Experiencia negativa: Last time I was here to get work done, the dentist (forgot his name, a couple years ago) cut the corner of my mouth with the highspeed drill! Worst pain ever and he barely seemed sorry. I have yet to return back to this place to continue the work necessary. You guys don’t make your patients feel mentally, or physically comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: I’m done with this dental practice—and honestly, I should have left sooner. I never see the same dentist twice; there’s constant turnover with new faces every visit. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt despite several red flags, but I regret that now. A root canal performed incorrectly eventually caused the tooth to fracture and require extraction. Instead of fixing their mistake, they simply refer patients elsewhere for “root canal retreatments” and wash their hands of the issue. They’re also dismissive when patients ask questions about procedures. Do your research before choosing this office. I wish I had.

Experiencia negativa: I come in early for my appointment only to have to wait an hour while people who come in late and show up two hours late for their appointment gets called in before my kids do. Whatever system they have going is stupid and they should correct it. Because how is that I show up in time and have the whole waiting room get cleared out before I get called in.

Experiencia negativa: called for a consult and experiencing pain in my wisdom teeth, person at front desk wasn’t really knowledgeable and said they wouldn’t have an opening until July. didn’t ask me if it was an emergency or give me any referral to get seen by someone just for a consult!!

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst possible dentist office you can go i recently went in for a filling and they left my root canal open and ask me to come back and see a specialist. After waiting 3 weeks with an open root canal (a whole in my tooth)that they made in order to stop a cavity, and decay if that’s even true or necessary I received a call and it said this is your dentist we are calling because we want to change your appointment from Sunday at 12:00 to 11:30 on Monday and after all of this they said I wasn’t able to go to the office because I broke the appointment. Terrible place to get your teeth fixed

Experiencia negativa: I wish that I could give them 0. I didn't even visit this office today, I canceled my appointment. From dentist to staff lacking of total professionalism, and very rude. I had Arnold top for almost 20 years, so did my mom and sister, sadly he retired. I was recommended dr. Davis as an option, oh my I have regretted this decision. I went for my cleaning, I just got my teeth blush and shower on my face. When the dentist came to check me out, I tod her how I felt, she didn't pay much attention , then she said that everything was fine. I asked the front desk if I could cone back, and have someone else to do the cleaning, and their answer was they had a staff shortage, and that I must likely would have the same one

Experiencia negativa: Updated:they are even worse now, I dont know why they keep taking in patients if they don't have staff. My 18 years old is in hospital because of them her front tooth fell out and they can't do anything as emergency as I've experienced myself too even when my fillings fell the day after doing them no appt to actually do anything and they never did and when ask for records or info its always wrong and took a year but i was able to change dentist and they fixed the same day and told me how wrong this place were in the info they gave me after 3 consult visits on the same tooth but my girl shes 18 so couldn't handle it. The front staff is ok but there is a lot of work they need to do about their organization, and information and comunication with insurance companies. They do not have enough staff or dentist that can actually do more than a cleaning. The few they do have can only come for a day or two a week. There is 6 month wait for just something as a simple filling. I just took my daughter for a root canals re-treatment that was caused by their lack of taking care of it within the month after initially started and they could even tell me when a next appointment would be available as they said they do not have a schedule. I think they have too many patients for the short amount of dentists and time they could put in.

Not only did they take me in on a SUNDAY! They fixed my tooth that day. Thanks to everyone who works there. You guys are great.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually see Dr. Hills and she is the best dentist I ever had. She is very professional and cares a lot about my dental health. The exam is very thorough and gentle. Dr. Hills is also very warm and caring and always treats me like family. I refused to see anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband was a new pt. They booked his appt and got him in quickly. Dr Hills was awesome! The office staff is super friendly and was very helpful when speaking to them by phone (3x) as well as in the office.

They have absolutely no respect & while waiting for them on the phone for several minutes they told me at this point it’s too late to continue my appointment. Beyond heated, the doctor shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal. Been coming here for 15 years, despite quite a few years while having braces; come back to a crew of people who are trash. Completely all set y’all are THE WORST PLACE

Experiencia negativa: I have not seen the same dentist in this group in the last four or five visits that I have been there, therefore I have not established a good working relationship with anyone that knows my chart well. It seems to be a practice of revolving dentists available on inconsistent and different days. I've always gotten reactive emergency care rather than proactive care to make a plan for positive dental health to prevent any possible problems. I have not been satisfied with the quality of care, treatment, education or communication. I've had the same fillings replaced by this group several times, rather than had a competent doctor suggest alternative options. I will not go back and do not trust the quality of their care. I have found another dentist that provided me with information and options in ONE office visit, to take care of a possible root canal and filling, than I have had with the last four appointments with Dr Randall's office. I would rate their overall quality and competence as poor.
