Experiencia fantástica: I’m so excited with North Billerica Smiles . I wasn’t sure where to take my mother for dental care. She is 86 years old and hasn’t been to a dentist in many years. I wanted to make sure she got the right care. After getting a flyer in the mail about north Billerica smiles I knew where to take for dental care. They did a total evaluation and she has upper dentures and some real teeth . They took full x-rays And evaluated the health of her gums and partial lower bridge. Fortunately she was given a very good dental evaluation. My worries were taken care of after going north Billerica smiles. Further, more my mother had no dental insurance and north Billerica Smiles was able to provide her with affordable dental insurance effective the very next month. I was so estatic with north Billerica Smiles.

(She was reluctant to go out of fear from high cost, failure to meet needs & concerns.... [this was here experiences at other locations] in the past). Yes she needs a number of work done but with the extent and how long it had been.... being in the office for 3 hours seems like a lot; but this is a start to a new beginning, and this the best selfcare anyone can do! North Billerica Smiles. Immediately, welcomed my Mom as a new patient when I scheduled the appointment on the phone; she got an appointment the next day. All of the staff are welcoming, caring, concerned with their patients. All the staff treated my Mom exceptionally well and took the time to listen without being rushed and gentle with exam. Now my kids 2 and 3 both boys they were so comfortable with the staff that he went back with them without us which is rare for them to just go. He left the dentist all smiles he loved so much he wouldnt stop showing people his teeth and how shinny they were. As a parent that is what matters the most well to me and well the younger one was same way minus the smile we call him straight face around here lol. So all in all if your looking give them a try

Experiencia negativa: Honestly, a very disappointing experience. They claim to offer low cost implants. Contact them and spoke a few times before my appointment being very clear the work that I've already gotten done and the work I'm still in need of. They kept pushing the offer of a free consultation and wouldn't talk money at all. So I went and in less than one minute in the dental chair the dental tec tells me the cost associated for each implant needed. Which was extremely high compared to other dental offices. There claim of low cost, is extremely misleading. Be more upfront and honest, so my time and your time wouldn't have been wasted. I will saw from my brief experience at this location, the staff seemed very nice and the facility was well kept.

The turnaround time between the complimentary consultation and a meeting with Dr. Annese & team to discuss treatment and payment options is 1 day, tomorrow! Experiencia fantástica: The office is less than a block from rt 129. The parking is generous. The entrance is easily accessable by a few stairs or wheelchgair ramp. The inside of the building is spacious which is important ot me during this current covid situation. The interior is very clean and well lighted. The staff are pleasant, and informed. The work performed was professional and well done. The temp humidity and air are excellent. The is some construction but it is almost unnoticible. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

Experiencia negativa: Towards the end of 2021 they put a cap on one of my molars. The temporary cap constantly fell off practically immediately. I was told to get some denture glue, basically I was on my own till the permanent was ready. While eating with the temporary it popped off, I bit and cracked another tooth. Now, not even 2 years later the permit cap has failed.
