Dental Care of Fuquay-Varina

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and attentive. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go to the Only male hygienist he’s lazy and does not do a good job

Experiencia fantástica: I like the atmosphere better than the last dental company.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to switch my dentist due to new insurance and I’m so glad I did. My dental hygienist took her time that we even had to set up another appointment because my last dental hygienist did not do a good job. I so thankful I found this place and I am very happy.

Experiencia fantástica: professional and friendly staff, state-of-the-art dental equipment. They were very thorough and I appreciated the extra steps taken to ensure my teeth and gums were as healthy as possible. Sarah, my hygienist, is awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: The stiff is very good with Explaining your proceed of your work

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there very we inviting. It’s definitely a comforting environment. The staff is amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: Sara was great. Complete cleaning and teeth polishing out in 35 minutes

Experiencia fantástica: First-class service from start to finish. Dental Care of Fuquay-Varina is immaculate and utilizes advanced digital imaging. The Dentist took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my teeth and took my priorities into full consideration while creating a care plan for me that was affordable. My hygienist was incredibly thorough and professional, and the front desk staff made the check-in process a breeze.

Experiencia fantástica: From the time I walked in the door till I left the care was EXCELLENT.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars thru-out

Experiencia fantástica: I find the the employees are always very cordial and willing to answer all your questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with the staff and Dr. Venkat. I feel like they understand my needs and work towards perfection.

Experiencia fantástica: Very Satisfied with my service would definitely recommend to others

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Venkat and his assistants have worked hard to reverse some very poor work that was done to my front tooth by a previous dentist. They went above and beyond to correct what was done to this tooth through no fault of theirs. I appreciate all the efforts, care, and kindness of the staff. VLJ

Experiencia negativa: The hygienist was very good, the overall space for patients was a bit more dirty than I am used to in a dental office, floors, baseboards room where they clean stuff, or supplies? The doctor was sweaty, he had body order, his hand was sweaty when he shook my hand and I’m really not sure I will be making follow up here!!!

Experiencia positiva: Bad communication and hard to reach after multiple attempts of calling and leaving messages.

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience and want to warn other potential patients to avoid this office. I was in need of a root canal, my dentist told me to find an endodontist to perform this procedure, which is why I came. To begin, when I booked the appointment they told me it was $1 for the first visit. Once I arrived, it was actually $49. They asked what the problem was, and I explained I needed a root canal. The dentist told me they do not offer that service. He did not examine me at all, he never looked in my mouth, never used any equipment. We just exchanged those few words, and they charged $40. I explained I received no servicies whatsoever how can they charge me? How can you go to an establishment looking for a services they do not have that service, and they still charge you? Obviously, I refused to pay, and the very rude receptionist sent me a bill in retaliation for $127 because I disagreed they charge me extra. Do not go here. They are extremely unprofessional and have unprofessional and have deceptive financial practices.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my son in for a dental emergency today. Every single person we dealt with handled my son with such kindness and care. His teeth are full other problems. They did not make him feel shame or embarrassed, and handled him with the upmost care. I am so grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit so needed a new patient profile taken. X-rays et al performed efficiently and quickly. Staff is wonderful, taking time to explain new to me new technologies now being used for cleaning and establishing baselines. Very good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very disappointed with my lack of appointment. After waiting 5 weeks to get an appointment, I made it very clear on the phone that the implements that I needed were in Stock so that I would not have made a wasted 3 hour round trip. I was assured that they were in stock, only to get there and they were not. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks and another trip.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care. Very considerate of my comfort. Hygienist and dental assistant answered all my questions. Everything was complete Ina timely manner. Allstafffrienfky and helpful. Im very satisfied with my care.

Experiencia positiva: I developed an abscess, was seen by Dr Vonn without an appointment , x-ray, given Rx and rescheduled for oral surgery. She is a caring and personable professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great dental experience

Experiencia fantástica: Got me in quickly, great staff and very professional.

Experiencia negativa: I went here got all the X-rays They said I needed that deep cleaning in my gums The hygienist gave me a bunch of needles on one whole side and next visit other side I know my gums were not in great shape But 2 months later I have chills when I eat anything cold and that never happened before this deep cleaning My teeth feel loose and weak I got a bad gum infection after all this Dentist tells me teeth need to be pulled they are loose I told them this before that deep cleaning They said no you need your teeth Now dentist says they should be pulled So I said why didn’t we do this before I went thru all of that with that very painful deep cleaning in my gums He said sometimes these things happen lol Bullshit I’m in more pain now then I ever was and $2500 later Very disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist Sarah was excellent.

