My four-year-old was a little wild, but the dentist and staff handled him with so much patience and kindness. They also took the time to explain everything to me clearly. The whole team was friendly and amazing with kids. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a great pediatric dentist!

We have been seen at Arcadia pediatric dentistry for about eight years, and recently tried another dentist near to our home. The experience at Arcadia pediatric dentist makes the drive well worth it. Their dentist are conservative and patient focused. That was not our experience with another dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my daughter to this office since she was 1.5. The Dr is so informative and recommended tips and tricks to make brushing my toddlers teeth fun. The front office gals are always so nice and make the check in process a breeze. Tiana the dental assistant was very patient and was able to keep my crazy toddler calm. 100/10

She is thorough, efficient, and really takes her time explaining treatment and all treatment options. She had a lot of compassion and patience for my special needs son too. We really love coming here and appreciate all the dental assistants and front desk staff as well!

Experiencia negativa: Been taking my kids every 6 months for about 4/4.5 years. It was previously such a great experience with Dr. Wallace, but these last few times we have been with the newer dentist Dr. Abdin and really have had a terrible experience. I have a mild special needs daughter who struggles at the dentist and she was not compassionate or caring which made my daughter feel more uncomfortable. Ending up leaving the treatment day with nothing accomplished. Now my son has cavities on “all teeth!”, he has been at the dentist diligently every 6 months at this practice specifically and never have had a report like that. Her treatment care plan is so so so extreme with little room to change. I am now seeking a second opinion on the second half of his care plan because of Dr. Abdin specifically and how extreme the treatment plan is. Along with how she handled my daughter and her attitude towards us as parents and our decisions on treatment. Looking at the bad reviews they have, the common denominator seems to be this Dr. Abdin specifically. If you do come here please ask for any dentist BUT her. Save your children from potentially unneeded procedures and pain.

Experiencia fantástica: All of my children have been going here for about a year. My Son recently had an appointment, Some pretty serious work he had to be put to sleep .his appointment was initially for December of this year but we were on the cancellation list so they called us in early , although there was some miscommunication and misunderstandings his procedure went very smooth and he is recovering well so far !

Experiencia fantástica: This place is kid friendly. Easy check in all done on the tablet. Super friendly staff always explain what the next step is. Sent us home with some goodies and a Ballon. The dental assistant is super sweet and efficient. They even play a movie while your kids is getting work done. Highly recommend this place. My kid loves her visits here.

Experiencia fantástica: I was brought in for a late minute cancelation for treatment, Dr Dean and Nella did not disappoint. Throughout the whole treatment process both Dr Dean and Nella made sure I was comfortable and ware of everything going on. I highly recommend this dentist for all children! :)

Experiencia negativa: Unpleasant experience with Dr. Maya Abdin. Got a second opinion after she did an evaluation and the recommendation we received was much less invasive than what Dr. Abdin was stating. Apparently, they are not able to allow another dentist here to do an evaluation so we will be going elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist are ok but they out with an agenda to tell you that your kid has 12 cavities lint once but twice ! I’m sickened that I listened the first time ! Second time I went and got a second opinion and no cavities! Truly disgusted that they would be so deceptive! Be Aware ! I read the comments after the 12 and realized it’s not their first !

We felt comfortable and as we left our appt all instructions of after care were clear. Thank you for the wonderful treatment towards our babies!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great pleasure to visit Acadia Pediatric Dental, receptionist, Angelina was great and greeted us when we walked in the door, the dentist Dr Alli was Amazing and explained what was going with each of my kids dental needs to help me understand what I we needed to do to keep up with they dental health. Arlin was Amazing as well she made us feel welcomed and walked me and the kids through the process of dental health and what was going to happen keeping my kids involved in the whole process so they can understand. Will be back for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my now 1st grader to this office for about 3 years now after she needed surgical removal of bad baby teeth. Not only did they help her then but have been helping us learn about the steps we can take as caregivers to help our children learn and actually enjoy taking care of their teeth. I am very thankful for their kindness and care every single time!

We love their waiting room and the fact that they are always on time. They expect children to be children and are so gracious even when our son ran behind the desk…all smiles.

She took them back for their X-rays and made them feel comfortable the entire time. Our appointment was at 12, and we were all done by 1 PM. Both of my kids were seen, had X-rays, and even got their cleanings done, all within that hour! The process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly kid-friendly. Dr. Dean was kind, thorough, and explained everything clearly. You can tell he and his staff truly care about their patients. The office is clean, welcoming, and perfect for kids. I highly recommend Arcadia Pediatric Dental to any parent looking for a trustworthy and gentle team.

