They are friendly and make you feel a part of the team or almost family like. I always dreaded seeing a dentist and have had many many traumatizing experiences with previous dentist. Going to a new dentist only makes that fear worse, but from the get go they made my experience comforting and I felt safe. I will never use another dentist practice ever again. Stacy is an incredible human beign btw. Her customer service ranks in the top 3 of experiences I've ever had and beign a part of the customer service industry for more than 20 years and have very high expectations when it comes to customer service and I can say with no hesitation Stacy's amazing customer service played a major factor in sticking with ON POINTE dentistry. Experiencia positiva: Felt like they would be good dentists as my issues were explained well and in detail. Staff was friendly. However once it came time to explore treatment things seemed off. The price for my procedure was on the high end and then being told I could get 20 percent off if I get it done before the end of the year rubbed me the wrong way. Like, is this a business trying to generate sales or a medical practice trying to help people? Nevertheless, I was told I'd be emailed the estimate and that never happened. Can't say I'll be back or use this office going forward.

Experiencia negativa: NEGATIVE -⭐️s I was referred to On Point Dental in January to correct a crown on an implant. Nine months later, I still do not have a proper solution. The crown they placed came loose twice, never fit correctly, and created a food trap that has caused me ongoing issues. Despite months of trying to work with them, the office failed to meet their duty of care. At my most recent appointment, I was told all of their doctors had transitioned out, and the new doctor refused to continue my treatment. I was sent away with my tooth in a box, with no referral to a specialist or any path forward. This is medical abandonment. Patients deserve continuity of care and at the very least a referral when a provider refuses treatment. Instead, I was left with no resolution and no responsibility taken for the crown they mishandled. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic patient care at this office. I would strongly urge anyone considering On Point Dental to look elsewhere for a provider who respects their duty to care for patients properly. I came to this facility for help and they made the problem worse and then abandoned me!!!!

The waiting area is clean and modern, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The hygienist was super gentle and explained everything during my cleaning. Dr. K was friendly and answered all my questions without rushing. They showed me my x-rays and made sure I understood what was going on. I really liked that they cared about my comfort. They also worked with my insurance, which made things easy. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. This is a great place if you want quality care and kind people.

Experiencia negativa: I recently moved to az from washington and i was trying to find a good place to go down here. At the time On pointe had some decent reviews but i am now beyond frustrated with this business. They told me i had 6 CAVITIES and i thought this was really weird, while i had only 1 cavity within the last 5 years. They even tried to show me on the x-rays but im no dentist, im not sure what im looking at so i had my dentist office back home get the x-rays to see if this was really true. In fact i had not had even 1 CAVITY and they’re 1000% trying to get money from me. The greed of this office is disgusting. Will never refer anyone to this office, especially after looking at yelp reviews.

I would set appointments and turn around and go home.. get to the door and run back to my car.. shake at X-rays and not be able to eat all day. But from even from the first phone call to set an appointment, On Pointe, Dr. Nack and his entire team blew my expectations out of the water. I was scheduled to get my very first set of fillings and I have a very long road of dental work ahead of me.. I was terrified but Dr. Nack’s whole team was absolutely incredible. They were all so patient and so gentle with my needs. From the novocaine shots and numbing; to the procedure itself, I didn’t feel ANY pain!! I was smiling on my way out. So informative, caring and communicative. It's not a "turn and burn" kind of office, like previous experiences I've had at chain offices. My husband came in with so much pain from his wisdom tooth, and the office helped us with the best options. I got a call back and when I explained our family’s dental needs (anxiety surrounding sharp tools near face) the front desk manager Camille said they are not equipped to handle such cases. I find this odd considering your website specifies that you guys help people with dental anxiety. I also explained to her that we usually don’t need full sedation but would rather have nitrous or something less invasive and she continued to emphasize that your office is incapable of handling a patient like this. We are simply looking for a new dentist because our last one switched hygienists and she was too rough. The whole conversation felt like she just didn’t want our business for any reason at all. If you don’t want new patients then you should just say that- my family and I will gladly keep looking for the right dentist.

After the work is done and I no longer have a choice, I get a bill for the balance. So frustrating. I like Dr. Nack but I cannot work with his billing department.

Experiencia negativa: Waited to find out if my insurance was approved. No one got back to me - this was early Dec. wanted to use my benefits. My insurance said I was approved yet nothing from On Point. So the year ends & I reach out again. No reply. If you do not want new patients say so - I'm walking around with no lower for going on 2 1/2 months now and I need a dentist that cares at least a little about the people who sit in their chair.

From reception to checkout , to Dr.s Nack and Malika, your dental experience will be an excellent one here. A special shoutout to our hygenist Jason. His gentle methodology and overall approach made my procedures literally painless! For tbe first time in my life, I found myself relaxed and actually laughing during some difficult work that was overdue. Because of him I will never procrastinate on visits again.

Experiencia fantástica: Today i attended Onpointe dentistry for an appointment with Doctor Nack for 5fillings Greeted warmly by the front desk and then helped by Samantha as I had a headache.She gave me a little tylenol and a warm blanket and I felt heard and loved. Doctor Nack dealt with my fillings speedily and efficiently.He was understanding and compassionate to my needs. I highly recommend this Dentist .