Experiencia negativa: This dentist is great, if you are only going for a simple cleaning and X-rays. First visit, the dentist had never seen peg lateral teeth before and thought mine were 'baby' teeth and asked if I wanted them extracted. Should have listened to my gut at that time, as she obviously was inexperienced. Recently, had a cavity and needed a filling. She did the filling, but I am still unable to get dental floss between that tooth and the one next to it. Told her about it at another visit in which dental floss was crammed between my teeth, to the point my gums were bleeding, and it is still not fixed. Chipped a tooth, and life happened, so I was unable to return the phone call to confirm the most recent appointment. Well, they cancelled the appointment. I understand they need to have confirmations, at the same time, with everything else that happened, I will take my business to a more experienced dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people, and warm environment, very happy with all the staff and doctor, definitely recommend Dental Care of Fuquay-Varina to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: ZER0 ⭐️ !! Run from here this place is going to put Chinese crowns full of lead and PFA’s in your mouth like they did to Me!! I HOPE YOU TAKE MY REVIEW SERIOUSLY IM ABOUT TO SPEND $3k to fix their shotty job!! YOULL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great experience and the hygienist and dentist explained every step. I normally do not leave ratings, but Kara was so phenomenal and the office was so impressive, I felt the need to sing their praises! Excellent deals for new patients like myself, too. Very happy to call this my dental office moving forward.

Experiencia positiva: Very pleased with my first visit and its cost. The people are very professional, the cleaning process was explained every step of the way and one of the easiest I have had. The estimate for proposed work was fair and with out pressure.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved my dental asst who performed my scan! She was awesome

Experiencia fantástica: They are so caring, helpful and quick! So far, so good. Would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service provided by Michelle, professional and experienced Thank you so much

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with the results of my first appointment. The team was friendly and helpful, the place is very nice and clean. Michelle made my teeth look sparkling white.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very well treated with patience and kindness and love , I know she knows what she is doing,,thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Learned the proper way to wrap floss to give more leverage to sensitive areas. Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Likely the most thorough cleaning and dental assessment I’ve had

Experiencia fantástica: Personal professional care and the new patient discount was a huge plus.

Experiencia fantástica: Sarah has been my hygienist for several years and she is just the best. Wouldn't trade her for the world.

Experiencia fantástica: New patient. Didn’t wait long. Wonderful dental hygienist (can’t remember her name). Great prices. Nice clean office. Plenty of parking. Very thorough. Professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend this office. From the front office staff to Dr. Joseph everyone was outstanding! Dr. Joseph made sure that every aspect of my bridge was perfect. She is kind and really cares about her patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I am new to NC and ended up needing some emergency dental work. They took me in and gave me the care I needed. I have, also, chosen them for my routine dental care and that has gone well, too. The entire office is very friendly and very good at their jobs. I feel lucky to have found them.

Experiencia fantástica: My technician was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable and and did the best cleaning I've ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: I've just completed my first year of services with this Dentist. We moved here last year and I had to find a Dentist. They are welcoming, thorough, gentle and offer a comfortable space from the waiting room to the Dental chair. Plenty of parking, too, and convenient location.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist explained all my issues more completely and thoroughly than any other practice I have been to. All the staff and the dentist were pleasant and kind

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful, first experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It took time to explain everything To me and help me understand what my options were And pricing of everything!

Experiencia negativa: I was a new patient. Scheduled a dental cleaning. I was the first appointment of the day and it was still 10 minutes late when they called me back. The X-ray machine was broken and I was not told for 45 minutes into my appointment that they would not be able to do the cleaning in the appointment because they “didn’t have enough time.”Mind you my appointment I was told was for 90 minutes when I scheduled it and arranged childcare. All they did was take some images and did some”probing” with a scraping tool. Not a single toothbrush not even any water on my teeth. No cleaning. And it took 1.5 hours! So I wasted my time and money for someone to tell me I need to schedule a cleaning, well I am sorry I was under the impression that I had scheduled one. I have 2 retainers, too and bottom, and they did not ask me to put them on to see the fit which has never happened. Every dentist always wants to check the fit. I also want to note that I made sure they removed the X-ray machine from my bill since it was broken so I will update this post if they end up charging me for it. We will see what comes back from insurance never had a dentist experience like this in my 30 years. Never going back again. EDIT: I called the number in their response on three separate days about a week ago and still have not heard a response back. It is not a customer service number it is the front office, the same number I called to schedule the appointment. They have not returned my voicemail

Experiencia fantástica: My experience there was vry smooth..all the staff were very cooperative n doctor Ligi was vry good.

