As a long-term patient of this facility (thru previous owners), I was impressed with Dr. Pino upon my initial visit, and felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. What stood out most was her compassion and professionalism. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made thoughtful decisions about my care. Instead of rushing into treatment, she prioritized my safety by partially treating the issue and prescribing the appropriate medication beforehand to ensure the best possible outcome. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. The entire staff is exceptional. Everyone, from the front desk to the clinical team are kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. They explained each step of the process in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. Experiencia negativa: I’m giving this a one star review because both of my sons appointments were canceled and we were not notified until we called the date of the appointment which is the day before Thanksgiving And I was told by the receptionist that they were closing at 2 o’clock when months ago their appointment was made for 3 o’clock today 11/26 and the receptionist told me that I was the one who canceled the appointment when this is the first time I’m calling to confirm their appointment. This leaves a very bad sour taste in my mouth and I will never come here again. Beware of this dentist because they will cancel appointments on you without even notifying you

Experiencia positiva: They called many times prior to my appointment & failed to tell me that I needed X-rays. I have no insurance at the moment, I missed a test to make the appointment ONLY to be told I have to have X-rays in order to have services! Had that been mentioned prior to the actual appointment, I would have rescheduled the appointment until I have the funds. What a waste. Mind you, the person who told the receptionist this, isn't even the person who works on my teeth. As you can see...my appointment card only says cleaning. They should have added X-rays and notified me that I would be denied if I did not get them, PRIOR to the appointment.♀️

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best dental experience we had with our son! We took our 6 year old to 2 different dentists, not one of them were able to do a full dental exam. Melissa W. greeted us in the waiting room, shortly after arriving and checking in. Melissa made it her top priority to comfort our son and engage with him during the whole process. She talked to him, made him laugh, and explained each step so he was prepared. She was able to clean his teeth with no tears or gagging.The dentist, Erika, came in and was so caring and made our son just as comfortable. Of coirse he loved getting a special prize i. The once he was done. We highly recommend this office and Melissa.

Walked in with a swollen face and major tooth pain. 2 days later tooth is taking care of and I'm doing great after an extraction. I'm deathly afraid of needles, and may have acted like a 50 yr old big baby, but let me tell you Dr. Erika has very gentle hands. And special thanks to Beth for giving me 2 stress balls or teeth to squeeze why they tended to my needs. Thought I was going to rip the arms off the chair. Needless to say, Spartan dental has a new patient.

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment with Dr. Pino was to crown my tooth after a root canal. Clearly explained treatment options and then proceeded to prepare my tooth for the temporary crown. I’ll return in two weeks for the final crown. Amazed that time was taken to match the color of the temporary crown to my teeth while explaining the final crown will better match the color.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently needed 2 crowns along with the prep/temp crown while the perm crown was being made. Dr Pino and her Dental Asst Beth were both excellent and explained the procedures well. Also took the time to explain the process and what could possibly develop with one tooth. The dental work I had done was so careful done, with no pain and they took time to carefully explain the procedure. The technology they have is amazing, I am still amazed after seeing a photo perfect 3D rendering of my teeth that later became a crown.
