Fantastic experience: After two days of suffering with a terrible throbbing tooth - I was able to get into my dentist who referred me to One Endodontics. My dentist referred my around 11:30 am And I was having the procedure done at 2:30pm. Dr Al-Hassany was very empathetic and caring. He explained the procedure and assured me that it would Be pain free. He was right - other than all the noise I was totally painfree. Thanks for taking me in so quickly and remedying my infected tooth.

Fantastic experience: The team at One Endodontics were able to work me into their schedule at a very late notice and Dr. Shakir did a fantastic job on my root canal. He took the time to walk me through the procedure and maintained a calm and anxiety-free environment.

Fantastic experience: On a referal from my dentist, I was able to get an appointment with One Endodontics within two days. I arrived for my appointment quite early but was taken in within a few minutes. A determination was made that I needed a root canal. and they were able to perform the proceedure immediately. The dentist and assistant were very attentive to my comfort. All went well and it is the next day, and I have very little discomfort. I recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience with One Endodontics, especially considering nobody is exactly excited to need an endodontist. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, caring, and clearly understood how stressful and intimidating this kind of procedure can be. They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I especially liked that they gave me a pair of AirPods Max to wear during the surgery so I could put on my music, tune everything else out, and make the experience a little easier. What I appreciated most was how human everyone was about it. At the end I told them, “No offense, but I really hope I don’t see you again anytime soon,” and they completely understood and laughed along with me. They know people are nervous when they walk through the door, and it feels like they genuinely try to make an uncomfortable situation as easy and supportive as possible. Hopefully I won’t need another visit anytime soon, but if I ever do, I’d absolutely trust them again.

Dr Kargoli was exceptionally nice, professional, knowledgeable, charming, compassionate and understanding. He took all the time allowing me to express my ongoing dental discomfort and to explain to me with details his professional opinion and suggestions on how to address my dental problem. Dr Kargoli's staff is extremely professional and friendly. Crystal, the Office Manager, welcomed me in a very friendly way going an extra mile to offer me an appointment the same day I called if I could be seen. She was very helpful through the entire process as a new patient and with my future check ups. Adriana and Hardley, dental assistants, were very nice and helpful and patient guiding me through the exams taken prior to see Dr Kargoli. I highly recommend Dr Kargoli and his team. The office environment is very cordial and warmhearted beside being exceptionally clean.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of getting two of my teeth treated because of old root canals I had. One Endodontics have been a godsend. The staff from the receptionist to the hygienist to the endodontist have all been courteous, professional, and top notch! The clinic is modern, comfortable, and up to date on the latest dental technology and they even gave me a headset to listen to my favorite music while my procedure was done. The whole process was easy and relatively painless. They follow up with you, periodically check in and they offer bottled water in the lobby. The dentist was incredibly skillful with my tooth. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Miracle Hands: I canceled my appointment three times due to dental anxiety, and I arrived feeling overwhelmed and afraid. From the very beginning, Tomasa at check-in was incredibly kind, gentle, and calming. Her warmth helped steady me in a moment when I truly needed it. When I went back, I shared my fear with Dr. Kargoli. He spoke to me with such patience and kindness, reassuring me that I would not feel any pain. He also told me we didn’t have to proceed that day if I wasn’t ready, and that we could reschedule—or even have my doctor call in something for anxiety. That compassion made me feel safe for the first time in a dental setting. Because of that care, I found the courage to move forward. What happened next honestly amazed me—I felt absolutely no pain at all, not even the needle. Adrian and Meylin, his assistants, gave me earphones and played music of my choice, creating a sense of comfort that allowed me to fully relax. At one point, I was so at ease that I actually began to fall asleep during the procedure. The procedure to clean out the infection was successful and the six months follow up was satisfactory without the need for additional surgery. Before coming here, I had seen four different doctors, three Endodontists and one General dentist without success, and I had to tolerate dental pain for 10 months. Their final recommendation was to remove my tooth, which I was not comfortable accepting. Thankfully, Dr. Saif Karol carefully evaluated my case, correctly diagnosed the problem, and was able to save my tooth. I’m truly grateful for his expertise and highly recommend this practice to anyone needing specialized dental care.

Fantastic experience: Right from the moment I stepped into the office, I felt comfortable and welcomed. I had been referred by my dentist because I was having a problem with my tooth. I’ve never had an issue with my teeth before and I was very nervous (no one ever wants to hear the words root canal). After taking images and confirming what I dreaded, I had to have it done. The staff and Dr. were truly amazing. They walked me through everything and even gave me headphones so I could listen to my phone. They made me as comfortable as possible and it didn’t take very long. My jaw is a little tight and sore - I have a small mouth though. If you have to go through something like this, you will absolutely be in good hands.

Dr. Khalili was super professional, knowledgeable, and comprehensive in his exam and assessment of my dental situation. I felt fully informed to make a decision re: future treatment. The office was equipped with state-of-the-art CT scan and x-ray devices, and the staff was very competent in their operation. The receptionist was very helpful in taking care of the intake paperwork, following up with obtaining my dental history, and explaining insurance procedures. Fantastic experience: Dr is very competent, staff had troubles with their computer systems and as it happened could not send out my prescription on time, which cost me a whole day of waiting around at the pharmacy. Today, i received a call from ONE ENDODONTIST apologizing to me and asking what they could do to make it up to me. I responded that, it was just bad luck. Next thing you know: NOT ONLY DID THEY APPOLOGIZED BUT THEY ALSO REFUNDED THE CONSULTATION FEE. Innall my years never have i ever received an apology much less a refund.