Experiencia fantástica: The most caring and gentle staff. I absolutely dread going to the dentist due to my childhood, but with this team it is always as pleasant as an experience as it can be. 10/10 would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is great!! They give really great care!! I highly recommend them

Experiencia fantástica: Kat- the Dental Hygienist was fantastic!!! She was so informative and helpful with my plan of treatment for the bone lost in my jaw.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joseph provides compassionate, gentle care that truly sets her apart. She took the time to listen to me patiently, addressing all my concerns and making me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. Her professionalism and warmth create a comfortable and reassuring experience. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever, lot of waiting and the service is too bad, they won't even communicate anything and ask for multiple visits. I would give a -5 star if that is a possibility.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE coming here for dental care! All the dental hygienists are so nice and I love the fact that they are not shy to talk to you about anything, also the doctors are just as great! Definitely would recommend for any dental services :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jones is AMAZING! I have autism and lots of anxiety so going to the dentist is very hard for me. Dr. Jones is so patient and kind. She has made sure to accommodate any of my special needs while not making me feel like I’m too much trouble. The hygienist/assistant JuJu is also so patient and encouraging, she has stopped her appointments to come help with my appointment. I appreciate this team very much!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was great from the front desk to everyone in the back. Friendly and kind all around.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a wonderful time. The Ladies in there are so amazing and so knowledgeable. Thank you all so much.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Dr Joseph to everyone I know. I was devastated about getting my teeth pulled. She was very sympathetic and comforting. She was very gentle and made sure I wasn’t in pain. My insurance is out of network for DentalCare of Duquay but I’m willing to pay extra for her to be my dentist. Ask for Dr Joseph I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joseph is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had! From the moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted by a warm, friendly team that instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Joseph is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain every procedure in a way that’s easy to understand. She genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort and well-being, and it shows in everything she does. I’ve never felt more confident about my dental health, and I can’t recommend Dr. Joseph enough. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise with kindness, look no further!

Experiencia negativa: I personally was not satisfied! This was our first visit. One person started my cleaning and tried to sell me on my need for deep cleaning although I go to the dentist every 6 months and never has this been mentioned as a need. I was like I am not getting a deep clean! This person did not finish my cleaning and called my husband back before I could warn him. So the second person finished flossing and polishing me! I really don’t feel like I got a thorough cleaning by the way. This lady was all over the place! Then the dentist came in a said my teeth look great but… I can correct my alignment with Invisalign ! The third person finished flossing came in and asked me if I had a treatment plan…. No because I’m not buying your deep cleaning! I go to the waiting area to wait for my husband…an hour later he comes out with a treatment plan for a deep cleaning and did not get his teeth cleaned at all! This man takes better care of his mouth than I do!!!! He is just nicer than I am! We will not be going back!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I waited 2 months for an appointment and because I forgot to confirm they canceled. I called right away and they had already filled the appointment and could not or would not accommodate me. Do not utilize this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr Jones gave me easily understood information

Experiencia fantástica: This team is top notch. From beginning to end they were helpful, kind and frankly just enjoyable to be around. Dr.Jone and her staff are par to none.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so friendly here and really helpful with suggestions on how to keep my gums and teeth in great shape! Thank you

Experiencia negativa: I wish I knew before I went for my dental appointment that the dentist doctor only had 2 years of experience, it's like I'm being a test subject. The doctor could not restore the original tooth pattern with new filling. Most of my treated teeth no longer have contact with the opposing teeth, completely destroying my bite. A few teeth have a sticking out filling material, I have to use force when floss and end up breaking thread. One tooth has a gap where food easily builds up now.

Experiencia fantástica: Spent all most $5 ,000.00 in past two years MADE. Me pay 3 times for same crown!! Be careful!!

