Experiencia negativa: Please check your dental explanation of benefits to verify the front office didn't over estimate your out of pocket. They collected so much that resulted in $900.00 credit balance. The last amount paid by my insurance was June 17, 2025. I have requested reimbursement on my credit balance which is over $900.00 and was told it will take some time to go over my account to verify my credit and to get the dentist to sign the check. This money belongs to me. I paid them $1189.10 when they asked me on October 18, 2024. I informed them they collected more than the contracted insurance allowable. I had three crowns and a three unit bridge, a filling, extraction, dental cleaning, examination and x-rays. I also had two dental insurance plans that also paid for this care. In March 2025 my credit was over $1000.00. I explained that I spent 16 years of my career in dental, so they would appreciate my concern with their request for more money. This fell on deaf ears. They continued to ask me for more money up until my last visit in April 2025. When I told the front desk I wanted to wait until insurance pays since I had over a $1000.00 credit on my account. I explained again my previous dental career, her response was, "you tell me that everytime". The only reason I stayed is because Dr. Bishop was an excellent dentist. I called today to schedule an appointment for another three unit bridge, I was informed Dr. Bishop is no longer with this group. I explained I would be following him to his next office and asked for my money that they have held on account since October 2024. Some dentist think they can keep over payments collected by their staff. If your dentist participates with your insurance plan and are considered a contracted provider they are not supposed to collect more than the contracted fee schedule.

I will be using her every time. !! I just had my teeth cleaned again by Lisa. I cannot believe how good this lady is. She will be my go to forever unless she moves. I don't normally fill these things out but she deserves all the credit. I've never had anybody as good as her unbelievable.

I showed up for my appointment and met Lisa the dental hygienist. She explained and walked me through the process. Everything that was explained and expected happened! Experiencia fantástica: I just cannot say enough positive things about this practice and Dr. Sadowski in particular. I had a tooth that had the fillings start to decay and went to see them. This was a tooth that they had been watching for a couple of years and told me now was the time that I needed to get a crown on it. They kept me fully informed through the process, made me as comfortable as possible and did great work to get it taken care of. I got a temporary crown at the first appointment and then two weeks later got the permanent crown. It was a wonderful experience and that’s why I keep posting about how great they are. I go in for a check up and cleaning every six months and i have never had to experience a tooth ach. I think they are doing OK.

Dr Perkins helped evaluate my various issues. Office staff was on point with insurance and payment options. Big practice, so able to get an appointment pretty fast.

Experiencia fantástica: A few weeks ago, my husband had an unpleasant experience, partly due to his mouth sensitivity and an infection, and partly because he began a root canal on the Friday before Valentine's Day, but was unable to finish it, despite the dentist’s original promises and expectations. Unfortunately, this left him in pain throughout the entire weekend, which was very disappointing for us. On Monday, we reached out to the office to share our concerns and express how the experience had negatively impacted our weekend. I genuinely felt that the team went above and beyond in addressing not only my husband's pain and infection but also in truly understanding and sympathizing with the frustration we felt due to the situation. Since then, the dentist has followed up with us multiple times to ensure that my husband was recovering well and that his pain was under control. It’s clear that they care about their patients beyond just the appointment—they’ve made us feel valued and supported. As a further gesture of goodwill, they even sent us a thoughtful gift card, which was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated. Their exceptional customer care has definitely made a difficult situation much easier to handle, and we are incredibly grateful for their attention and kindness.

I arrived about 1/2 hour early and still had to wait about 1/2 hour past my appointment time before getting my teeth cleaned. My hygienist was excellent - very knowledgeable and professional. Two of the Docs immediately called me back and told me what to do until they could get me in. When I went in I saw Dr Perkins who is always so pleasant. He put in a temporary crown and then I just went back today for my permanent crown. All went well. They always take care of me. Experiencia negativa: Biltmore Commons has asked me to leave a review. I cannot in good faith say anything nice about this place. I am new to the area and was recommended to this practice. My old practice was a single dentist, a few dental assistants and a receptionist. You spend your entire visit with the dentist and he provides you an honest summary of your visit. The total visit is under a half hour. Biltmore Commons has 6 Dentists and at least that many dental hygienist and more dental assistants and receptionists. You spend the majority of your visit with your hygienist and about 2 minutes with the dentist. Because there is so much overhead you get a Spirit Airlines experience where you are constantly getting upsold nonsense. The hygienists are more like used car salesmen than people who clean your teeth. I have been to this place twice and they have tried selling me laser treatment ($100) night guards ($800), Invisilign, a Waterpick ($120), an additional cleaning, and they were going to try to sell me an electric toothbrush if I didn’t already have one. The hygienists don’t give up the entire visit until you say yes to something. The dentist never says you need any of these things. I never went through with any of these scams. And I will not be going to Biltmore Commons ever again. My first visit was 2 hours (with x-rays) and my second was almost an hour (without x-rays). I have a life and my time is not valued. My recommendation is to find a dentist with less overhead where they can pay for their practice with just regular dental work and not ancillary products.

Experiencia negativa: I been going for a long time but they keep trying to sell me the Invisalign it just doesn’t feel good to be going here for years and all of a sudden I need this hot new product. Today is my last time I’m going. The other dentists in the office keep trying to sell me the Invisalign but one of the dentist made a comment that I need to get my wisdom teeth extracted first otherwise the alignment from any Invisalign would get ruined. These dentists are so concerned about Invisalign that they can’t even realize that my wisdom tooth extraction would had ruined the Invisalign.

Experiencia fantástica: I w been going to biltmore dentist for years and have always been pleased with the treatment I receive. From the front office to the assistants to the dentists, everyone is professional and welcoming and most of all, concerned about the health of your teeth. This visit, I had to get a crown replaced and my availability was limited as we were leaving town. But they were able to get me in the same day and the crown will be in place and I’ll be off right on time. Dr. Perkins is the best! Thank you!!
