Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best dental office I’ve been to. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They never pressure you into expensive, unnecessary procedures—they actually put patient care first. Highly, highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Comfort Dental. From the start, I felt like the dentist didn’t care about the pain I was describing in my one tooth. His typical response was, “Well, nothing is showing on the X-rays,” which felt completely dismissive. The last time I brought up the pain in that same tooth, he literally just walked away. The cleanings were no better. I was usually in and out within three to five minutes, definitely felt like I was getting the bare minimum. I unfortunately been at two of the Comfort Dental locations in the Columbus Pike/Dublin area, and both were disappointing. Unfortunately, this is what my insurance could cover but I honestly regret going. I strongly recommend avoiding Comfort Dental in Ohio altogether. They’re far from professional or helpful!

Experiencia positiva: So, I recently moved and switched my dental clinic as a result. Comfort Dental Delaware Ohio, has really come through in picking up from where I left off. Dr. Riggs immediately took care of business, doing a lot of work on my teeth on my very 1st visit to this clinic. Something that usually took 2 visits at my previous dental clinic, he did in 1 visit. He also issued the necessary referrals that I needed, and gave me good dental health advice which I found very helpful. Amber was also very nice and helpful, taking her time to explain to me, and answer my questions regarding the product I was trying to purchase. The dental hygienist Lisa, I think is her name, was not very friendly. She was very “cold”, which would’ve been fine if that was her only issue, but also passively rude. A lot of people focus on verbal communication, failing to understand that non verbal communication like your body language actually accounts for about 80-90% of communication. In addition, < 5 mins to clean, polish and floss my teeth after the dentist took his time to do a great job, doing his own part in over 30 min? I read another review on here, where the individual mentioned that the hygienist took 5 mins to clean her daughter’s teeth… I can say now from personal experience that it is an accurate statement. I’ll even bet money that we are referring to the same hygienist… Word of advice, if Lisa is your hygienist, request someone else…

Experiencia negativa: Had a tooth pulled, they were great with the numbing and the extraction went smoothly. BUT unfortunately I had a 5mm sinus perforation. That was an unfortunate thing, to my knowledge it was because the root of my tooth had grown up into my sinus and when it was pulled it ripped he membrane. (This is the other dentist's theory) I called to tell them within 2 hours that I was having air moving through the hole where the tooth had been. I was brushed off and told to watch for the basic signs of infection. The air stopped just being a feeling and I started HEARING it whistle through the opening. So I went back to the office... The doctor wouldn't come out or see me, he relayed messages through the receptionist. The guy that assisted him happened to walk in as I was talking to them and just told me to bite down on gauze. When I explained that I wasn't bleeding but BREATHING THROUGH MY GUMS, he just shrugged. I was given Gauze and sent on my way. I went to a 2nd dentist to get it plugged and now have to see an oral surgeon. I understand the actual perforation probably couldn't have been avoided but the treatment after was horrendous.

Experiencia negativa: The woman dentist with dark skin & braids has no business touching anyone. She made my mouth bleed so bad by cutting my lip stuff her tool & then by cutting my actual gums. So much blood she kept putting a solution on it, then telling me to spit bc it wasn't working. She ended up called over another higher up dentist who could finally stop it. She had an attitude with me bc i was concerned & then when i told her i couldn't close my mouth all the way bc the filling was sticking up so much. She messed up my filling so bad it had to be redone at a different office bc she didn't even seal it correctly. The receptionist messes up appointment dates and will tell you your appointment time is "at like 10" when it's actually at 9:45 and I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for the text confirmation. She had also said that I didn't have appointments scheduled when I did.. It has stressed me out a lot trying to figure out when I was supposed to go in. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH OR TEETH.

