients, and just as importantly, you feel completely confident that you’re in the hands of people who know exactly what they’re doing. It’s rare to find a place where the experience is this consistently excellent from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a dentist or any kind of dental care, look no further. I’ve honestly never had a dental experience that comes close to Westerville Parkway Dental. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. They’ve absolutely earned my trust and my highest recommendation! Can I give them an extra star? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The doc was genuinely patient and thorough. No one wants to come to the dentists anymore than they have to, so if you have to go somewhere, come here.

Experiencia fantástica: Called Chris in the morning regarding my son's painful wisdom tooth and she thoroughly explained their process. She was able to get him in at 1:30 pm and they were able to extract the tooth on the same day. Amazing experience all the way around.

They truly care about you and treat you like family, all while taking gentle good care of your teeth. Everyone was great and good at their jobs. I am very appreciative to Dr Aras, this is his practice now and he is doing a wonderful job. 2023 Everyone was so very kind. The office staff were extremely helpful in getting me right in. Betty and Dr Brownson were just terrific with me. Dr Brownson takes the time to explain your treatment plan possibilities. I am so glad that I was referred to this dental office. 06/10/2026 Everyone here is so kind and pleasant. Dr Mohammed is very nice and professional. They make you feel like family. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is AWESOME. Bear with me here this is gonna be a long review I have a LOT to say! I embarrassingly have not been to the dentist in almost 10 years due to insurance issues and fear of the dentist and my teeth are not in great shape. This year I finally got insurance, so I could get my teeth fixed so shopped around for a dentist. I made a post in a group on facebook and a dental hygienist for this office commented and was SO kind in her response so I decided to give this office a try. And I am so glad I did. My appointment was this morning and I walked in so nervous I was shaking. The receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) was SOOOO kind. She was all smiles and bubbly and the vibe in the office immediately lightened up for me. Allison did my x-rays and she was AWESOME. She cracked jokes with me and reassured me that my teeth were not as bad as my brain was scaring me into thinking they were. She made me feel so comfortable I almost forgot I was at the dentist, and as someone who is so afraid of the dentist that is a big thing. She made sure I knew everything I was doing and made sure I was ok and comfortable while doing the bite x-rays and let me know everything she was doing and why. When it came time for my exam Dr. Alodat was very kind. He made sure I understood everything I needed done and didn’t make it seem like the dental work I needed done was the end of the world. He was very gentle and made sure I was in as minimal pain as possible. I have some very sore teeth so when he used the metal pick on one of my painful teeth and I reacted he stepped back and apologized and made sure I was ok before he continued. He is awesome. He explained what I needed and what my tooth journey would look like. And when I was all done Allison came back with my paperwork and explained every cost that would and would not be covered by my insurance and timelines. Dr Alodat even gave me a toothbrush, recommended toothpaste and floss when I asked for toothpaste recommendations. These people are serious about what they do and make sure that they keep you comfortable while doing it. I have found my forever dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely love Westerville Parkway Dental and have been with this practice for over 10 years, when it was previously owned by a different dentist. Dr. A is great and really thorough, but the best people in the practice are Betty, the receptionist, and Catrina, our Dental Hygienist. They know our whole family, do everything they can to relieve my anxiety about work that needs to get done, and are just so amazing. We drive well over 20 minutes to get here and have no intention of leaving.

I also had scheduled to have a crown removed to replace an old metal filling that had finallly served its usefulness. Dr Alodot observed infection and bone loss and a tooth that had degraded to the point that extraction made the most sense and get a bridge. He carefully and compassionately explained my options. I felt like he was giving me the same advice he would give his Father. I appreciate him and his staff and have a very easy recovery.

I came to Westerville Park Dental for the 1st time today to get my teeth cleaned and knowing that I have super sensitive teeth, the hygienist Catrina, was super gentle, friendly, and took her time and kept asking me if I was ok during the cleaning process. She made me feel very calm. The office manager, Christine, was exceptionally friendly knowledgeable in her field. She discussed a plan for me if I chose to proceed that was very easy and affordable. The front office receptionists were very sweet as well. The Dentist, Dr. Mohamed Alodat, was very kind and explained everything in simple terms. I actually look forward to returning to back to do some other dental work. I would say-give this practice a try and you will be very pleased with the outcome. They make you feel like family. ps: oh and my teeth are super squeaky clean!!

Anahi up front was extremely helpful explaining Financing and all the different options and very compassionate to the situation. I dont know where the absolute employee gold mine they found is, but im jealous! Experiencia fantástica: Westerville Parkway Dental was such a blessing to me!! I Had an infected wisdom tooth that needed to be removed immediately. After a terrible experience with comfort dental. I called Westerville Parkway Dental and The lovely amazing receptionist was understanding and empathetic to me being in so much pain and was able to get me in the same day 2 hours later! As soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere is amazing everyone is welcoming and so kind! Because it was a emergency appointment I had my 4 year old daughter with me and while I was getting my procedure done the receptionists and other staff took the time to play with her and kept her happy and content. They didn’t have to go above and beyond but they did and I am forever grateful for that. My daughter didn’t want to leave lol. Doctor A was very professional, kind and empathetic and so was his assistant. They both did amazing helping me stay calm and made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time! I am so grateful for my experience and meeting all the wonderful staff. They have no idea how they turned my day around. I have found my new primary dental office!! Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience here with Dr.Alodat, Robin, Betty and Catrina the hygienist. They were all very amazing and were patient with me especially with how bad my teeth were. They took the time to explain what I can do to improve my hygiene and how to set goals.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience here is always amazing and informative. Catrina is amazing!! She is very professional and is always talking procedures out step by step as she’s doing them. She not only helps by exposing things throughly but she also educates to help you keep your teeth as healthy as possible. The rest of the staff is very help and so nice!! 10/10 would recommend!
