Negative experience: Overcharged for cleaning and bite wings, should cast without insurance $150 to $200, was charged $500 for each of us. Had our insurance and overcharged...be careful Chicago ownership.

In a situation that was both painful and stressful, her responsiveness and genuine concern meant a great deal to me. Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found Germantown Advanced Dentistry during a dental emergency. Everyone is friendly, understanding and doesn't shame you for not seeing a dentist in years. Dr Maddox has pulled two molars and a wisdom tooth and I've had no complications or issues. They offer nitrus and that makes it so easy to have not only a cleaning but also complex procedures done while being relaxed and comfortable.

The environment is so nice and clean. I'm so happy with the results from the Invisalign. Dr. Johnson has really taken care of my teeth. I love my smile. When I smile people think I have veneers or partials because my teeth are so white and straight . If you want a beautiful smile and healthy teeth Germantown Advanced Dentistry is the place to go. Negative experience: Please do your research before coming here. They will book you quickly out of network without informing of the charges you will incur. The cleaning was sub par and they are under staffed, the employees come and go and are unhappy. If you love your teeth like I do, pick another dental office.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter has encouraged me for a couple of years to switch over to Advanced Dentistry for my Dental health needs, because she is so pleased with the care they give her. I have been very happy with my other dentist. A few days ago I had a small accident and broke off the lower portion of my upper left central tooth. Dr. Johnson worked me right in and I was very pleased with the care and attention I received. Everything was "top drawer". The staff is so helpful, the facility is modern and inviting and Dr. Johnson did an amazing job on repairing my tooth. I will be using Advanced Dentistry for all of my dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnson clearly explained the process for my abutment before my crown will be placed on my implant. The new technology for scanning the precise size for the crown over the implant was awesome! She took the time to also explain the new procedure for straightening my teeth.

Negative experience: Dental office claims to check for insurance coverage on their website. They actually just tell you anything to get you to have service with them, then they deliver full charges to you, without using your insurance!

Every office I had contacted could not see me for two more months even though I was in pain. I was given an appointment with these professional ladies the very day I called. The office was welcoming from the front desk to the dental exam and treatment room. Their knowledge ,skills and patience were a délight. The office was easy to find, with ease of parking. The waiting room and exam rooms were very upscale,clean and comfortable. I am delighted to say that I will be returning as a regular patient. Fantastic experience: I visited this office yesterday for the first time after my dentist joined the practice. It was a great experience from start to finish. The administrators were kind and welcoming and got me processed in and out quickly. The teeth cleaning and x-rays were borderline enjoyable because Nikki was so easy to talk to, and my teeth look and feel so clean. Both she and Dr. Johnson were incredible — they took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, despite the fact that my appointment ended up running twice as long as my typical 1-hour dentist visit. Although I can only speak to my one visit at this office, I’ve been seeing Dr. Johnson for years and she’s consistently knowledgeable and pleasant. She’s so passionate about teeth and her patients that it would be weird if she wasn’t a dentist, and the level of trust that I have in her is really difficult to find. Could not recommend her more highly.

From the beginning checking in with the always friendly and professional Kimberly, to the awesome dental hygienists and doctors always taking time to answer any questions I may have. Negative experience: Ive been going here for 3 years, my dentist retired, his partner took over. Then she left in September. I wasn't notified by anyone until half way through my cleaning. Then I was price gauged about every service they offered. These are services that were once covered by my plan. Apparently they charging separately for everything now.

Brandon (Dr Powell) explained everything thoroughly and kept me involved with exactly what he was seeing and thinking as well as the plan to alleviate my issue. Very impressed with this place.
