Experiencia negativa: When people say “the wrong dentist can really mess you up” this is what they are speaking of. I came in for a simple filling in February with no previous discomfort whatsoever. This turned into what has now been over FOUR months of extreme discomfort, and me not being able to chew properly. My bite was adjusted four different times, further compromising my tooth and making me more sensitive but not fixing the problem. The pulp of my tooth is now so compromised I may have to get a root canal, and still am dealing with the same symptoms. The lack of empathy of the entire staff is mind boggling. When I expressed frustration to the hygienist all she had to say to me was “it’s nothing that’s our fault”. I should have been referred to someone else after one or two adjustments if Dr Brace was not able to figure it out, instead of further compromising my tooth. Instead they act frustrated, tell me it’s not their fault, and rush me out. I was not made aware of the risk of having so many adjustments.

My dental technician was very knowledgeable, reassuring and immediately set my mind at ease. The Dr instantly put a plan into motion that remedied the emergency which didn't require me to make several "back and forth" trips to get my tooth fixed (as I have experienced with other dentists). Experiencia fantástica: Just had my first visit to Twin Leaf Dentistry and they will be my dentist forever! From the moment I walked in it felt warm and cozy. The staff had a little tree with ornaments they made and you could vote for the best but they were all adorable and amazing. Checking in was so easy and I was greeted by the office puppy, even invited to give her a treat. The hygienist was so welcoming and laid out what the plan was for the visit. She listened and was gentle with my teeth but also thorough and they looked and felt great. Just loved Taylor and appreciated her approach and communication and caring. Dr. Brace was so amazing and also caring. She listened and explained everything so clearly. It is also very obvious how much she cares about her team and has created an office with personal touches you can’t get at the large dentist practices where everyone is different each time and they don’t know who you are. I love this dentist and the office!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to find a new dentist when mine retired. Twin Leaf dentistry was close to my home and accepted my insurance. What a break for me. They have all the latest technology and can show you exactly the condition of your dental health. They are always running on time and the entire staff is so caring and friendly. They will work with you on the finances and file all the insurance info for you. The office is clean and welcoming. Last but certainly not least Dr Brace is an excellent dentist. Very calming and highly professional. I would highly recommend Twin Leaf Dentistry. Update: last week I had an appointment but in the wee hours of that day my little brother was admitted to the hospital in respiratory distress. As I was sitting with him my phone went off to remind me to take my antibiotics. Well I immediately called to say I could not keep the appointment due to my brother’s critical condition. They said not to worry that they would not charge me for the missed visit. I called a few days later to reschedule and they asked how my brother was doing. That was so nice of them and I explained that my brother had passed away. Two days later a sympathy card arrived. Now that is a special kind of caring and again I would highly recommend Twin Leaf Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing a review on Dr. Elise Brace’s dental practice Twin Leaf Dentistry in Apex, NC. First of all, who likes to go to the dentist? I am 80 years old and dental care is important twice a year for cleaning and a good checkup. Dr. Brace has put together a great team from the front desk lady, Cameron, to the remarkable Taylor the Hygienist. All the equipment and use by Taylor is over the top perfect. I was trying to calculate how many times in my life I have had my teeth cleaned--probably over a 100 and I can say Taylor cleaned my teeth better than anyone before her! Dr. Brace’s exam of my teeth was very precisely done. Dr. Brace’s team will help me keep my teeth healthy and clean until I die. Hopefully, many years. He was obviously nervous and did not understand really what the dentist is all about. She was able to gain his trust and he had a very positive dental experience. I hate going to the dentist myself due to a bad childhood experience, but find the staff and Dr. Brace can help calm my nerves. This will be where we continue to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience for me! I really appreciated the staff and the doctor and how they made me feel at ease and comfortable. The whole experience was pain-free. I also liked the comfortable atmosphere in the office.

Experiencia negativa: TERRIBLE! They messed up my daughters filling and left her in severe pain from an exposed root. Wouldn't even get her in first thing the next day. She is literally screaming in pain.

I had tooth pain for 18 months at my previous dentist, and Dr. Feng fixed my problems in two visits. She will tell you the unvarnished truth about what is best for you, and help you make the best decisions for your health. I have had terrible anxiety at the dentist throughout my life. The team at Twin Leaf have compassion and patience, helping me feel comfortable during my treatment. Jada (my hygienist) took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and did an excellent job with my cleanings. I actually looked forward to my last visit. If you are considering Twin Leaf Dentistry then you need not hesitate. You will be in the best hands with the warmest people- thank you Twin Leaf!

Being in the same field myself, I am very aware that every step matters when it comes to replacing a big filling. After all, I have seen all kinds of iatrogenic results over the years. I came to Dr. Feng’s office through the recommendation of another trusted dentist, who could not take care of me at that time, when I felt I had better not to wait any longer. I am very happy about this recommendation. The procedures were conducted meticulously and smoothly, and the result was great by the professional standards. I have no reservations to recommend Dr. Feng!

Dr. Feng carefelly examined my tooth and found out there was a infection underneath my old crown that had been done in other dental office years ago. Dr. Feng was very patient to explain the problem and set up a treatment plan to fix my problem. I am very happy with Dr. Feng's dental services. Also, her dental assistants are really friendly and handle work professionally. I will definitely come back then I need dental care in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental practice. The receptionist/operator is one of the friendliest I have met anywhere, super helpful and eager to assist in any and every way. The primary dentist herself is great. One weird thing was that the dental assistant has a habit of kicking the chair towards the customer to sit in. Not really a deal breaker but i think this is the first time I've ever seen anyone do this. Overall would recommend them strongly. Their facilities are clean and have the latest technology. Also they were upfront with the pricing which seems to be very reasonable.

After having an appointment at three other dental office Ive FINALLY FOUND A DOCTOR AND STAFF THAT REALLY CARE ABOUT ME RATHER THAN THE MONEY THEY CAN MAKE ON MY TEETH. One office I visited didn't even want to schedule a cleaning, which I was due for. The other wanted to do implants of $26,000.00 Thank God I'm bull headed enough to know I want a DR AND TEAM THAT CARES ABOUT OF ME FIRST AND ITS OBVIOUS THIS TEAM DOES FROM YOUR FIRST STEP IN THE DOOR. In all my years and I've been here a few..... TWIN LEAF DENTISTRY HAS AMAZED ME, Usually my first impression is ok they're nice. I actually said oh too much sunshine, IF THATS POSSIBLE. Im older and have some medical issues and they actually went over my history with me and EVEN TOOK MY BLOOD PRESSURE NEVER HAS A DENTIST CARED ENOUGH TO TAKE THAT MUCH TIME WITH ME INITIALLY. Rather than trying to soak me for an arm and a leg for a few crowns that might last a little while Dr Feng is sending me to an oral surgeon to handle a problem first and they didn't overwhelm me with things that they will be doing . Which I REALLY APPRECIATE with a new set of Drs and their tests this year. TWIN LEAF IS TAKING CARE OF ME FIRST LIKE A DOCTOR IS SUPPOSED TO ...... and I'm already RELAXED with them which is VERY HARD for me to do with a FIRST VISIT TO A NEW DENTIST, they even know about my dogs already, and DR FENG HANDS YOU A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES "TO MAKE SURE SHE DOESNT DROP ANYTHING IN YOUR EYES.....
