I love Dr Arzu Malik, she does an excellent job. Knowledgeable and very nice and friendly. She’s very reassuring and take time to listen to my questions and concerns. Beginning with the kind and compassionate receptionists and ending with the nicest, kindest, most empathetic doctor and nurse I've ever met. I started my appointment embarrassed and incredibly anxious and by the time it was over I was looking forward to my next appointment. I'll also be changing my children's dentist to this practice as well. I'm incredibly grateful for the understanding and compassion that was shown to me and I cannot recommend a better dental practice. If you're scared or anxious like I was, know the staff will handle your appointment with kindness and care, and that you'll leave having had the best, most informative care you could possibly receive! 6 months ago Experiencia negativa: So I make an appointment for my son 3 days in advance for a 3 o'clock. Day arrives; I Uber to this facility to find it completely abandoned. Did they move to another location? Did ICE raid the workplace? Everything still inside; just completely dark and doors shut. I called the number and no one picks up. Seems like an automated phone system as the number immediately text me back saying sorry we missed your call. Buy I left a message. 3 weeks later have yet to hear back from them on what may have happened. Never got a call before the appointment on why the place was closed or anything for them to reschedule. It was zero degrees outside. I'm stuck with no car and wasted money getting there. Horrendously unprofessional. I hope they go out of business ✌️

In just 45-50 minutes, I was able to address all my concerns and leave feeling satisfied. The dental team was incredibly efficient, kind, and thorough in their care. (They accept mass health insurance, which was a bonus.)

I called to make routine appointment and I was told they had no information on me, or my kids so we were new patients. I told the receptionist that couldn't be right, and asked if they've made some new changes to their system or something. She said no,however my concern is how nonchalant she was and could care less to confirm the information. How can an office just loose patient information? I booked with another office then since I was considered new.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I had one of the best experiences at the dentist. Dr. Arzu Malik is truly an exceptional dentist. I am very sensitive when it comes to my teeth; even a slight change can throw my jaw out of alignment, which has led to some terrible experiences in the past. I visited Dr. Malik for my first cleaning six months ago, and I recently had a tooth extraction performed by her. Her work is thorough, precise, and meticulous. I felt completely comfortable during the procedure for the first time and didn't even realize when my tooth was extracted. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and with great care.I am not going anywhere else.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Used the united healthcare portal to find an in network provider. Verified that Smiley Dental’s website also says that my plan is in network. I called my insurance they confirmed that both the location and doctor are in network. However when I showed up to my appointment I was informed that they don’t accept united healthcare insurance. No explanation; no apologies. Incredibly disappointing

Sad that he left, but I still stayed at Smiley Dental, but there never was a dentist who’d compare. I think it was last year that I started working with a new dentist there named Dr. Malik. 3 years ago Experiencia positiva: Took my mom here for dentures. The staff were really nice and accommodating to my 86 year old disabled mother - over 5 appointments! The parking is tough and the waiting room chairs are way too low and deep, which made it hard for my mom to stand once seated.