Experiencia fantástica: My nightmare before Christmas began on the evening of December 22nd when I was eating and my crown tooth that holds my partial in place fell out. This was a nightmare for sure knowing that my girlfriend and I were having our first Christmas together and would soon be spending Christmas Eve with her whole family undoubtedly taking pictures and enjoying the festivities. I knew that I would be calling around in the morning scrambling to figure out who could fix it and how much it would cost with my not having insurance but knew I had to find a way. I woke with hope in my heart when I opened my Facebook and saw an ad about all Comfort dental locations nationwide doing free dental care from 7:30 am until noon. With hope in my heart and tears in my eyes I got dressed and headed to the closet location which was about a 10 minute drive putting me there just after 11. On my way I decided to call the location to ask if they could possibly help save our Christmas and was told that their hours were only until 11 even if I were willing to pay for their service. Still hoping against hope I continued to the office and arrived at 11:03 to find a locked door. I decided in that moment that me seeing that ad earlier was no coincidence and continued on to the Delaware Oh location even though it was about 25 miles away. The moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness from each and every member of the office. They happily took me in and completed not one but two services free of charge within about 20 minutes. I just wanted to commend the staff at Comfort dental Delaware for helping make not only my smile but my Christmas merry and bright! Well done Comfort dental. You truly are amazing.

Experiencia negativa: A hygienist dude with a greasy pony tail mansplained me how to use Google as a search engine. Are you kidding me?!

Experiencia negativa: As soon as I walked in, I knew what I was getting myself into—the office was noticeably dirty. I came in to have cavities filled, but after finally being taken back to a chair, I sat there for 55 minutes with no explanation. The hygienist had no idea why I was there, even after looking at my X-rays. While I was waiting, one of the hygienists in the back was loudly belching, and the staff around her were laughing about it. It was unprofessional and honestly made me really uncomfortable. The dentist was still taking their time before seeing me, so I excused myself and left before they could begin any dental work. I did not feel safe or confident being treated here.

Experiencia negativa: "I had a very disappointing experience. My initial diagnosis was incorrect—they told me my tooth pain was unrelated to the filling that came out, but that was wrong. On my recent visit, I waited for 30 minutes only to be told that I had maxed out my out-of-pocket limit for the year and would need to pay for the treatment myself. This information should have been communicated before the appointment, which would have saved me time and frustration. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I would not recommend this clinic to others."

Experiencia fantástica: I was very nervous going in considering it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist. The dental assistant and dentist explained everything to me. The entire staff was so nice. I highly recommend.

I actually drove 1.5 hours to come here because I moved and only want to be seen here. The facility was clean and the staff was very on top of sanitizing everything they used. I will definitely continue to come here. I wish I would have got the name of the dentist that fixed my filling today. She was so kind and did such an amazing job. I hope the next time I come, I see her again.

The dentist I saw seemed to be in a hurry and wasn't very relational, but other then that, you get what you pay for, and the price was reasonable.

Experiencia negativa: I will begin with the positive. Everyone was very nice. That’s basically where the positive stops. I did not get very “clean” vibes. Even the guest chair I sat on in the exam room had some weird looking stains on it. The dental assistant came into the area to take the tools and sanitary equipment out of the sterile bags but did not use gloves to do so. She literally used her bare hands to touch the mouth piece for the spit sucker. How is that sanitary? The hygienist (I guess that’s what she was) literally spent 5 min cleaning my daughter’s teeth. I don’t know about you guys, but my dentist (which she cannot use because her father’s insurance only covers HMO) spends almost our full hour cleaning, polishing, flossing…all the things. How clean could her teeth possible be after about 5 minutes? The dentist was nice enough, but I wasn’t overly impressed. When he spoke, he mainly did so to my daughter (which is fine, considering she’s 17, but she is still a minor and I am responsible for all things “health”, so I would’ve appreciated a bit more involvement). Unfortunately, our first visit did not impress me or make me feel very confident, and for the aforementioned reasons, we will not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: I went in to replace fillings and ended up with 2 infected teeth that resulted in 2 root canals. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They speak to you so nicely and seem like they are there for you but don’t care other than getting more out of you

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment was scheduled for 11:30. I was seated in my dental chair at 11:20. 10 minutes EARLY. As usual Dr. Riggs, and Joyce made me, the customer, feel comfortable without having any anxiety. Which I normally do have high amounts of anxiety concerning dentists. I live in Pataskala and drive to northern Delaware County to see this great staff.

