Fantastic experience: This office is unbeatable, top notch care and service! Every person on staff is absolutely amazing, compassionate and so patient. Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to thank them for seeing me so quick. I had called around and couldn't find a dentist at all. I live in the community behind the building and past this place constantly. I looked it up, called them up, and they hooked me up. Very friendly staff very friendly. Dr. Bott cooler than the other side of the pillow. I was in and out fairly quick and efficient. No Cavities Baby!!!

Negative experience: I just called up here to set up an appointment with them. The young lady that answered the phone was very nasty and was telling me that I need to give her all of my insurance information just to do a next day appointment and I told her that I’m working and can’t go home to get this information. Can I go ahead and schedule I will pay cash if need be , then she starts saying oh she can’t see me until next Monday now but if I would’ve gave my insurance information, she literally says she had a next day appointment because I’m having a dental emergency, but she was very snotty on the phone and very short with me, the wrong person who have represent. I have a toothache that’s very painful and her nasty attitude is not needed

We do ask for insurance information in advance so we can verify benefits and give accurate estimates, but that should never come across as rude, unhelpful, or dismissive. I’m very sorry that it felt that way to you, and we will be reviewing this call internally so we can coach our team and prevent this from happening again.

Fantastic experience: I'm a long time client of Botts Dental Spa. I love the calming environment with a spa like appearance, zen music, muted paint tones, and spa amenities like paraffin wax hand treatments and cool eye patches! The new tech, Natalie, had me laughing and was just a pure joy. Having always been so afraid of the dentist's office Botts Dental Spa has been great for me! Over the years my anxiety over dental appointments has evaporated. Jason Botts has a wonderful, humorous bedside manner that is very calming. I highly recommend to anyone, but especially if you experience anxiety or fear visiting the dentist. Truly a great practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Botts has been my dentist since 2014. The Botts office is like family now. Best of all, Dr. Botts has helped a "chicken" like me gradually overcome my fears of the dentist. He offers sedation dentistry, which is amazing for those fearful that need a lot of work to overcome a lack of proper dental care growing up. Go see them! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Botts for a couple of years now. Laura, his hygienist, is great with cleanings, as she is very thorough and gentle. The staff is friendly and have been up front with costs and procedures. I have felt very comfortable with Dr. Botts and Laura and I would definitely recommend them for future dental cleanings or needed dental work.

Fantastic experience: Amazing private dentist office. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the work they do is exceptional. I’ve had a ton of work done there recently and every time has been stress free and comfortable. They really take their time and are very meticulous. I haven’t had a single issue with any part of the work they’ve done, including crowns, fillings, etc…Such an improvement from my last dentist. Bott’s dental spa is one of the best if not the best dentist office in Memphis. Super clean and modern looking and a very comfortable atmosphere.
Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Botts Dental Spa for almost 10 years. They were my first dentist when I moved to Memphis and I've been very happy here since! The office is very clean, the staff is wonderful, and I have never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room to be seen. Dr. Botts, in addition to seeing him every 6 months, has helped me in several situations since becoming a patient. He gave me a recommendation to get my wisdom teeth removed (the surgeon he recommended was great), has filled a cavity, and has removed my permanent retainer (top and bottom). All experiences have been very positive! He's professional and very thorough. He not only checks your teeth but he checks your muscles all around your jaw too. My dental hygienist, Laura, is the best! She cleans my teeth so well. She is very thorough but she is not too rough. With having braces as a teenager and my 3 pregnancies as an adult, my teeth and gums are very sensitive. She never hurts me during a cleaning! She is a pleasure to catch up with every 6 months and she is a huge reason why I am still a patient there. I used to live closer to their office (Bartlett) but I have lived in Germantown the last 4 years. It takes me 30 minutes to get to Dr. Botts' office but I've had such consistently great experiences there that making the drive is worth it to me. I'm thankful to Dr. Botts & Laura for taking care of me since 2015!
Fantastic experience: Dr. Botts and his team are very professional, yet down to earth. Laura is welcoming and excellent at her job. My husband and I have been going there for a few years, and the wait time has always been no more than 10 minutes each time. I highly recommend them.
