Now each subsequent appt will not be met with fear or anxiety due to the great first impression she left. Also did an outstanding job educating us on proper dental care for a toddler.

Experiencia negativa: Office mistreats our child and locks parents out of the “care” so they have no idea what is going on. Proceeds to lecture parent about child’s behavior, failing to individualize care. Our child has a long history of oral surgeries related to cleft palate and mandibular jaw distraction. Not to mention several other unpleasant visits to this office. Comparing patients to other patients with different histories and name calling is not helpful. No wonder our child is fearful. We will not be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We have had quite a few visits to other pediatric dental offices that I’ll never go back to. These ladies are top notch! They truly care about the kids (and parents) they are seeing.

Experiencia negativa: We have been a patient of Dr. Danielle for 11 years and have generally had very positive experiences. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was disappointing. It was the first time my child left an appointment with sore gums and feeling unhappy about the experience. The hygienist did not come across as gentle or reassuring, and my child felt they were unsure of what they were doing. We were asked to arrive early for the appointment, but when we did, the office doors were locked and staff appeared to be at lunch. After the appointment, no one spoke with me about how the visit went or shared any observations, which was surprising, especially since other parents were greeted and spoken to after their children’s appointments. We have always appreciated the care provided by this practice, which is why this experience stood out as particularly disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: I have never experienced an office such as this. They don't post on their website the time they are closed for lunch, only have a sign stating they will open 5 minutes prior to your appointment, they aren't the best at returning calls either. Had to physically go to the office to take care of a bill only to be told to do the things we've already done. Needless to say, we will be finding a new office. Also, the office had three open computers with information on the screens with no one around so much for privacy protection.

Experiencia negativa: Dentist and all that worked on my son were great - desk receptionist who checked us out treated me like I was a scam artist for inquiring about a balance that was not covered by my insurance. It wasn’t about the money, it was about understanding why it wasn’t covered and why I hadn’t been contacted about it previously. I was offended by the push back and attitude when I didn’t just immediately hand over a payment blindly. Dr Danielle is fantastic and deserves to be represented better.

Our daughter had a dental emergency during the evening and we were able to text the doctor to know how to proceed. Fortunately, it wasn't as bad as we initially thought and we were able to get in the next day for treatment. They were so great!!

They made him so comfortable and were actually able to clean his teeth which is a huge win for us because my son usually does not like to be touched by anyone. The office is so nice, and so very clean.

Experiencia negativa: Used to be 5 stars, unfortunately now a one for us. We had been patients here for many years and always appreciated Dr. Danielle’s warm, friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, our recent experiences led us to switch providers. Communication has declined over time, especially post-COVID, when parents were no longer allowed back. While inconvenient, it became a bigger concern when we couldn’t hear directly from the dentist about treatment plans. Most concerning was our son’s situation. He was in significant pain in a tooth previously filled at this office. Before an upcoming trip, I called hoping he could be quickly checked. Instead, I was told it was “probably his twelve-year molars and they suck” and reminded of an appointment weeks later. This felt dismissive while our child was in pain. At that appointment, the same tooth was identified as needing another filling, but no explanation was given. We sought a second opinion and were immediately told the pulp was exposed, the tooth actually required a root canal, and there were other concerns that had never been mentioned at this practice. After many years of being loyal patients and even referring friends, this lack of communication and failure to identify or explain serious issues has left us without confidence in the care provided. I hope this feedback encourages improvements for future patients.

ALL of the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, personable, and make going to the dentist a positive experience. I now have 3 littles and they are great at getting us in and out quickly. I’m super thankful to have a reliable place to go to for all my kids dental needs!

My youngest had a melt down after we left last time because he wanted to stay and hang out in the waiting area! Dr. Danielle is wonderful with children and you can just tell she loves her job. They both love going to the dentist and my oldest has even decided to pursue a career in dentistry. She is taking duel credit classes to become a dental assistant and wants to do her internship with Pediatric Dentistry of Prospect and possibly continue there as an employee after she graduates. I don't think you can give higher praise then that! They've taken care of us in after hours emergency situations and been there to through any cavities and both kids in and out of braces. They are always so nice and make us feel like we're a part of their family.