When I arrived the tall lady with brown hair was extremely snobby towards me saying I didn’t have an appointment to which I showed her I called them the month before and talked to them she even confirmed it was their number but still wouldn’t get me seen because whoever took the call didn’t finish scheduling the appointment in the system and she even told me that was a long time to wait on an appointment. I don’t just randomly drive 45 minutes one way in the freaking morning just to come say hi to yall. Needless to say this has happened to me multiple times and I will not be going back. I will be finding a new dentist.

As busy as he is, actually listened to all my concerns(I’m a hypochondriac perfectionist to put it into perspective) and somehow remembered ALL of them and addressed them all… I can’t even remember peoples names.. above and beyond honestly. Experiencia fantástica: Today I was seen for a cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction referral. They were all so gentle and caring! The lady I initially spoke to, who scheduled me, was so thorough. They needed to take imprints of my teeth, but because I was so afraid to gag, they allowed me to do multiple x-ray views instead. The girl doing my x-rays was also super personable and kind! The dentist, Dr Halverson, was so gentle. He went over everything with me in simple detail. When I was getting my teeth cleaned, if I was in any discomfort, he diverted immediately, assuring me he did not want me to have any discomfort. The lady who brushed and flossed my teeth, even buffed the discoloration on my composite that I’ve been irritated with for years! I could’ve taken a nap, it was that comforting! The entire staff gets 10 stars. Thank you for making this appointment reflect your namesake, comfort. ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: This specific Comfort Dental has been amazing to me! The front desk woman named Maddie was fantastic then Bikram was the one who preformed my root canal done fantastic. I am a super anxiety filled person when it comes to the dentist and he eased the nervousness. He made sure I didn’t feel any pain durning the whole procedure. The man who was suctioning was hilarious, he went above and beyond to make me laugh and helped make the experience enjoyable. The lady who filled in after the root canal was talkative and nice, plus all the other staff members who joined into the conversations was great. All around an amazing experience and I am very thankful for the group of people who cared for me today. No worries for my next appointment! I’m actually excited to get this finished I can not thank this team enough for changing my perspective on going to the dentist.

Experiencia positiva: I was in lots of tooth pain today . Dr. Beckman was able to handle two extractions that I was previously told by another dentist that I would have to see an oral surgeon . Dr.Beckman was able to successfully remove the 2 teeth. In addition to that I was able to get my impressions done for a partial and get my teeth cleaned ! Dr. Beckman is gentle and very knowledgeable ! Highly recommend ! All the staff were wonderful and helpful too!

The things that my last dentist kept pushing me to do they said everything looked okay. I couldn't understand why my old dentist kept saying things were wrong when I didn't feel like they were. Experiencia negativa: It's nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone. I didn't like the assbley line service with zero privacy. My appointment was over a month ago and I still have pain and discomfort from an extraction. Not a good experience for a first time visit.

We’ve been coming to this office for at least 8 1/2 years and my family loves it here. I could go to an office closer to me but they are way worth the drive there. My children feel safe and they trust their doctor. No horror stories here! Try them out you won’t be disappointed.

I actually left there understanding exactly what needs to be done and not in a state of confusion for the lack of communication skills and caring about their patience. I'll be back in three weeks to get some extra care work done. Now I'm happy This is two weeks later and I'm trying to book and extraction with Dr. Fauk and they say they don't have my X-rays and comfort dental phone staff swears they do. I already have anxiety about dentist and now this matter of going back and forth and being lied to by someone and the staff at comfort dental I'm very unpleased.
