Fantastic experience: Dr. Lancour is a very honest and ethical and professional dentist. She runs a very clean and well organized office on the first floor off of Sawmill rd. Her goal is to help you keep your teeth. The staff she has wirking for her are great to work with. Gayle at front desk and Terry the dental hygentist, have worked with Dr. Lancour for years. That tells you something. It is a well establish office that goes out of thier way to work for you and run things right.

Fantastic experience: It had been 4 years since I visited a Dentist. Had a little bleeding from one tooth so I made the appointment. Naturally, I was afraid of what they would find. Just 2 small cavities, 1 tooth crown and teeth cleaning. Appointment set for November after my insurance is checked out. The Dentist was quite pleasant and put me at ease. The whole staff worked as one. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: They treated me and my family like garbage. My needs were always fallen on deph ears from the dentist. Don't go there if you wanna be judged.

But on my last visit, Dr Lancour and staff really went above and beyond. After a cracked tooth I was stressed, emotional, and frightened. From my initial phone call to the same day appointment, to Dr. Lancour addressing the issue, everything went smoothly and as stress free as possible. Dr. Lancour does wonderful work and her staff are all so kind and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Minutes before my appointment I realized I was in the wrong building. I immediately called the office and explained I was close but ‘lost’. The voice on the other end assured me that I was close because she saw what she thought was my car. She stayed with me until I parked. I got inside to be greeted by Gail who guided me to the office. As I sat in the waiting room, I felt very comfortable. I loved the color scheme, the chairs were comfortable and beautiful, but I especially loved the pic on the wall of a stormy looking ocean. I’m from the Bahamas so I knew I was in the right place. Then I met my dental hygienist, Theresa, who made sure I was as comfortable as ever and she explained everything. After viewing my X-rays she came across something which ‘was different’. She called Dr Lancour who realized what it was. To sum it all up, everyone made my first appointment as comfortable as possible. Thank you.
