Experiencia negativa: My appointment was made for a damage partial denture, which I repeated at the front desk. The male dentist did not even look at it nor was he concerned that I was using crazy glue to hold it together. Instead he referred me to a dental implant facility in Nashua and was surprised when I said I was not interested in implants. (They called me twice the following week.) That was our total interaction. I allowed the hygienist to take x-rays and clean my eight remaining natural teeth. She had the touch of a lumberjack. The bill was over $500. I will never, ever return.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointing experience. My appointment was originally scheduled earlier in the evening, but I was asked to move it to 5:00 PM. I arrived early, checked in, and expected to be seen close to my appointment time. Instead, I waited until approximately 5:35 PM without receiving treatment and ultimately had to leave and reschedule. What was most frustrating was not just the delay, but the lack of accurate communication. I was told that the hygienist was “almost done,” yet the wait continued to grow. I understand that unexpected delays happen in healthcare, but patients deserve realistic updates so they can make informed decisions about their time. Like everyone else, I have work, school, family, and personal commitments. If I had arrived 35 minutes late, I likely would have been considered a no-show or asked to reschedule. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the same respect for a patient’s time, especially when they arrive early and make an effort to accommodate schedule changes requested by the office. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me feeling that my time was not valued.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the practice. First, I called the office and told them I was experiencing pain. They put me right in for an appointment. Carissa was very caring in concerned about my pain. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone was very pleasant. Robin did preliminary work and took x-rays and made me comfortable. Dr. Stevens explained my options and I decided to have the tooth extracted. I was extremely pleased with his professional manner and caring. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: I visited Future of Dentistry in Dracut today. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, my experience with Dr. OLIVER AUSTRIA was extremely disappointing. He seemed dismissive and unwilling to answer basic questions about my treatment. When I asked whether it was necessary to remove both a top and bottom wisdom tooth when only one was misaligned, his response was condescending—telling me that if I wanted to be my own dentist, this was not the place for me. As a patient, I have every right to ask questions and understand my options, but Dr. Austria made it clear he had no interest in providing explanations or reassurance. His attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unheard and disrespected. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who values patient communication and care.

Experiencia fantástica: Best hygienist, I ever had. She treated my gums with a gel to desensitize the gums before scaling. Was never offered that before. She was very informative throughout the entire procedure and provided brushing and flossing tips to improve my dental health. A big thanks Doris!

Experiencia fantástica: I get dentist anxiety but from my phone call to walk-in and paperwork to exam, everyone made me feel nothing but comfortable. I required a referral to Endodontics and they took care of all that as well, ensuring an office that accepts my insurance as well as calling there to register me and book my appointment. Very happy with my choice.

Followed by a tooth extraction where both dentist and dental assistant made me feel very comfortable. Frequently asking me if I was ok...I really lived how the DMD worked so well with everyone to in the office to give me, the patient the best care possible. The admin assistants were also superb. ( answering my important ques about insurance etc rtc...)

Their office recommended that I make appointments at the Dracut office since I’d be traveling there from my workplace which is relatively close. My wife was concerned because the reason she wanted me to visit them was the quality of the staff there in Chelmsford. They assured her that the Dracut team was equally as caring and professional. I can attest to that statement. Everyone I’ve encountered at the Future of Dentistry in Dracut is extremely personable, making me feel welcome and at ease. I’ve had a few procedures done that could’ve been very stressful. They made sure I was absolutely comfortable and pain-free during the procedure. They’ve cured me of my fear of dentists. Highly recommended.

He make sure your teeth/gum are good & healthy. I had a piece of sour patch candy hidden in my teeth somewhere the night before & he dig/scrap it out. Thought I floss & brush it good myself before I went there for a consultation for my teeth whitening. Definitely going back to him for my teeth whitening soon when I has money $ . Experiencia fantástica: ABSOLUTELY amazing! Friendly staff, caring and knowledgeable dentist. Long story short...I went to a "reputable" dentist in the area. He wanted to take my tooth out and not replace the filling, do a root canal. I sought a second opinion at Future of Dentistry. This is AFTER the dentist at the first place injected my CHEEK AND UPPER throat/nasal cavity with Novacain and I developed a hematoma within minutes. My cheek BLEW UP, it was BAD. Future of Dentistry has restored my faith.

I had two old fillings removed and refilled on either side of my mouth. I was so comfortable throughout the entire procedure, that I almost nodded off a time or 2. I just want to say what an amazing experience I had with the 2 fillings, and I have been to many dentists. The office is clean and well organized. I would highly recommend FOD for all your family dental care needs.

Also like that there's parking spaces in the back of the main road. 1st appointment was a consult and they were very thorough. They showed me the damage I had and how they would remedy it. I was on a waitlist for earlier slots and they were able to squeeze me in. 2nd appt I had Tanya. I rushed from work and Tanya started right away and got me out in efficient time. She explained everything that was happening and was pleasant to talk to. I hate dental cleaning and needles but she made it bearable. She seems very excited about her work. Definitely trust her work.

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATED BELOW! Only been here once so far, but it was excellent. And Kim at the front desk really knows her stuff so transferring from another dentist was simple! Update just did a crown here and these guys are awesome! Very accommodating, to dental scaredy-cats, i.e. ME. BUT GREAT WORK, fast and efficient. Definitely sticking with these peeps! Second crown done recently and we needed to try 3x because the lab made the first 2 incorrectly. Dr. Austria was great tho as he refused to adapt either of the bad ones and then just put one in to get it over with. He made sure i left there with a perfect crown. I would much rather a dentist who is concerned with my long term oral health, than one wanting to macgyver a rando crown into my trap. Thanks again!!!

They had all new office workers. The office was no longer convenient for me to go to. I HATE going to the dentist. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth. Not only is it expensive but I HATE going through the different procedures. And I know I still need work done. So I looked up some dentist offices online and figured I would give this one a try. When I first walked in I was blown away and I have been there 4 times in about the last 4 months. First of all, the receptionists are SO friendly and welcoming. They always have a smile on their face. My hygienist is so nice. She never makes me feel bad about my teeth. And she does a wonderful job. Most recently I had to see Dr. Austria for a filling. He is so good as well. He was quick and so nice. EVERYONE here is great! I am so lucky to have tried this place!

Well I made one of the hardest phone calls... I lucky got Kim. She was patient and extremely understanding. She was able to get me in the very next morning.
