Fantastic experience: I just got my teeth cleaned & it was an amazing experience! The Dental Hygienist, Katreena, was so thorough & gentle. I almost fell asleep. The environment feels warm, professional & inviting.

Fantastic experience: Today at Southern Dental went great! They were able to get me an appointment this afternoon and I only called this morning. Dr Collier fixed what I needed done and explained everything well as it went on. He even showed me the room where the machines were making the teeth! And I got to see his little peach poodle puppy padding around the halls with his cute self again.

The staff was VERY attentive, positive, and overall amazing. I am in the final steps of getting my implant and the process has been carefree and easy! Everyone that works here is EXCEPTIONAL!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Collier is great!!! I was referred to Dr. Collier by a few other oral surgeons who said that my case was too complicated for them. At our first meeting I advised Dr Collier of their concerns and he advised us on an acceptable and widely used way to do this procedure on someone like me. Before I met Dr. Collier, I was having teeth pulled regularly, upper dentures wouldn’t stay in and fell out at VERY opportune times. In addition after years of smoking and coffee, I rarely smiled in pictures, even when I still had them all. Dr. Collier and his entire team are very down to earth, personable and compassionate

Negative experience: March 23,2023 I saw Collier to tighten my implant tooth #11and 12 which was install about a month ago. The dentist that order the implant from the lab wasn’t able to get tooth #11 tight so he refunded my money . Implant tooth #12 went in with no problems. Implant tooth # 11 Collier had problems tighten the tooth . Collier took about an hour adjusting, filing , removing, replacing the tooth until he said he got the tooth to fit . On December 18, 2025 the implant tooth #11 fell out of my mouth while I was flossing .On December 22, 2025 I had an appointment with Collier about my implant tooth falling out while flossing.Collier examined the situation and told me he could remove the broken screw and replace my implant tooth for $950 . I paid the $950 then Collier began to work on my implant . While Collier was working in my mouth his dog enter the room and sniff my arm Collier was having problems again with implant tooth#11.After about an hour working on my implant tooth he stop and said I would have to replace everything and it would cost me $2,200. I told him I didn’t have $2,200 then I asked him why he all of a sudden had to start over when he just said he could fix everything with no problem . Collier didn’t answer he just left the room .Collier refunded my $950 then file a claim with my insurance company for $950 for work he didn’t do . I file a complaint with BBB. Collier responded to my complaint was that my implant was defective. March 26,2026 I went to Dr. Swearingen the dentist who install my implant. Swearingen examined , cleaned and put a cap on my implant tooth. Swearingen stated my implant was in excellent condition and my implant didn’t need to be replaced. I believe my implant tooth #11 was damaged by Collier on March 2023 and he somehow managed to glue the tooth tight and over a year with me flossing the tooth fell out . Collier will not admit he damaged my implant tooth he rather say the implant was defective and we know that’s not true . I would not recommend Collier to anyone for implant service.

Fantastic experience: Another great dental hygiene appointment with Macy. She is kind, very concerned with my comfort and so professional. The front office - Jeff and Diane (Hank Williams too, of course) are very welcoming. I look forward to working with Dr. Collier and his lab techs when it is time to replace my current bridgework.

Fantastic experience: Reviews are given sparingly in my life unless warranted. I have been so impressed by the care and expertise of this practice for my son's complete mouth restoration! This was very traumatic for him and they have made the process precise, impressive and with kindness. You absolutely cannot tell his teeth are not the original teeth! He looks so handsome and amazing. The staff works diligently to be sure everything is exactly the way they promised and have been more than gracious to accommodate our schedule. The anesthesiologist was great, the dentist amazing and most of all, Ashley is the BEST! Honestly, she treats my son as if he is her very own and we are forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Collier and all of his staff are always responsive, friendly and professional. The office is very warm and relaxing. Everyone is constantly busy caring for patients and handling the necessary business but I always feel genuinely cared for and have never felt like I was just another appointment.