Experiencia fantástica: my hygenist Megan has changed my life. all of the people in the office are so warm and cozy. i have dentist anxiety and ive never felt more comfortable. highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really liked the dental hygienist. She was very gentle with cleaning my teeth. Even gave me tips on tooth whitening. Asked if I had any questions about what the dentist told me about my exam. Very kind and friendly staff at this office.

Experiencia fantástica: The team did great with both my 10 year old and 5 year old! Very friendly and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience. Desk attendants, supporting staff and doctor, all are well behave.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very kind and helpful. The dentist was great. Very satisfied with the work I had done.

Experiencia fantástica: Megan did a great job! Very positive experience with her and Dr. Joseph.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit, everyone was nice and thorough. Kristen was fabulous, she was also mentoring other staff who were equally amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a fear of the dentist office. But my visit was easy they hope not focus on my fears. Thank you for an easy fulfilling visit. Everyone is so nice from the front desk to the back. Love it, and thank you for calming my fears.❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I want to express my utmost appreciation for the level of care I received from you and your staff. You are a true expert in your field. Thank you for making me smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service, from the office staff to Dr. Jones and my hygienist Caitlyn who was top notch. She immediately put me at ease, she answered all of my questions, she was very gentle and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: First time in have been to the dentist in years and I am so glad I went to Dental Care of Fuquay Varina. Everyone was awesome! I will be going here for now on and will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Experiencia negativa: I had three extractions very early in the morning. I tried three times to tell them I needed help. Everytime they told me they would call as soon as could talk to the Dr. It's 8pm. I still need help but no one from thus office gas bothered to call or anything. What remains of my dental work will be done elsewhere. These people do not care what they put their patients through. The patients are not their priority.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience! Who gets to say they had fun at the dentist? Everyone was so kind. Recommending them to friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: All employees have an Excellent personality. Clinic is very clean lots of knowledge on all new equipment. Love it transfer My dental history to this new facility . You will love it no surprise bills your told all not payed by insurance and the dates for new treatments and everything to pay date. this is better than going to free cleaning and next visit your bill if any. Great Dr., technician, recepción.All personnel has my regards.and my best Wishes. I see you soon

Experiencia fantástica: Kaitlyn is an amazing hygienist! She did a phenomenal job with my deep cleaning! The entire was very helpful and made me feel welcome! I found my dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, gentle, thorough, expert care using the latest technologies. Explained and Made certain I understood everything answering all my questions. Best dental experience yet!

Experiencia fantástica: Kristen is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She took so much time to explain so many things about my teeth to me that nobody else had ever shared. I am 70 years and she could tell I was in pain so she even asked me if I need to get up and walk a bit. She is so kind.

Experiencia positiva: Had to take a star away due to always having a scheduling issue as well as having an appointment on the 11th, showing up and it being closed for the day early? with no call to me today following up from the voice mail I left

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely would recommend dental care of Fuquay! My dental hygienist was very thorough & also very sweet! All the staff was friendly & it was a positive first time patient visit overall.

Experiencia fantástica: From the time I walked in the door. The service was phenomenal. From the Med Assistant(Ashlynn, Miken were very friendly and made you fell like they knew for a life time . Megan the Dentist Hygiene was quick and very friendly and gentle she knew her stuff. I can for get about Lacy. I just love her sweetness. DR. Jones was very nice. I felt like i could trust her with my care.I felt like I knew these ladies all my life . Wonderful group of ladies. Compare to the last dentist I went to. They are a 10 plus. Keep up the good work Ladies. I'm coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff! I have found my new primary dentist office. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Dental Care of Fuqua-Varina for a teeth cleaning and had an excellent experience. The welcoming and competent staff made the appointment pleasant. They provided clear explanations for improving my at-home care and answered all my questions. I left confident in my oral health, knowing I was in expert hands. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist Kristin, and Dr J, were amazing! Explained every step of the xrays, scans, and cleaning, and explained the reason behind thr recommended treatments so I could actually understand my options and make an informed decsion, rather than just saying "you need a crown, come back next week." Will be sending my husband I'm, and recommending to friends!

Experiencia fantástica: Great care and treatment of me as a new dental patient. Thanks for your care! See you again in 6 months!

Experiencia fantástica: Dental Care had been amazing. They are warm welcoming. The care has been great and efficient

Experiencia fantástica: Such great care all around! Robin took the time to really dive into questions I had. Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Good first time experience... thorough with xrays and cleaning. Will be back.
