Experiencia fantástica: Went for extreme tooth pain cause from a cracked tooth. Was able to get right in, get the tooth extracted and within 35 minutes I was headed home. Had dental work done other places and was in pain for over a week after the procedure along with having to back to get MORE OF THE TOOTH THAT WAS NOT GOTTEN THE FIRST GO AROUND. It’s been 2 days and it is healing as it should and the pain is very minimal. Needless to say they will be the only ones that do ANY of my dental work from here on out.

But from the time I entered the door and encountered the receptionist to the exit review, I was made to feel welcome. The dental hygienist was professional, caring and kind. She explained the procedures prior to gently performing them. She also answered all my questions in an understandable manner. The dentist was also thorough in his exam and offered options for future work that I need to have performed. And most of this care can be performed in this same location, limiting the need to go to another outside provider. I highly recommend this dental practice.

This is the only dentist that won’t try to get you to do anything unnecessary, will guide you to the proper folks to handle root canals and or periodontal work. That is what sold me on Remmers Dental. Will continue to have them handle my dental needs for many years to come.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an emergency dental situation when my implant came off eating a carmel. I called at 8am the next morning and was able to choose 10 am. The work completed and was on my way home by 11. All staff were very friendly and helpful explaining next steps and investigating insurance coverage. Always a good experience at Remmers. (They didn't even scold me for eating the carmel.)

The fact that they had me fill out an extensive medical form ahead of time on line (and were patient when I called repeatedly to tell them the same information over the phone!) most certainly must have been read carefully by the team. Because, when I talked to my son afterward he had this to say: "I was very nervous at the beginning of my appointment but then I started to relax and by the end it was all ok.". Experiencia negativa: I was a new patient at Remmers Dental, and the environment, staff, and services were great. Unfortunately, it looks like the paperwork I submitted over a week ago wasn’t fully reviewed and was "approved" without a second thought. During my service, while instruments were still in my mouth, the receptionist informed me that my insurance was out of network and I would have to pay out of pocket. I didn’t react because it felt like there was nothing I could do at that point, and I ended up paying out of pocket. While I acknowledge that I could have prevented this on my end, I don't understand why I wasn't informed beforehand that my insurance was out of network. Especially since it was over a week that my insurance card was uploaded into their system. Being told in the middle of my teeth cleaning, with my mouth still open, was particularly frustrating. It's unfortunate because everything seemed to be going well, but in the end, I felt like they saw me as an easy opportunity to make money, prioritizing their interests over mine.

All the staff work to make me as comfortable as possible. Getting dental work at Remmers is so much better than anywhere I have been before. I am so glad I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Remmers was very interested in the problems I have experienced and was very straight and forth coming about what would work for me and what not work for me in regards to dental implants. He was very sympathetic and assured me some of the problems I have experienced would not.happen at his practice. I was very relieved and happy when I left his office compared to anxious and emotional upon arrival. I am so glad they wanted me to come on in for my visit even after hearing the bad news regarding financing worries from the night before. Oh, and did I say that Remmers pricing for procedures was so much lower than what I have been quoted from other consultations trying to fix all the problems. The staff was great, so detail oriented and asked about insurance which was not even mentioned by any other practice. Before I left, they had my dental insurance information and possible payments. I recommend Remmers Dental practice for all dental procedures needed.

Sandy was my hygienist, she examined, took X-ray’s, cleaned and documented which set me up for Dr. Remmers. He was great and offered different options from which we agreed upon a treatment plan. The office suites were lovely, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming. I found my new Dental Care Family and highly recommend this Practice.

Dr. Brown was quick to identify the source of the pain and did an adjustment on her dentures which seemed to eliminate the pain. Her assistant, Kimberly was SUPER with mom and made her feel comfortable for the entire visit which is not always easy. Hats off to the both of them!!!
