Experiencia fantástica: I love the stuff except for Emily. She is very rude. She never smiles. Honestly she just gave me bad vibes but the best rest of the crew. It’s awesome. They know me for years and they treat me very nice.

Experiencia negativa: Parking is not safe. Update 8/27/26 scheduling is very terrible. 1st call 10mins .I called and got automated service. Waited pressed all proper buttons. Then receptionist finally answered and sped through " Brightnow dental ,please hold" . 8 minutes later nothing. In between i was online because the automated call says the fastest way to schedule online(2 weeks later and i have not got a call)2nd call 15 mins waited, finally got a human that didnt try to put me on hold. forever to get service is unacceptable and a deal breaker.

Experiencia fantástica: Feeling incredibly thankful for Dr. Ben as well as the awesome tech Romy and Emily at the front desk! Literally every single person in this practice is so kind. I had let a few dental issues get a bit out of hand after my life long dentist retired. They were able to squeeze me in on a super busy day to help with a dental emergency, and now that all of my issues have been dealt with, I couldn’t be happier. I even had a tooth extracted yesterday and I am hardly in any pain at all today. That’s wild! Additionally, because of that extraction, I wouldn’t be able to use the usual tools I use to manage my chronic illness. Dr. Ben was super knowledgeable and helped me come up with some solutions that would help without hurting the new hole in my mouth. They were also able to work out a payment plan with me that actually made all of my dental work possible. I’ll definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: First time visit went very well. Hygienist was a nice man who was personable and very professional. Thorough X-rays were taken and the ultrasonic cleaning was great albeit a little pricey ($130 out of pocket). Next visit, I’ll opt for the manual cleaning ($0 out of pocket) since I don’t normally have a lot of tartar buildup. I recommended this office to my daughter and she’s already made an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: 3/12/2026 New patient appt to see the Orthodontist at 8:00 AM then the Dentist at 9:00 AM. Stanton, CA location opened at 8:00 AM. Stanton, CA location does not warrant a single star. To be able to post I had to select one star. When signing in I asked the receptionist, no name tag on, "is the Orthodontist in"? She replied no not yet. I asked her, what do you mean not yet? She replied, "it is a she and not until about 8:30". I then asked her, "what do you mean about 8:30? You scheduled me for 8:00". She replied to me, we didn't schedule you the call center did. The receptionist replied rather condescending and rude, she goes on to tell me that the Orthodontist lives far away. I replied, "not my problem she lives far away you scheduled me for 8:00". (I feel that by simply asking her questions, she got defensive and somehow feel I was challenging her.) Very unprofessional, the receptionist then tells me in her tone to calm down that I was being rude and basically if I didn't like it to go elsewhere. Really. I then replied to her, "you are being disrespectful and rude, you have no idea what it took for me to make this appointment. I want to speak to your Manager". She replied, "she isn't in yet". She is ONLY a receptionist. She represents your Brand. You allow her to speak to your patients that way? Just automatically dismiss people? Loss of business? Very unprofessional, I was appalled. I seen her on her cell. She then walked outside to the parking lot. She met with a women I felt was the Manager. Minutes later I heard from clear across the room, "did you need to speak to me"? I looked over at her and said, "if you are speaking to me, yes. Very unprofessional. I seen her move her head shoulder to shoulder when I said to her, I need privacy. She motioned me over. We went into the filing office with door open. The receptionist right outside. I proceeded to cordially introduce myself, shook her hand and I thought I heard her say her name is Martha, the Manager. I then discussed with Martha my view of how her receptionist mistreated me. Martha asked me if I filled out the forms. I told her no, the receptionist took them from me when she basically told me to go elsewhere. Martha then started to say, " I want to be real with you, if you don't like... I interrupted her to say, don't finish that sentence. Martha walked out to get the forms and handed them to me. She told me she was going to go talk to the Doctor. I went and sat down. While filling out the forms, Martha standing in front of me stated she spoke with the Doctor and it is best I go elsewhere. Martha had every intention to also dismiss me. I felt the Doctor should have spoken with me. The office is ordinary. I am used to a more sophisticated office that has talented professionals that respect their patients. Never have I been so mistreated. I was spoken to from a receptionist, no name tag, that in my opinion, all dressed in black street clothes, pants that dragged long enough they were tattered/torn rather ghetto, she has no respect. Does Corporate seriously stand behind condoning associates being tardy at the expense of your patients? My opinion, not professional or ethical. I walked out extremely disgusted. I spent time trying to find a phone number to contact Corporate. All the phone numbers listed in Google direct you to Call Centers. I ended up reaching an Oregon Manager that was very nice and she assisted me. This Brand/Company does NOT want to hear, via a phone call,from anyone to include their own Managers. My expectation from Corporate is to have the Stanton, CA associates apologize as well as Corporate. I am asking that you Corporate look into the personality you hired as the receptionist.

