Fantastic experience: Cyndra is a great hygienist and Dr. Turley has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. He is very kind, very gentle and explains everything he’s doing and why. I would recommend him to everyone for a dentist. I think he’s amazing. And his staff is very friendly and amazing as well.

Fantastic experience: Husband has been to few dentists within the last 15 yrs....that know what to do with his situation. Had a accident on the job. Fought thru SAIF INSURANCE, had to have all upper teeth pulled. This was a nightmare! Alot of meds and drooling involved. He went thru tremendous pain, to get a upper denture implant. The implant failed, many times. He eventually had one screw taken out...one more taken out by Dentist Turley, and after that ...my husband pulled one out, bcuz it was causing him so much pain. Just had 4th one fixed by Dentist Turley...and hubs is so happy, out of pain and finally found A DENTIST...TURLEY, THAT HE TRUSTS!

Fantastic experience: I have had a very good experience with all the staff at Dr. Turleys...particularly Cyndra who has been so patient and understanding...I highly recommend them!!!

Negative experience: Went in for a crown where they tried to upsell me on braces. I then had to go back in for another crown replacement with in 2 weeks because the porcelain I was sold was too weak. I was charged for this replacement. Cleanings were good though. After a year of using my insurance besides previously talked about procedures, they dropped my insurance with out telling me, then are trying to charge me personally, while also illegally adding interest to the “bill” I never agreed to as we talked about charged up front every time, that was part of my requests getting procedures done. They then try and tell me well they have a plan like insurance. Yeah no one’s work insurance plan is going to switch to that, so I canceled the rest of my appointments. I’ve been harassed over this made up amount they are trying to charge me, letters, emails, and phone calls for months now. Nice guy, bad business practices by his team. Post Business Response: That response is the definition of gaslighting. My experience was and is what it was, someone from this team saying it’s not further proves the disassociation from the patients reality. The office called and credited me the money they claimed I owed them (only after seeing this review), from the time I paid for my crown fix, but there is still money beyond that credit they kept.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist experience I’ve had in my life. I hadn’t been in over a decade mostly to avoid the nightmare torture and cost I was used to in my childhood. Frankly I couldn’t make sense of paying for trauma. But visiting Dr. Turley and his team flipped the script. As opposed to clinical, cold, and sterile facilities I’ve been to, the office is warm and welcoming with modern equipment. X-rays were effortless, cleaning was easy, gentle, and painless, everyone was kind and genuine. And it didn’t break the bank. Just awesome!

(And I've been going to dentists for 60 years!) The clinic is beautiful and spotless with what seems like state of the art equipment and techniques. Negative experience: I've been seeing Dr. Turley for over 10 years, he's always done a terrific job and I've never felt uncomfortable until now! I understand That Dentists can't work for free and I totally wouldn't expect them too. I've recently fallen upon hard times and of coarse ad luck would have it ai have a dental emergency which is causing me an extreme amount of pain. I'm not asking for a handout just a payment plan of some kind. I'm even willing to do an automatic payment plan but I wad told he doesn't do payment plans and since I couldn't pay for the service he couldn't help me... I left his office in tears and I'm still in an extreme amount of pain! I get people have to make a living, I don't understand people and especially not Dr.'s that don't care about their patients! Especially long time patients. I would not return here after this experience.
