Experiencia negativa: I had a visit in 6 month, when I made an appointment, I expected exam by doctor and cleaning, but it was only an exam. I wish I was informed it takes separate appointment for an exam and a cleaning. It is not convenient take time off from work and traveling downtown to the clinic. I need to take another time off from work for cleaning. Maybe after you expand and have services in 2 separate parts is not convenient at all.

She’s so kind, patient, and really takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The whole clinic is great too! Experiencia positiva: Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist and I truly appreciate the quality of care she provides. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and makes me feel confident about my dental care. The dental assistants and clinical staff are also kind and helpful, which makes the appointments themselves a positive experience. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has consistently been very unpleasant. The receptionists often sound annoyed when answering the phone, as though taking calls is an inconvenience. In person, check-in can feel equally uncomfortable. They rarely look up from the computer or acknowledge patients in a welcoming way. For many people, going to the dentist is already stressful, and the front desk interactions tend to make that stress worse rather than better. It’s frustrating because the clinical care here is genuinely five-star. If the front desk experience matched the level of professionalism and kindness shown by Dr. Kim and the rest of the staff, this would easily be a five-star office.

Experiencia positiva: Had to leave this review after a couple of really frustrating attempts to communicate with their office. I have been a patient since my original dentist sold their practice. I have no issue with the dental care, but the office is ridiculously dependent on tech to do things that actually would be better done without it. Example 1: You check in for your appointment, and you're handed a tablet to fill out all of your intake information. You sit there painstakingly tapping your contact info, your health history, and your insurance info when it would be 10x faster just to write it or even type it in via keyboard. Example 2: I follow the automated email link to reschedule an appointment, and noone calls me back, which leads to: Example 3: I call them during business hours, an AI "assistant" answers the call, and after several prompts I'm asked to identify individual dates for when I can come back in. Seriously? Are we going to go through an entire month of dates/times until the bot identifies a match? Again, this would take under a minute with a phone call to an actual person, or an online self-scheduling system. I'm seriously considering going to another practice.

Experiencia positiva: My cleaning with Berta was excellent I arrived and was told that my appointment was with a hygienist different from the one I had scheduled with. When I questioned this, I was informed my hygienist had retired. I was told that as she had retired, I was not informed of the change. It felt dismissive not to be informed that my appointment was changed without the curtesy of being informed before I arrived for the appointment.

Experiencia positiva: To be clear, the three stars are only due to the fact that the owners prefer automation over real people for phone calls I find the staff they are fabulous and I have no complaints what so ever However, when I need to call the office, I do not have the time to be given prompts to get to the next prompt to get to the next prompt. I want to speak with a live human being. It will take half the time- I do not want an automated computerized system

I’ve been going there for years now and never had an issue. Parking is provided around the back, which is very convenient for the location.

Experiencia negativa: The hygienist I had was lovely, the dentist I saw, Dr. Konicov, had the most awful bedside manner I’ve ever seen. I don’t often write reviews, but he was genuinely awful. He was condescending, rude, and was incredibly and unreasonably rough with my teeth. He wasn’t paying attention while poking around in my mouth; not even looking while he had his instruments in my mouth, he roughly jabbed an exposed nerve I had with a fractured tooth. I left the office crying my eyes out and he could not have possibly cared less. If you go there, I recommend not seeing him unless you like being talked down to and want someone haphazardly rummaging through your mouth like they’re looking for their car keys.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a second opinion and told them I've exhausted my 2 covered exams because I have been going to my current dentist at least once a month and since last October, yet my tooth still hurts. This means I had to pay out of pocket. Unfortunately I didnt have the best experience here. I felt unheard and rushed. The provider said he was too busy and that he looked at a bunch of other teeth already to exam another area of pain. He applied something called a desensitizer on my teeth but I left with even more pain for some reason. I was then offered a referral to an oral surgeon and periodontics. Their choice of periodontics office didnt pick up their phone for many days and when they finally did, they scheduled me just to cancel less than 24 hours for a "provider schedule conflict" . Eating feels like a torture. Just a small grain falling into a certain area unexpectedly will cause pain to shoot through my mouth. I'm exhausted and frustrated. In all honedty, I've lost hope and am starting to join in on those who states they hate and fear dentist visits. I wish I had more kinder things to say, they seemed nice.

But the secretary put me on a cancelation list and called me almost daily with appointments until she had one that fit my schedule. Every person I've interacted with at the practice has been very friendly and helpful.

The sutures on the second pair of extractions(teeth were broken below gum line) are quite painful but were well done and necessary to keep my mouth from deforming more than it already has from the multiple broken teeth. Very professional dentist and exceptionally competent dental hygienists working with him. Been back for 8 more teeth removals. Excellent dentist.

They also outsource their phone calls now so when you call an answering service picks up.....so cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming for regular patients. It would be nice to reach the office directly.
