Experiencia fantástica: I started this journey with my surgery on May 7th, 2025. I completed it today. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Harmon, Lori and all the staff are so kind and professional. I haven’t really smiled for years cause I hated my teeth. Today I realized I will have to learn how cause I love my smile now. Does it hurt? Well yes, but not for more than a day or two. I’m sure everyone is different and the number of teeth pulled will be different. But don’t let fear stop you from doing this for yourself. After first day Tylenol was enough. Do what they tell you and stick with soft foods. When you are allowed use your waterpik. The difference in the final teeth and the temporary ones are like night and day. I chose this process because I couldn’t bring myself to go without any teeth for 4+ months. Most people never even noticed they weren’t my own teeth and these were the throw away sets. If you are on the fence do yourself a favor and check them out. I only wish I had done it sooner. They're awesome and thorough...My dentist is Dr. Claire Burrows...outstanding dentist and a special personality...This is the most punctual professional practice I have ever seen. A 9A appointment is 9A being seated in a dental examination chair and most everything is done inside 30 minutes or less. They are on time. Being born a day after water was invented I've had the occasion to see many different dental practices. This is the best I've seen. Excellence from top to bottom. I trust them and I am totally comfortable at Harmon. I highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Really unhappy with this place at the moment because they’re usually great but recently they’ve been slacking. I had to reschedule my appointment from July 16 to August 22. I could not get a hold of them over the phone for weeks so I decided to physically walk in their store however, my work hours are much different than their operating hours so I had to go in on my off day to reschedule. Talked to the front desk lady to reschedule. I go in on August 22 at my 8 AM appointment and she says that I canceled it. I never canceled it so now I have to take additional time off work to reschedule not ok.

I had a particularly challenging mouth and other doctors didn’t think implants would be possible for me. Due to health issues and harsh medications, I had no teeth. I lived in isolation. Enter Dr. Harmon. He was honest in admitting the surgery would be long and arduous, but he could do it. He said he could complete 2-3 implant surgeries in the time it would take mine. His team treated me like family as I laid nervously in the chair. That was six weeks ago and my life has changed dramatically already; I can’t wait to see what my future holds. Dr. Harmon not only gave me hope with these lovely temporary teeth, but more importantly, he changed my life—and there’s no price on that. Stay tuned for a permanent teeth photo!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had several experiences with dentists offices in the past and I now have some serious fear and anxiety of facing my dental issues because of the pain and errors made by others and I'm embarrassed by my situation. I went to see Dr Harmon and his implant center staff and I could not have been made to feel at ease and more comfortable than they made me feel. They took all the time I needed to get my concerns answered and prices explained and all the options to get this done in a timely manner. I have yet to make my decision on what I'm going to do but I'm certainly going to have Dr Harmon and his staff do my surgery and placement of my new teeth. I can't imagine having teeth in which I'm happy with and proud to smile with going forward. Maybe just maybe I'll be able to go eat and drink in a restaurant with friends again. Not only is she an absolute expert in her field, she is also kind and compassionate to her patients. I have been a patient of hers for nearly 25 years and no one has made me feel more at ease. Her calm demeanor and expertise has gotten my daughters and I through every dental mishap in our lives and she always bends over backwards to accommodate us. I really could not recommend someone more. There is truly nothing she can’t do! She has never done anything but a perfect job! My husband recently got diagnosed with cancer & the office knew this & I had to go to the dentist for grinding from stress related to this & I ended up owing $100 to them. They called me multiple, multiple times & then turned me over to collections which called me all hours of the day &night…..multiple, multiple, multiple times….all for $100. Well they lost our whole families business! Don’t recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the only place I will recommend for implants. I ended up having to have all on 6 and had absolutely no problems. From the moment I woke up after surgery, I could immediately see the potential after healing. Every single aspect was explained in detail and the office was always just a phone call away during the entire process. I live an hour away and the drive is absolutely worth having a dentist that for the first time in my life, I'm completely at ease with. I had a childhood trauma dealing with a dentist and caused a lifelong crippling phobia of dentists, but from the moment my shadow darkened their door, I was at ease. I cannot sing their praises enough, I'm so grateful that a friend recommended them to me, definitely changed my life.

When I arrived they did put me back on schedule and were very thorough. Dr Harmon took time to come meet me and explain process. This was after his assistant completed the work up. I will continue to go there for all my dental services as they are extremely friendly, efficient, professional, and genuinely care for your individual needs. Dr. Harmon takes great pride in his work and his practice and uses top notch equipment and hires the greatest people! You will not be disappointed with their care and yes you will have to schedule out a long time to get an appointment unless you get lucky, but it is worth the wait so don’t miss your appointment or you will regret it and have to reschedule and wait all over again.
