Negative experience: I have a concern of how often they change dentists here. Short notice of switching dentists and hygienists. I was just informed I will be seen by a new dentist. It's hard to build trust again here.

Negative experience: My experience with the financial department was frustrating. I was initially given a clear confirmation of the exact amount I would need to pay. However, I later received an email stating that more money was owed. This inconsistency made the process feel unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! I had a bad feeling before my appointment and it didn’t help when the guy who came in after me said that he wanted to cancel his wife’s appointment due to her not feeling confident in the dr. I brushed it off and stuck with my appointment which was for two fillings, and a crown replace. The horror started when she started numbing the wrong side of my mouth until I had to inform her it was the wrong side! Then there were just times I was in so much pain! The filling also felt like a Lego block was shoved into my tooth. The filling ultimately fell out while I was flossing just 5 or so weeks later…. This practice just switched drs and it’s a shame because the previous dentists were amazing! Do not let these new dentists touch your teeth!

Positive experience: I've been a patient for years and have referred multiple family/ friends. This last time... I wasn't happy with the billing process. I received an estimate showing what would be covered by my insurance but at the time of service, my bill was a lot higher. I understand that certain services aren't covered via insurance, but I wasn't notified until after my service was done. After speaking to the office, they had received the pre auth from insurance the day before my actual appt day. So they had time to inform me that my actual out of pocket would be alot higher than estimated. I should have been the one to make the decision about going forward with the treatment. Otherwise, the service is good but there needs to be more communication with the patients regarding coverage/co-payments.

Fantastic experience: It had been a few years since I was an Atlas Walk - more recently for my son then myself. I didn't know that the previous owners had sold the business. The new Dentist Dr. Saiyed and Vanessa her assistant took Excellent care of me. I had fillings and are in the process of getting a crown replacement. They made me feel comfortable and ensured that everything was to my satisfaction. The Front Office staff was very nice as well. I highly recommend their services.

Positive experience: The reception staff are both professional and caring, and all the dental hygienists, including the orthodontist, provide excellent care for their patients. It would be helpful if the dental hygienists had an assistant during cleanings, as I had to leave the chair a couple of times to use the restroom during my cleaning. My family and I have been patients for several years and have always been satisfied with the service. The orthodontist is also very kind and professional, but appointment flexibility could be improved. Weekend or evening appointments would be much more convenient for school students. Requiring a high school student to leave class every month for an appointment isn’t ideal. Greater flexibility is key for students balancing school schedules.

Negative experience: My experience with my dentist was great but I didn't like how they forced me to pay upfront the full amount that I owed after getting my crown. I begged them to send me my bills or to pay half but they just wanted the full balance which I was not expecting.

Fantastic experience: I have being going here for over 5 years, and would definitely recommend! The staff is friendly, the hygienists are rockstars (especially Kazee), and the dentists are great at what they do. As someone who used to get anxious at the dentist, Atlas Walk does an excellent job connecting with the patient and calming their nerves.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Atlas Walk Dental for many years and have always loved Dr Adi so I was initially hesitant when Dr. Adi retired and the practice transitioned to new dentists. Dr. Saiyed however has been amazing! She is very detail-oriented and skilled and I am glad she has joined the practice!

Although personnel have changed, I am so grateful to have been seen on the morning of a trip out of town for needed treatment. The new dentist worked confidently to fix the problem, and we left on time. We think Denise and Rebecca are great hygenists. And, the front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here at this office! I completed my orthodontic treatment here at this office. I got braces July 21st,2020 and although my treatment was only supposed to be for 18 months and I ended up doing 29 months in December of 2022 I’ve gotten so many compliments by my smile. I originally was recommended by another office to pull four teeth which I didn’t want to do so I came here and I am happy that I did. The staff here is so welcoming and I left with a gorgeous smile and a renewed sense of confidence!

Negative experience: I wanted 2 weeks for a return phone call but no one called. Be aware if you have dental work done - I had a root canal and your dentist leaves - there is no warranty. I had a root canal - paid for it - the dentist told me after a few months it needed to be redone and I needed to see a specialist- but he would re crown it. Paid $1800 for the root canal . After everything healed called the office - made an appointment- no less than 4 calls was made and my full story told . Came to the appointment and found out they did not bother to tell me the dentist was no longer there - they said they would made calls and get back to me . NO ONE has called . I am out 2800.00 and now have to pay for a crown. Please make sure you get some assurance your work is guaranteed.

My daughter and I have both had our orthodontic work here (Invisalign and braces), I’ve had multiple oral surgeries here, we’ve had our dentistry work here for years, and we have not had one bad experience. They do impeccable work, the entire staff is very friendly, the office is incredibly clean at all times, they always do their best to make sure patients are happy with the results, and I feel they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend this office, I’ve been a patient for many years and so glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: Loosened a crown while on vacation, Atlas gave me an early appointment upon return home, opened early to fit me into the schedule and replaced the crown. Painless, prompt, good processes and very hygienic practice. I really am thankful they are here!

Negative experience: I took my dtr to have her teeth polished after having her braces taken off. My dtr has anxiety and she was quite nervous at her appointment. The doctor told my daughter to shut up then made her two front teeth uneven. I’m having to take her to a specialist to have her teeth corrected. I do not recommend this practice.

He is a perfectionist and takes the time to patiently explain every step of your treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I normally hate the Dentist, but my recent experience with Atlas Walk Dental was amazing. I came in for an infected tooth. I was told all my options, and they answered my endless questions. Together we came up with a plan for the extraction and future care. Dr. Al and his assistant Linda were so patient and helpful throughout whole ordeal.