Fantastic experience: This is the day after my procedure and I have no pain. Dr. Collier and his assistant were wonderful. In fact, I didn't want sedation because I was alone and didn't have a driver. Nevertheless, I didn't feel any pain other than a slight pinch from the shot. I would recommend sedation due to the time involved in the procedure but not because of pain or discomfort. I would like to thank the staff including Jeff and all those that helped me. I didn't believe it would be so easy.

Negative experience: I have lower dental implants. I was in severe pain as a result of food particles underneath the implants. I could not get in to be seen by anyone for approx a month or so. I am grateful this guy got me in to be seen. However, charged me $450, for a dental tech to loosen four small screws and rinse the implant in a sink in the room. He caught me in a vulnerable state..PAIN and took full advantage. Had the nerve to ask, if I want to come back every 90 days. YEAH RIGHT!!! Shame on you!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just came in for a cleaning, first time with Macy, who is a very pleasant young woman, and knew much of my history when I came in. She seems focused and efficient.

Negative experience: I went here with the idea that they would do anything they could to make this happen for me. Unfortunately, I'm sitting here now a year later finally about to enjoy my new teeth. But, it's not bc of this place at all it's thanks to the UT Dental School that finally saw how much pain & even health problems I was encountering & has helped me get this relief I have been looking for, for years. Anyway this place was very nice but never really explained to me if I paid $650 for X-rays and pictures of my teeth & if I decided not to be able to use them that I wouldn't be able to get any of that $650 back. So, before you go to this place you better make sure 100% that you are gonna be able to let them do the work otherwise your out of $650. Now, you can't tell me that the picture & the X-rays they did cost $650 I would understand if not all of it was non-refundable but not to be able to get any of that back just because I wasn't able to be financed or be able to come up with the rest that means I have them $650 for practically nothing. I just wouldn't recommend them if you aren't sure if you are gonna get them done through them because if you don't you will be told you won't be able to get any of that money back and be told that you can use it as credit to come see them tho. Which now that makes no sense, why would I go back to them for anything if I am getting my dental work done somewhere differently and a whole whole lot cheaper. Just saying. Just giving anyone a heads up that you have to have quit a bit of money to go to this place otherwise they will not work with you or even offer to help you any further.

To be as convenient as possible for them as well as the patient. Easy scheduling, they have an emotional support dog, Hank and even he makes you feel at home. Love this place. Positive experience: First I was a bit weirded out by the receptionist guy who came outside to examine me and he wasn’t that inconspicuous. He made sure he looked at and in my car. (I was actually pre-filling out an electronic form sent via text from his office, during my long drive). Anywho, the decor was nice, complimentary coffee and tea (but please put sanitizer wipes out for each use). The rest of the staff were friendly and professional. And I saw the actual dentist I found on IG. It’s a bit of a drive for me but worth it. This is the best place so far. Highly recommended.

They are also very conscious of your pain threshold and manage that area with expertise. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, is an asset to their team. I would however like to single out Hank for his wonderful chair-side manner and his ability to quickly put you at ease for any procedure. Positive experience: The staff there were great and very polite. They were up front with me on everything that we talked about. Just wish they could have been able to help me with what I needed but it wasn't because they couldn't it was because it was above my financial situation. So if you need dental work by all means go check them out.

Negative experience: This office pulled a bait-and-switch on me price going from less than $4000 to over $9000 only after having taken in a $650 initial fee. it should be illegal. Despite whatever they tell you in words, the small print allows them radically change the cost of treatment despite the requirements of the treatment not changing at all. A special place in hell awaits such sophisticated scoundrels.

Fantastic experience: Today was just a consultation, but everyone I met was extremely personable and spoke to me like an individual and not just another “sale.” I believe I met with Cassie (I really suck with name retention, but that’s on me). We went over the various options for implants, as well as traditional dentures. She explained the breakdown pricing and provided information on the financing companies they accept. She described the Complete Dental Physical, which is the second step in the process, providing Dr Collier with the necessary knowledge on how best to proceed. I never felt pressured to make any decision on the spot, which is the complete opposite of past experiences. If I move forward with the procedures, I feel quite confident in Dr. Collier and his team.
