They were always great and I stayed with them until they stepped away from the business. Now that it's the Smith Family, I'm still there and it's still great. The entire staff is ultra friendly, warm and welcoming, Also 100% professional. They genuinely care about their patients. I plan to continue on with them for a long time to come. You won't go wrong with Smith Family Dental .

Experiencia negativa: Be aware of Smith Family Dental. They are texting me 5 years later stating that I own them .50 cents. That is right .50 cents. I stopped going to dentist when it was owned by someone else, because they file a claim on my procedure, which my insurance paid and then they called me asking me to pay the amount. I called my insurance, and they stated that your dentist is double-charging people, when they shouldn't be. They are scamming to get more money. I suggest that you stop seeing this dentist.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE.The practice is out of network with delta dental. They did not disclose this fact to me during my visit and took me in anyway for routine teeth cleaning. I was an established patient , my insurance did not change ,so I did not have anything to suspect about how much I need to pay.If you are using delta dental please be cautious ,otherwise you will end up getting hundreds of dollars in bill just for routine cleaning like I did.

Dr. Smith is extremely personal and has a fantastic sense of humor. I like to think that I am funny (although my wife and kids would disagree), but I couldn't keep up with Dr. Smith's wit. I had been to another dentist for the same work and was told that other teeth would have to be addressed. Dr. Smith advised me that the other teeth were fine and gave me other options. They create their own caps in the office in record time. They are almost a one-stop-shop. I am planning to switch my entire family to Smith Family Dental Solutions. I wish I had found them sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke a large cusp off a molar biting down on an oyster pearl. Although it was a capped tooth, the new edges were sharp against my rear cheek. I stopped by to make an appointment and show them the broken off piece. They immediately took me in and examined me. Then they ground off the sharp edges. They told me that because it was a cap, most likely grinding off the sharp edges may be the only thing that needed to be done but I still need to keep an eye on it. Thanks to Smith Family Dental Solutions for so quickly resolving the issue.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with the practice. Moving to SFD was an easy transition. They appear to have whatever we might need over and above the regular cleanings and check ups. Sam was a great Hygienist and I would like to become her patient. John has also been a pleasure to work with.
