Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful visit! The Dentist and the entire staff are friendly, and patient. My son loves coming to his dental visits here. The Dentist and assistants are gentle and thorough. The play area is a highlight of his visit as well. Along with the balloon and the prize he gets to pick at the end of his visit. I really appreciate having the option to accompany him during his dental treatment. We drive an hour away from home to visit the Dentist here...that's how much we appreciate the excellent service and attentive care at Bippo.

They stick to appointment times so there is hardly ever a wait. They make sure to use all ways of communication to remind you about your appointment time, so you will always remember. Experiencia negativa: I’m normally okay with the extra 30 to 40 minute wait after my scheduled appointment because it’s always like that but my kids last appointment I was notified by text 50 mins before the first appointment that was to start that it had been pushed back by a hour and a half . & When you go there you have to prepare to be there a couple hours so after that I needed to prepare myself for at least 3 hours .

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! What a great experience! My son came in with tooth pain and an infection that we knew was going to need some work. The staff and the Dentists handle everything with care and compassion. They exude positive energy and really helped make my son feel cared for. It was so well done that he didn't know a tooth had been removed until we got home and we were able to remove the gauze. Just as they explained, he had only slight discomfort and was back to eating regularly again. Also, the play space in the waiting room was a really neat feature.

Experiencia positiva: The wait time for a scheduled appointment is getting a bit out of hand. We arrived 20 minutes early and still had to make sure we were still being seen after waiting a hour. We have to wait months at a time to be scheduled. I don’t expect to wait over an hour to be seen.

The service, in total, did not take more than 20-30mins and was delivered flawlessly, once we WERE in the back. PLEASE DO BETTER ABOUT COMMUNICATING TO & FOR YOUR PATIENTS’ LONG WAIT TIMES! Hoping I just caught you guys on a bad day, but matter how good you are, I wouldn't return if we’d ever experience that again.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to send a special SHOUT out to the dental hygienist. My grand baby was very sad upon arrival, she slept in the car until Bippo was ready for her. She had just had a mediation meeting in reference to her classmates bulling her over and over.. After her visit she was her happy self again. She said the lady was so nice to me. She called me princess and reminded of what it felt like to not worry. It meant so much to my granddaughter that she talked to her throughout her visit. It really helped her ease her mind.

She had a tooth that was hurting, I called on Tuesday and got an emergency appointment for that Saturday, and during the appointment she had a loose tooth they removed the same day. Miss Tiara, was helpful, thorough and informative. She welcomed us and was pleasant the entire visit. Her work ethic showed in her concern, my kids were comfortable, because of Tiara's interactions. Everyone was great, however Miss Tiara stood out. No matter how busy they were and how they effectively got everyone seen in an out, Tiara made everyone, including us feel seen and not just a number up. Lol, my son whose usually quiet even interacted with her. Bippo's is totally recommended!

They began the process of fixing her tooth and they saw my son for his routine check-up at the same time. My kids like the play area!

And this was after being checked in and speaking with the dental assistant. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time. My five year old said he didn’t want to go to the dentist but when I told him they have the play area, he was excited to go! Both might kids did great during their cleaning and excited to get prizes when they were done. The staff was really friendly and very kind to my kids. I definitely recommend going to Bippos!

Experiencia positiva: I love the drs and employees here. I love they have a play area in the lobby. My only complaint is that when they call your child to the back & gather information, the wait for the dr is a little too long. You’re in this extremely tiny room with a toddler with nothing but a tv that you can’t change the channel on. There’s no entertainment for the kids on the walls or anything. They gave two little dinosaurs but that didn’t catch my child’s attention. I think there should be something to play with on the walls for the child or definitely cut the wait time the child has to wait in the tiny room. Don’t call the child out from playing in the lobby if the Dr isn’t really ready to examine because then the parent is dealing with a toddler who cannot handle being in a tiny room with nothing to do for a long time.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are always so understanding and polite. I take my daughter who is 8 yrs old and will not open her mouth wide for any of her visits. I’ll say over the past few years she has gotten more comfortable with them. I appreciate how they talk to her and continue to get her confidence up.

Experiencia fantástica: Bippo’s Place for Smiles is an amazing office! Dr. Jill Donaldson and her staff are so knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. My son started seeing them as a young child (2 years old?) and he is about to turn 17. He absolutely loves going to see them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Experiencia positiva: We’ve always received great care here. All 5 of our children go here. The play places are so fun and they have video games for the older kiddos. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. My one issue is the wait time. I’ve never been called back faster than 45 mins after arriving for my appointment. And I always arrive early or on time. I wish they were more prompt or at least apologetic about our wait time. Two appointments ago we waited for an hour and 45 mins. My kid was so done before even getting back there. Overall a great place and my kids have no complains other than having to wait so long to be called back.
