Fantastic experience: The staff and dentists at the Wolf River Dentistry site in Cordova are personable, professional and PUNCTUAL! This is the first medical office that I’ve ever experienced that doesn’t make you wait before being seen. Appointments usually start exactly at the designated time (as soon as you walk in) and the service and attitudes are awesome!

Katie the receptionist is always so pleasant and accomodating with helping me book an appointment with my wacky life schedule but she always finds a way to make it work. All the dental assistants are kind and caring also. I told Dr. Dagen about a bad experience as a teenager that's pushed me away from making appointments as frequently as I should and he and staff continue to reassure me and provide me with comfort every appointment. I am so grateful for Wolf River Dental!

Fantastic experience: Dental hygiene specialist, Heather, was very good. I have tight teeth that break normal floss, causing most to cut my gums. She used the thinner floss and was gentle but very thorough, taking the time and care not to hurt my gums. Doc was great, giving me options on a future procedure.

Fantastic experience: This is best dental office in the city. I love this dentist and staff. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you. The service is excellent and I have been a patient over 10 years. Fantastic experience: I have gone here for over 12 years and love them! I started out with Dr Thomas and now see Dr Dagen and they are both great. I trust their opinions, it has a very small town, family practice vibe which I appreciate and I will gladly drive a little further to stay there. Heather has been my hygienist for all the years and I adore her as well! I tried to switch at one point for a more convenient location after a move and job change, but came running back! The office I had switched to recommended fillings that ended up not being necessary AT ALL after coming back to Dr Dagen for a second opinion. You truly can’t beat the environment and sweet people!

Rae made sure that I asked for the senior discount. X-rays were taken. Otherwise I left knowing I had been examined and cleaned thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Wolf River Dental for at least ten years because the people there make sure that going to the dentist is not scary or too time-consuming. I get in right away, and the teeth cleaning process is always just an hour or less. Heather is my hygienist, and she is wonderful. She’s friendly, gentle, efficient, and thorough. I always recommend this place to anyone who hates going to the dentist. I never dread going, like I used to when I went to other dentists.