Experiencia negativa: I asked about the services to be done to my son, and asked about the paper to be signed. They called rude just beacuse i asked. The manager is the person that was super rude. I have the right to ask about services. The person who was going to do the cleaning was the only person that could explaine me and he was very kind and patience. Rude manager, dont call me rude just because i quiestioned. The receptionist can have a better attitude.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a rather pleasant experience, as far as dental appointments go, that is. The dr listened to me and seems to actually want to help me to get the dental issues that I am having resolved. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Had appt set up, went in, and was told I was entitled for only one cleaning a year (Delta Dental) and would have to come back in July. Called Delta, they said I get two cleanings a year. Went back to Bright Now to make new appt, they said the system was down; no appts, can't verify my Delta card. Said they'd call me when system restored. Heard nothing yet. Totally wasted my time because of wrong information.

Experiencia negativa: I was a member of Stanton location disappointed a few times once I took off for an appointment and it was canceled without my knowledge second I arrived early for an appointment and another person was called before me after just walking through the door I inquired and was told it was a mistake and will be a while before I’d be called I immediately cancelled my appointment and later I called to cancel any further appointments and the person kinda had an attitude saying that’s fine and hung up. The vibe I was receiving was not inviting and will be finding a location worthy of my coverage.

I also had some relatives start braces here as well with Dr. Chen she is a very sweet person and we're happy with the results we have been seeing so far. I would definitely recommend this place to many people.

They have a very caring staff and did everything to make me more comfortable during X-rays, which I hate. Dr. Ben was knowledgeable and kind. Overall, my visit was efficient and high quality. The dentist was able to quickly diagnose my immediate problem, plus help with an issue that would have become a problem in the future. Not the best customer service. Not going back. Sad to say I saw great reviews but I wasn't gonna wait almost 2 hours to be seen. And I only found that out cause I asked.

Experiencia positiva: It was an overall okay experience. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment time to complete new patient paperwork. After 30 minutes past our appointment time I had to ask when my son would be seen. No reason was given to me for the delay. It took another 10 minutes to be seen. Jessie was kind but I don’t like the 40 minute delay with no explanation. The Dentist was kind. Hopefully this isn’t their normal wait time for a scheduled appointment.

Is the usual wait time not to bad compared to other places. Last place I went to was there more than 2hrs just for exrays, had to make an appointment for cavity fill, had to make another appointment for cleaning, and another for my deep cleaning . What a waste of time back and forth. Here I like that they do fast services and don't need to keep coming back for to many appointments. Love their staff and Doctors, it was great seeing familiar faces still there. So glad to be back and don't mind the long drive out here. Thanks BRIGHT NOW DENTAL for the great experience.

Experiencia negativa: Came in here yesterday for wisdom teeth extraction. The oral surgeon performing the surgery had the most UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. He was very annoyed by me asking questions. I recommend anyone and everyone to NOT come here. Worst experience at any dentistry. Service starts from the people working the front desk to whoever attends the patients. How hard is it to deliver genuine service? (It's because of those that walk through the door that they have a job) **Update**: I received a follow-up from a person working in a higher up position in Bright now dental who apologized for the situation that occured between me and the oral surgeon. In the end it's really about maintaining a sense of professionalism in any work setting. As a patient one comes in nervous as it is when visiting a dentistry and a bad experience from a employee really makes the experience that much worse. An occurrence like this shouldn't even happen in the first place.

I just left his office not only is a good at the work he does but knows how to explain what's the process as we go along. I 100% will refer anyone that ask me for a dentist to him. Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for several years but just have to say that I love love love Dr. Ben. I recently had to get several crowns and some fillings done and Dr. Ben did such an amazing job and was super professional and knowledgable. Also his assistant Romi was extemely patiient and gentle with me even though I had to come back a couple times to get my temp crown cemented back in due to my own carelessness. Finally the office staff was very sweet and the manager was super professional and really helped me to figure out my payment options which as you know is the most painful part ;). I am exteremly grateful to the entire team!

Experiencia negativa: First visit. Tried to charge me 400, gave me a discount 10 seconds later for 300. And settled for 150 when I said that’s all I’d pay. 2nd visit. Numbed me, didn’t use enough. Added more. & began too soon. I was amazingly numb AFTER the procedure was already done. During not so much. And I showed signs of pain in which the “doctor” chose to ignore, & proceeded to extract the tooth. All bright now’s in my experience will try to charge you triple & act like they’re giving you major discounts. Find another place to go. Even the one in Anaheim does this.

Experiencia fantástica: I am known for my smile, but have had so many problems with dental/gum health. I am always so scared of the word dentist. My anxiety kicks in the moment I walk in. I have had a small yellowed surface cavity at my gumline on my front tooth for...years. I have not had it fixed because I was so concerned about having the filling being more visible than the cavity was as was the case for my other front tooth that I had done as a teenager. Dr. Ben heard my concern, and fixed it from the back rather than the front to not change the aesthetic of my smile. In fact, it made my smile even brighter and I'm loving my smile again. In the last year, Dr Ben has pulled 2 teeth, including a wisdom tooth, performed a bone graft and filled many cavities, all of which with no pain and I walked out happier than I walked in. My family has had over a dozen dentists, and the kids have been traumatized by experiences before. We've now been patients here since 2016. By far, my dentist of choice for me and my 4 kids, as well as several other family members. Highly recommend.