Experiencia fantástica: 10 out of 10 recommend. They are patient, caring, and extremely thorough in their work. Airlin and Dr. Alli helped us during today's visit and it was amazing. As a single parent with an ADHD/Autism 6 year old, it's SO hard to find places that are both nice and effective, this place has it all. Great aesthetics in the waiting room to make your little one comfortable before the appointment with both video games and even a play place for the jitters, it speaks volumes. The care continues as you are ushered to the back, everyone is smiling and relaxed was they work, my son is fidgety and likes to see EVERYTHING making it hard to keep him in one place. .. Doesn't phase them at all. They still treat him with kindness and get everything done EVERYTIME. Thanks Arcadia you are working with elite staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience at APD taking my 22 month old in for his first check up. We were checked in by Taby and it was very easy. Tianna was our dental assistant who got us back very quickly and explained the process to us. And Dr. Dean was great and checked my sons teeth and answered any questions we had. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Cynthia was very helpful checking in when we arrived, Yessica was so patient and gentle with my two kids, she explained everything that was going to happen during the cleaning. Going to the dentist is something that my kids look forward to with Dr. Alli, she is the sweetest. She always comes in with a smile and gets to know them, makes them feel comfortable and at ease during their cleaning. We have nothing but positive reviews to say.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend this location for any dental care or services that your child/ren my need. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and I absolutely love the professional that everyone here shows. From the front desk to the dentists and their assistants—everyone has excellent customer care, making you feel welcome. The operations and systems that have are user friendly and make making appointments, updating information and checking in a breeze. With the amount of dental work that my son had to get done, I was a bit anxious (maybe more than him ) but as each visit came and went so did those feelings of anxiousness, for both my son and I. I think when it comes to any kid of medical care, as a person of color you come in feeling uneasy and maybe as if you’ll be dismissed but not here, and that’s extremely important for my family, as I’m sure others can relate. As far as the office building, it’s easy to locate and has an ample amount of parking. Inside, you’re greeted with vibrant colors and spacious seating. There is a play area for kids 4ft and under, 2 old school gaming units, access to Wi-Fi and the bathrooms are clean. Again, I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for pediatric dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve left a review about this place before because their service truly stands out and once again, they didn’t disappoint. From the moment we walked in, my child was visibly anxious, which naturally made me tense too. Cynthia at the front desk greeted us kindly and kept things calm and smooth. Once Dayana brought us back, she immediately reassured my child, even taking the time to show her the instruments and explain everything step-by-step. By the end of the cleaning, everyone’s nerves had settled. Then came the highlight; Dr. Wallace ended the visit with those beautiful words every parent wants to hear “no cavities.”

You can tell everyone who works there genuinely cares for their patients. Most recently I took my son for a check up and Tianna was his hygienist. She was so kind and patient with him and I could see that he felt comfortable with her. He is usually pretty quiet around new people , but he talked quite a bit with her. We met with Dr. Wallace and he was wonderful as well and openly answered any questions I had. I have always had a great experience at this office and have recommended them to others. They do such a great job that my son actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Wonderful dentist and was very thorough explaining treatment and care for my son. However, the one star is for Taby (the office manager) Very unprofessional and rude. I've received several letters from my dental insurance advising they were having a hard time reaching their office in order to process claims for treatment. Well, I found out today they took the liberty of changing/ assigning insurance I don't even have. Some would call that fraudulent! Then, Taby claimed they received that information from me instead of owning up to their mistake. I asked several times why someone would just assume or take it upon themselves to select insurance instead of verifying with the parent or grandparent? Taby insisted we provided the information they have on file. That is completely false, and I plan to call in and find out what exactly is going on.

Experiencia negativa: I'm rating it one star for the front office manager named Taby. Very rude and unprofessional and does not apologize for her Poor behavior as a manager.. The dentistry is great; hopefully Nobody has to deal with the manager Taby!

Experiencia fantástica: I love going to this dental office for my kiddos, I’ve got six kids and one with autism so I’m always there lol. They have a jungle gym inside and a bunch of video games that my kids go in and play in while they take care of my other kiddos, it’s fantastic.

Experiencia fantástica: My little one had a great experience today! It was her first time with the polisher instead of just a tooth brush and she did so well! Nella and the doctor made her feel so comfortable, she wasn’t scared at all. She sat still and followed all of their instructions, even humming along while they polished her teeth and sang the ABCs! She also had x-rays for the first time, and followed all of Nella’s instructions. I was shocked my kid sat still for dental x-rays! Staff is great with kids, can’t recommend highly enough. The games and climbing area in the waiting room are an added plus, making the whole experience kid-friendly and welcoming. Love going here!

Experiencia fantástica: NEW APPT/PROCEDURE: 8/21/24: Professional, caring and patient WITH my little patient. Obviously all dental procedures are extremely “uncomfortable” but I felt they did their best to comfort my 8 yr old. Minus the times the drilling away of cavity, she remained calm and we walked out with minimal “trauma”. Thank you again! Previous: No pressure and very comfortable environment. Felt like Dr. Wallace was truly concerned and interested in getting my daughter’s dental needs taken care of with minimal pain, physical and to my wallet. Definitely will be recommending this practice to all my fellow parents.

Experiencia fantástica: Started going here when my youngest first got teeth and she is now 5. At our most recent visit she had Nella as her hygienist and she was so wonderful! Kind and patient, really helped make my daughter more comfortable. We then saw Dr. Dean and he was also great, very nice. Would recommend this place to all caregivers that need a dentist for their kids.

Experiencia fantástica: The moment you walk in the door your kids will absolutely love it! What a good feeling when coming to the dentist. We were just dealt with a traumatic experience from a different dentist and found to get in rather quickly. The receptionist Britney was extremely genuine and listened to all my concerns. We did not wait long to be seen by the absolute angel assistant Yessica. She was patient and fun with my child who was completely terrified as was I and I mean SO good with my son! DR. ALLI was super kind, took the time to explain things and made sure I was comfortable with all procedures. To have 3 strangers make you feel so comfortable shows they are perfect in their feild. They are warm! They are CARING! Am thrilled to have found them! Take your kiddos here!

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Alli and her assistant Yesi were very helpful with helping my kiddos understand the importance of taking care of their gums and teeth. The waiting room is also always fun for the kids to destress before getting their teeth checked. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Experiencia positiva: Everyone is extremely friendly, my daughter was excited to finally have her teeth fixed. The only reason I put 4 stars is having an appointment 12:45, and didn't even start till 2.
