Negative experience: Doctor Dallam has charming personality for sure, but unfortunately not high quality in Crown work! I went to him March 2023 for a tooth needed filling, that tooth ended-up with X3 fillings and ended-up with Crown in 2024, then within few days bleeding started and he told me I needed Root Canal? Then another tooth needed Crown, somehow after 2 weeks with temporary Crown the permanent one didn’t fit and he said their lab made a mistake, I’ve had to wear another temporary Crown for additional two weeks! Then another tooth needed Crown in 2023 and this one actually needed Root Canal only after 2 1/2 years. Now I’m not sure how or why I suddenly needed all these Crowns? In my entire life I’ve only had two Crowns then in less than two years three Crowns? Not to mention somehow between these Crown he replaced every fillings I’ve had? He said those needed to be redone otherwise will be cracked?! But he sure had the best office management team, and the best Dental Assistants ( they all left him January 2025)!

Positive experience: I've been using Dr. Dallam for a number of years. He's competent and does a good job. However, I've experienced problems with the administrative side in filing insurance claims.

I was greeted at the door by name even though it was my first visit by Jennifer. Mary was caring and funny during x-rays, Heather was informative and patient explaining my x-rays, and Dr. Dallam had a calming, respectful, and pleasant "chair side" manner for someone who hadn't been to a new dentist in some time. I felt right at home and well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I can not even begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Dallam and his staff. I have massive anxiety about my mouth being deadened and they handle me with humor and patience and they do everything possible to lessen the amount of numbness I have to feel while still preventing any pain. Dr. Dallam is a perfectionist and has given me a 4 tooth bridge, 2 crowns and cleaned my teeth. I will continue to come back and refer him to everyone I know. He and his staff are so fun and professional! I can actually say I love going to this office!

Fantastic experience: I have NEVER been to an office where the staff (absolutely EVERYONE) was so welcoming and friendly! Dr Dallam was also friendly and extremely knowledgeable; gave great in depth information about how this will work and appx time frame (treating my severe case of TMJ). Dr Dallam also came out to the lobby and chatted with me several minutes before I went back. Again nothing I’ve ever experienced or seen with patients before. I won’t start treatment for appx 3 weeks. I have a lot of confidence in Dr Dallam and am expecting an exceptional outcome!! Looking forward to eating food and being able to open my mouth again. E. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Dallam's office for many years and can highly recommend him! He's kind and very skilled. I've also had great interactions with all of his staff as well. My insurance provider changed for a couple of years, forcing me to go to another dentist. However, I immediately went back to Dr. Dallam's office as soon as my insurance changed back.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful group of judgment free professionals. Need a lot done? This is your place. Need to maintenance after....this is your place. Cool xray technology, wonderful front end staff that know insurance and scheduling. They also support local artist in the lobby which I think is cool. Doc Dallam has done a lot for my oral / general health, he is a talented dentist and feels like a genuinely great guy.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Dallam for a second opinion on an All on 4 dental implant procedure that I had done elsewhere and with which I was not happy. Dr. Dallam and his team were very kind, very knowledgeable, and very willing to help fix the problems. I am so happy I decided to go for a 2nd opinion with Dr. Dallam, rather than putting up with a job not completed correctly. I highly recommend this team of kind and professional individuals, not to mention Dr. Dallam! His “chair side manner” is very calming, and it’s obvious that he’s a great boss/leader since his team was the same—extremely customer service oriented.

Negative experience: I went to Dr. Dallam on a possible TMJ diagnosis. He immediately confirmed I had TMJ even though I did not have the typical pain of TMJ sufferers. I have numbness by my right ear and jaw and a feeling of something pushing up against my inner ear. I was told I needed a device that they would make only for my mouth and I needed to pay 2700.00 up front for this device and all the appointments. I was told to wear the device 24/7 for 2 months. After week one I started having pain in my upper back teeth that then led to sinus pain and headaches daily...an adjustment was made on this plastic retainer which did absolutely nothing.. they told me to increase my daytime wear along with the nighttime and this became unbearable. I again returned for 2 more adjustments as more pain continued down my neck and at this point the device was causing swallowing problems. They continued to tell me to wear it more and that's when I developed the scariest symptom of all...Vertigo. I thought I might be having a stroke at first as I tried to get downstairs with the room spinning and me falling constantly towards the right. I continued to my next appointment where I once again complained of the horrible pain and the situation getting worse with no relief for my original problem. It was like they just ignored my complaints and went on to ask me on a scale of 1 to 10 how much improvement I had seen over the last 2 months....I couldn't believe I was even asked that.. I said...None...less then none...now I have all this pain. The dental assistant then said...okay so Zero and turned away to write that down. I decided after that I need to quit wearing this device and it has taken 2 months for the pain ot caused to subside most of the way. I'm still not back to where I started. I wrote a letter to the office that I would expect a full refund and this was weeks ago and I have not heard or received anything. Very unprofessional. Please beware before putting your care or your family's care in the hands of these con artists.

Fantastic experience: The front staff are professional, attentive, and friendly. Hygienist was kind, empathetic, and attentive…. Cause who likes going to the dentist? Not me! I was offered options and assurance that my concerns could be resolved and will be when I’m ready… I’m not ready yet. Doctor Dallin was/is empathetic and attentive. Never pushy or shaming. Going to the dentist is very difficult for me but I go. All the staff have supportive of my needs. Helping me create a new and better experience.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, led me to believe they took my insurance and waited until after the visit to accost me with prices and tell me I had to pay on the spot. Not to mention, it is illegal under the No Surprises Act that requires medical and dental providers to give you a good faith estimate of the cost at least three days in advance of it, but it is also unethical. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Negative experience: The only reason it's not 0 stars is they were able to fill one tooth and it's feeling better. Otherwise one hand doesn't know what the other is doing there. My night guard was ordered 3 times and never fit correctly. When asked for them to bill my insurance they billed them and then almost doubled their bill because the were out of network. Not helpful in the least.
