I was very nervous about the procedure because I have had a bad experience at another practice in the past but Dr Boustani and his assistant Elle were attentive and made sure I was comfortable through the procedure. They even checked up on me today to make sure I was doing okay.

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my second Connective tissue graft with Dr. Boustani. He is fast. From beginning to end the procedure was no longer than an hour! I felt nothing. With a few painless injections, he made sure I was 100% comfortable. After the anesthesia wore off, I was already taking Motrin. I never felt any pain! I am healing wonderfully, and my new gums look gorgeous. I travel from Cape Cod to Providence Periodontics and will continue to do so. Dr. Boustani’s work is second to none. His staff is caring, considerate, and bends over backwards to make the process, smooth and efficient. I am so grateful

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Boustani removed a bicuspid for me yesterday and placed an implant and tissue graft (taken from my palate). It’s 24 hours later and I’m already off pain medication. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Doctor Boustani is a master at what he does. (He also made time pass quickly with his entertaining sense of humor.) If you need an implant or other periodontal surgery, Gabriel Boustani is your guy!

Experiencia fantástica: I did the ZOOM in-office whitening at Dr. Boustani's office. “I’m extremely prone to tooth sensitivity, to the point where I usually can’t use any traditional whitening products. Because of that, I was honestly hesitant going into Zoom whitening. Alex took extra care by using specific pre-treatment gel barriers to protect my teeth, and it made all the difference — zero sensitivity before, during, or after. The process was amazing with absolutely no drawbacks, and my teeth are easily at least 3 shades whiter. I couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend Alex enough!”

The friendly, professional environment makes you feel welcomed and safe. My 2 hour procedure went extremely well. Based on prior experience I have had with similar procedures they had not gone well and left me in pain. Dr Bustani did this difficult job quickly leaving me with little to no pain and no swelling. I have had a horrible experience visiting periodontist in the past, my visit today at Dr. Shapiro's dental clinic quickly put an end to that. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shapiro’s office is one of the few offices that I don’t mind going to, out of the many specialists that I see on a regular basis. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming, and the appointments always seem to run on time. They function like a well oiled machine. Dr. Shapiro is incredibly friendly, thorough, and gentle. This is particularly important to me, since I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, and one rough appointment is enough to land me in bed for days. After my first visit, my anxiety over this went away, when I saw how gentle and they were, compared with offices that I have been to in the past. In some respects, it’s like taking a step back in time; the friendly, kind faces, concise appointments, phone calls are returned promptly, etc. All of the things that are missing from 90% of medical and dental offices today. The only difference is that the office is modern and beautifully decorated. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Shapiro and her staff, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a periodontist.

During my gum grafting procedure she would check in with me before every step to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. My aftercare details were presented very clearly and written down for me. Even when I forgot something and called for more information, someone was more than happy to answer my question. The team made a very uncomfortable procedure seem manageable.

Experiencia fantástica: My first contact was the teleohine call I made to the office, I spoke with Kenia, receptionist, she was accommodating in getting me my first appointment for a cleaning. She was savvy and gave me the impressiin to come on in ---we want to serbe you as our patient. Second contact was Donna, knowledgeable with what my dental plan covered! Thirdly, Tammy, dental hygenist, who provided me with exactly what the procedure would entail a good cleaning right down to the last tooth. Lastly, I meet Dr. Shapiro and assist Tina for a through examine which made me feel like precious cargo that will be given the best care. This is 1/2 of the great team...I've meet. Experiencia fantástica: Extremely caring staff and Dr Shapiro is the best! Wonderful bedside manner and her work is impeccable. The office staff is also great at contacting patients for appointment reminders and very friendly upon greeting patients at the office.
